They had an excellent selection of pink, red, and orange colors. If you dream of a crazy green shade you might want to bring your own polish, as there were limited quirkly colors available. The chairs are a little old, but for $27 I was very happy with my entire experience. Parking is very easy. I will definitely return.

Four acrylics of mine ripped off, two of them left my finger pointer nail very injured…read more I went here to get the rest of my acrylics taken off so they didn't rip off. The lady helping me looked very disgusted at my nail and didn't seem to want to work on it. She was also very rough, which was frustrating because she could see my nail wasn't in good shape. I even asked kindly if she would not touch that nail, but she continued to touch them. Last thing was body language, every time she looked at my nail she made a grunt and shook her head. It made me feel very bad and uncomfortable. Vibe could also have been way more welcoming. I am just trying to find a good nail salon in town, just moved to Seattle. Won't be back here, unfortunately. Just wanted to post this so you're all aware about the acrylic removal. ‼

For the pedicure, she took extra care to get my toenails and cuticles looking perfect. After that came an exfoliating scrub, lotion and oil massage AND a hot stone rub. This was all part of the Basic package. (The Deluxe had two more treatments!) It's a small shop, with four massage spa chairs and three workstations. I happened to walk in at 2 o clock on a Thursday and I was immediately followed by two other women. Two more came in within 15 minutes and decided to wait the half hour. A party of four decided not to wait 40 minutes (it probably would have been more like an hour) for the five of us to finish. I should say it was just before forth of July. They do take appointments and I think I'll call ahead even if only by an hour or two to guarantee a spot. Final note: they have a punch card!! $5 off every fifth service. Yay! I'll be back later this summer!

I hate giving anything less than 5 stars, and I had a lovely time talking to my nail tech Thomas…read more But I probably wouldn't come back here. Thomas was so nice but the quality of my shellac manicure/pedicure was not good. I paid $80 for a service I wouldn't recommend to a friend, which is why I wanted to share this review. It was a cold day so I asked the nail tech to turn up the heat in the foot spa. He felt it briefly and said "it's warm" and wouldn't increase the temperature. This also may seem a little odd, but he didn't put nearly enough lotion on his rubber gloves so when rubbing lotion into my feet it just felt like squeaky wet rubber up & down my legs? Very uncomfortable. The manicure was probably the worst part. He didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped and didn't trim the edges/cuticles of my nails. He didn't file or buff, just cut them. (And cut them down pretty short.) There was *a lot* of extra polish left around the edges of my fingers at the end. Even when I pointed out to him where there were areas he needed to fix, he said "Oh, it's ok" and didn't fix. And again, there was the weird rubber glove issue. I almost didn't want him to lotion my arms at all cause it felt so squeaky and uncomfortable! The polish color selection just wasn't great. And lastly... the manicure just barely lasted any time at all! The gel on one full nail just peeled off within 48 hours. They were all chipped or gone by 10 days. For personality and friendliness, I'd give these lovely folks 5 stars. And after I cleaned up the cuticles myself, they didn't look bad from a distance. But for value I would not recommend.

Conveniently it's nearby and I decided to give it a shot. The first time I came here for a mani, it was a fairly good experience. Nothing fancy and very straight to the point. Kathy was friendly and I figured I'd give it another go since the work and pricing was fairly reasonable. However, I'm sad to write about my second experience :( I was hoping to get Kathy again but I was paired with another nail technician. I'm hoping it was just "a bad day" for her but the moment I walked in, the energy was heavy and even a bit aggressive lol. I've never felt so tense throughout the entire session, which I was hoping to be relaxing. She made comments as to why I had long nails before and told me never to do that "hard gel". I've also never got my nails dunked in a bowl of acetone before. It's usually wrapped so the smell isn't overwhelming? I've went back and forth about whether or not to write this review since I'm usually one to promote businesses! I am hoping it was just a bad day but I fear I won't be back as the energy of this particular tech was a lot/she seemed unhappy... I wish I could say it was good work but my nails and polish didn't even last a week, even with GEL!! :( Two nails broke and the paint peeled off. I was sad because this was my birthday nails lol. Hopefully that was just a bad day and it's not their baseline. Sadly I'm still on the hunt for a nail salon lol.

The whole experience from booking online, getting there and finding street parking at 10am on a Tuesday, the space was chic looking and had plenty of spots for a mani or pedi. Their colors are accessed through a QR code! Was kind of difficult to see if I'd like the color on me since I prefer the swatches on something physical. Nhi was able to help and got the color I was aiming for. From the manicure to the pedicure everything was done well and Nhi was thorough and very friendly which is always nice when you're doing this kind of work. I already have my next visit scheduled so I can change the color of my toes to a more appropriate summer color and remove the gel from the nails on my hands and get basic polish as I work with my hands. They also offer free tea or sparkling water. They do have a specialty drink menu, reasonably priced, and super yummy as I got a Black Sesame foam matcha! I'd like to try the Vietnamese iced coffee on my next appointment! I highly recommend!
