I had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Elser Hotel in Miami. The location is perfectly central, making it easy to get anywhere in the city, and the property itself truly feels like a luxury home away from home. What stood out to me immediately was the leadership behind this operation. I had the pleasure of speaking directly with Mr. Ramirez, the manager, and he is the kind of leader you rarely encounter. His presence reflects confidence, pride, and a deep commitment to excellence. You can tell he doesn't just manage--he actively develops his team, sets a clear standard, and leads with intention. The consistency in service--from housekeeping to valet to registration--is a direct reflection of his leadership, attention to detail, and investment in his staff. In a busy, high-class establishment, that level of cohesion and professionalism is truly impressive. Nichole, the concierge, is gracious, kind, and warm, with exceptional active listening skills. She makes every interaction feel personalized and genuinely welcoming, embodying the friendly professionalism that defines this hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and even a toaster--everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, providing one of the best nights of sleep I've had while traveling. The rooms are also built so well that you don't hear any outside noise, making it feel like your own private apartment. We stayed in a skyline-view room with a balcony, and the view of the city was absolutely stunning. The amenities were just as impressive--the pool is large and beautiful, and the hot tub is spacious and incredibly relaxing. I also appreciated the added layer of security--the key card system only allows access to your specific floor, which makes you feel safe and well taken care of. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations, and the photos online are completely accurate--they truly reflect the level of quality you'll experience. I sincerely hope this review reaches the brand management team at the Elser Hotel, as it highlights the exceptional leadership, dedication, and uncompromising attention to detail demonstrated by Mr. Ramirez, along with Nichole and the entire team who consistently elevate the guest experience to a truly outstanding standard. I would highly recommend the Elser Hotel to anyone visiting Miami and will absolutely be returning.

View from our room was gorgeous but not worth $800 a night for the BS I had to put up with there.

This hotel has no customer service whatsoever. It's run by 20-year-olds. I had no idea it was a nightclub environment of a bunch of 20 and 30-year-olds. I'm a senior just overnight in Miami before going on a cruise. there was a problem at check-in and no one could resolve it including the 12-year-old manager with braces at the front desk. Really poor Customerservice.!! no problem solving abilities whatsoever!!

We were heading to Bayside Miami and decided to stay at the Elser Hotel. From the moment we walked in, it was beautiful. Very contemporary, clean, and the color scheme pulled everything together. It didn't feel like just another hotel. It felt elevated. I honestly felt like somebody walking through that lobby. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was welcoming from the start. They even showed us how to use the elevator and helped bring our bags up, which I appreciated. It's the small things. We actually booked our unit through Airbnb, which made it even better. The room felt like a full apartment. We had a complete kitchen, full-size fridge, balcony, and a beautiful tub. It had everything you'd need for a long-term stay, not just a quick weekend trip. The only downside was the view directly in front of us because there's construction happening across from the hotel. That part was a little disappointing. But when you looked down toward the beach and Bayside shopping area, the view was still really nice. The amenities sealed the deal for me. The gym has an amazing view overlooking Bayside, and the pool level is on the side of the building facing the ocean. You basically get a full panoramic view of Bayside and the water. It's gorgeous. Room service came quickly when we called, and everyone we interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, this was an amazing experience. Booking through Airbnb felt like we got a better rate than going directly through the hotel, though I'm not sure if that's officially true. Either way, it worked out perfectly for us. If you're visiting Bayside Miami, I highly recommend staying at the Elser. I honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

The Elser Hotel exceeded expectations. Beautiful, modern hotel with a luxury feel from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with incredible views and a calm, upscale vibe. Location is perfect walkable to Bayside and right in the heart of the action without feeling chaotic. Staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. This is the kind of place that makes a trip feel elevated. Would absolutely stay here again.

I've enjoyed my stay. The rooms are interesting though I feel like the actual bedroom part of my room is pretty tiny, but then there's so much space for the bathroom and closet which is a little awkward, but I overall liked our suite. we have a full kitchen and balcony and everything and it's all been nice, especially the balcony. The lobby is really nice as well. It's a very bustling hotel so there are a good amount of people everywhere...it's definitely upscale and has a really nice gym as well. We went to the pool yesterday and that was really nice as well. The food I ate there was pretty decent though definitely could've been better but I wasn't mad at it. One of the ladies that worked the front desk though was a little cold like could have been much friendlier but it's all good. Maybe she had a bad day... Lol overall, I'm liking my stay.

I did a staycation (around the corner from my apt) and this place did not disappoint. The room are spacious. The tv turned to face either the living room or bedroom area with a mirror on the opposite side. It was clean and had a full kitchen, complete with cookware. They do have a mini ar for purchase with a wide variety of items. The view was amazing. The pool area had a restaurant and seating area to soak up sun. The jacuzzi area was nice and wasn't crowded. We didn't use the gym but it was very nice. We asked for a late checkout but were only given 30 mins. That was expected for the location. All rooms have a balcony. Checking in was seamless. Your key is programmed for your floor and common areas. There was a strange alarm that went off twice during our stay.

Coming off the cruise ship in Miami Florida. Just a short ride and about 11 mins. walked from the pier. My partner and I had 2 suitcase, 1 duffle bag and 2 carry on bags. So we ordered a ride instead of walking it. Was greeted by bell hop for my luggage and directed to check in at the front desk. Was sent a pre-check website but, it didn't work well. Got my room key and was showed how to use the secured elevator. Paid extra to get an early check in because we had to be off the cruise ship before 9:00 am. Right across the street is a market place to buy Miami logo items. Also places to eat and drink. The room was on the 20th floor with a nice view of the harbor and market place. Central AC with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Queen size bed with a balcony. Pros: Close to pier and market place. Huge TV and roomy studio. Secured elevator. Cons: AC is loud. There is only one ceiling light and a lighted vanity light. So the shower is dark. The throw rug needs to be secured down to the floor because it moves when walked on. Watch out for the shower. No bath mat. Reason why you need one? The the shower door has gaps around the door and the water comes out the sides and bottom of the shower door. Would I come back? Yes, the hotel is convenient, secured, and nicely equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer.

An excellent location for watching fireworks and laser shows. The room was on the thirty-sixth floor, with a magnificent view of the bayside waterfront.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as I was going to catch a Heat game which was less than 5 minute walk away and experience what Downtown area of Miami has to offer. I booked the Bay View Studio Suite. The view was nice, but the room itself felt fairly small. The TV wasn't working during my stay. I didn't report it since I didn't plan on using it much, but it's never ideal when something in the room isn't functioning properly. It was also surprisingly difficult to find a USB outlet; I eventually located one connected through the TV setup. One standout feature, though, was the in-unit washer and dryer--something I've never had in a hotel room before, and definitely a convenient perk. The lobby seems to always be crowded and it feels like a party regardless of what time of day it is. Overall, I wouldn't rule out staying here again because the location is hard to beat and I didn't have any major issues. That said, I think the price for the hotel is hard to justify.

So far so good, comfy bed everything clean and convenient. Right across from the mall and marina.

I checked in on the app the day before and picked the room. We parked in the garage, went to the lobby, and got our room keys. As we went to the room, there was a sign on the door indicating the room was occupied. I was surprised and ended up going back to the lobby to see what happened. It turns out that the app was glitchy and we were put in a different room number. The lady behind the counter made adjustments and we were able to stay on the same floor as what I originally picked, but in a different room. The room had a king bed, a fridge, microwave, a TV, drawers, and a bathroom with a shower. It was very clean. We got two drink vouchers to redeem at the lobby/pool bar, which was a plus, to enjoy while we were at the pool. The hotel has a fitness center as well. The continental breakfast provided a selection of coffee and juices for the beverages. The food items consisted of a waffle bar, different types of pastries, and breakfast foods to choose from. They offered a little more than some of the other locations I have been at.

They offer free hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in the room, cruise shuttle at time of this review is priced at $12 with pick up times at 10a, 11a, and 12p. If you miss breakfast, they had breakfast bags with fruit and other grab and go items. You will need your room key to access the laundry room and guest floors. There is no carpet in the room I was in (basic king- not the elite level) and pets are not allowed. Service animals only. The hotel has a lobby bar, three restaurants are located right next door (Sproutz, Batch Gastropub, and Shahs of Kabob). I dined at Sproutz and Shahas of Kabob and both are good, but they are not affiliated with the hotel. I stayed 3 nights prior to my cruise and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioner worked with no issues, pillows are very soft, bed was firm, but not uncomfortable and I slept better in that bed, than my own. There is a master light switch to control the overhead light in the entry and bathroom. You can operate them separately (it just takes some flipping of lights to figure it out). Decent water pressure and nice, hot water at night. Morning time I suggest getting your shower in early. Hot water is still present but not as hot as it was the night before. Tip- I took my shower at 5/6am the morning of checkout and the water was hot and perfect for a nice shower before leaving for cruise. Staff was always smiling, friendly and willing to assist. Carlos at the concerige desk is very helpful, ask for his recommendations and he is more than happy to assist. The 7th floor has the laundry facility, but many machines were out of order. This is going on my pre cruise hotel list because it was the perfect hotel and the perfect location. It was about a 15min ride to the cruise port and airport. The cruise port ride was booked for 8am, so I beat the 9am bumper car cruise port traffic. The video I posted is short and quick, but a glimpse of the room

She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

First, the good, it's an awesome location on the southern tip of Brickell Key. The pool was wonderful and gets mostly continuous sun exposure during the day. My balcony faced west so I had sun during the afternoon as well (perfect for a tan). Honestly, I never felt like I needed to leave the resort being a pool guy. The base price room was spacious and mostly clean with a separate shower and tub. The bad- the service wasn't great here. I felt like anytime I needed something I had to ask 3-4 times before staff would remember (including freebies that were part of the room rate). The one time I asked a concierge for assistance he was super brash telling me to go talk to the front desk. The property felt old and in need of a renovation (again it's being demolished so not surprising in that context). Also, a lot of the ads for the resort promote its beach which no longer exists- it's now a model home for the condos going in. The hotel is pricey and gratuity is auto-included at 20% for everything which would be fine if the service was better and they didn't ask for additional tip on top of it. I wish I stayed here 20+ years ago because it felt like in its hay day this was a swanky hotel. Today, it's tired, on its last months, and the staff really don't seem like 5-star talent (as a benefit to the doubt most people would be unmotivated if things were shutting down too). Part of me is excited to try the new hotel whenever it opens, part of me wonders if the poor service is just part of the brand. The gym was tacky- literally they just through equipment in 6ish guest rooms with the doors propped open. Kind of funny but not 5-star hotel caliber.

We took advantage of the on-site yoga classes and the beach every day while we were there. The beach area was nice, in the servers supporting the beach I felt did their best to accommodate all of the guests outside. If you're a frequent AMEX user, I would definitely recommend going through your AMEX as it really did just make a difference. The grounds were well kept the pool was clean. The staff was friendly and most importantly, we had an overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it for anybody coming to South Beach to come here, as it's centrally located and it's easily accessible to lots of other activities you may want to consider.

I was in Miami for a day and half and wanted to soak up some sun and enjoy myself being close to restaurants and the beach . I love this boutique styled hotel and the beautiful rooms that are so beautiful with the turquoise lighting ( my favorite color). I feel safe traveling solo here and never have had any issues. I love the pool and bar area and the decor of this hotel. They offer valet parking which I didn't need as I used car service from the brightline but have always trusted my trucks with their valet attendants. I've already booked another stay for September !

The elevators are a bit slow, the hotel was built in 1920. Its a big elevator. The bedroom is super nice. My partner is a globalist so we got a really nice room. I wish they had a little more amenities in the bathroom like make up remover, cotton and shower cap. If they did have it, I didn't see it. I do have to say, its loud at night. I couldn't really sleep. People were still out partying at 4am. If you don't mind loud then this place is good. The view of the main road was nice, I got to people watch. They also have beach service where they bring out the chairs and have service. We didn't have time since we had to board the Royal Caribbean ship. Check out was super easy. I would recommend this place.

Maybe someone called in that day because I felt bad for the young man. Once we checked in, everything was smooth sailing from there. The lobby and bar area were very inviting and everyone I came into contact with was friendly. The room I had was very tiny, but it was just me so I had no complaints. If you have more than one person in a room it will be very crowded as the large bed by the window takes up the majority of the space. This hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dinning and it's close to the cruise port. I'd definitely stay here again.

The morning breakfast was good and got the spot. Try to get breakfast included in your rate. It's worth it. Finally, parking your car. There are 2 places the they recommend. 1 was close and the other is a 5 min walk, for $20. Good deal. It's a small multi story garage. Easy to walk to and from the hotel. I recommend this one. Our whole trip was great. Good hotel, service and food. Good, safe area. All was good.
