Just here for the overnight but this is a very cool, artsy hotel in downtown/port of Miami. Tons of visuals everywhere. Check in was a self serve with help. Cool bar on the first floor and a pool and bar on the roof. Many spaces for congregating with old friends and new ones. Room was tiny but perfect for us since we will be gone in 10 hours. One big bed, and shower/ toilet room behind frosted glass. Sink and desk in main room s as well. Very tight but has everything you could need. Price was good for the night and they offered a breakfast buffet for $24. Very cool place

Modern style Hotel located within minutes of Kaseya Center, Bayfront Park and Biscayne Bay. Walking distance to many restaurants. CitizenM decor is very art museum like with bright colors and every corner gives contemporary art vibes. Plenty of communal tables in the lobby with no front desk. The rooms are compact almost like a boat cabin. They have a King size probably bigger bed really comfortable. Our room had view of Kaseya Center and the Freedom Tower. There is a large window right by the bed and it has blackout blinds. The room has an ipad tablet that controls the lights, blinds, tv, temperature and mood. Really high tech rooms focused on comfort. Self service check in and check out very convenient. Room was really clean and you can relax at the roof top or pool. Only set back was the parking. We had to walk around the building with the luggage to get to the parking lot. A bit inconvenient. Overall great place to stay after concerts or festivals like SOBEWFF.

First time staying at a Citizens M property and love the art deco vibe. Hotel is nicely decorated and colorful with art at every corner. Love the location at the Miami World Center with shops, restaurants and entertainment all within easy walking distance in all directions. Love the high tech environment with all room controls at your fingertips tips on an iPad from AC controls to TV to lighting to shades and blackout curtains. Grabbing a room with the arena view is a must. Not only that you get to observe the big wheel down by Bayside and the amazingly lit up historical Freedom Tower at night, you can score a picturesque view of the Miami sunrise as it creeps up over the Kaseya Center! Rooms are cozy and nice and clean overall. However, it's small similar to the size of a cruise cabin. If you're looking for space, this is not the place for you! Only factor that I did not like was the parking situation. There is NO on site parking and you may use nearby parking lots. The front desk does provide a discounted overnight parking rate at the near by lot but getting to and from the lot to the hotel does have some obstacles which is not convenient at all.

    Delicious cappuccino!

The CitizenM concept is AWESOME. Fun compact rooms with obscure glass enclosures for the toilet room and groovy lighting. We have stayed quite a few times while traveling in France. So, when we found out they had one in Miami we HAD to try it. The hotel decor is very eclectic with funky art, upbeat music, and INCREDIBLE food...Omg, the breakfast is so WORTH IT. The assortment is lovely - from delicious fruits to local breads and charcuterie. You can purchase the breakfast buffet which includes coffee...I ended up getting 2 cappuccinos because they tasted JUST like the ones from Europe. YUM. Adriana who works at the bar definitely exceeds customer service. She is very friendly and greets every customer with positivity. Unfortunately, the room we got was a bit of a disappointment. Creaky bed, both shampoo pumps didn't work, day curtain was broken and the street noise from outside was pretty loud - even being on the 7th floor. We also got in really late at night so the front doors were locked and we were getting hackled by a homeless person while trying to get inside the building. It is downtown Miami so I guess it's expected. It's also right across the street from the Kaseya Center and a very walkable area. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a unique and fun experience.

This hotel is in a great location with a nice view of the arena. Aside from that, I didn't really care much for this stay. The check in process was a self help station. There was at times only one person there to help with questions and thus long waits. We couldn't communicate with housekeeping on the room phone. We constantly had to call the front desk to get assistance instead of the direct department. Maybe front desk handles it all here. But sometimes, calls would not go through and we unfortunately had to keep going down to get towels and such. At one point the shower water was passing through the glass unto the floor next to the bed and we needed extra towels to contain the water. Again, a trip down to lobby. The room was crazy small so yes shower and bed are that close to each other. Overall, good spot for the convenience of the location.

Yelp Fam, we're back in Miami. Okay, so CitizenM is a cool hotel--very chic--but it's not for me. The hotel did everything right... I just didn't like it ( personal preference My family and I stayed here for one night because we were boarding a cruise the next day. For one night? Cool. We arrived in Miami around 2:00 a.m. after an eight-hour drive and had called the hotel around 9:00 p.m. to let them know we'd be arriving late. When we got there, the doors were locked--which I understand--but no one was at the desk. We had to ring the doorbell three times and stood outside for about five minutes before someone finally let us in. Once inside, check-in was another experience. No one was initially at the desk, and it appears to be self check-in up to a certain point. My brother-in-law was struggling to scan driver's licenses and upload the required documents. There was only one employee working, and at 2:15 a.m. it started to get busy. The staff member was trying their best, bouncing between guests, but it still took us about 15 minutes to fully check in. I will say, the overall vibe of the hotel were nice--exactly what you'd expect from Miami. Now, the room... that's a different story. By no means am I claustrophobic, but I was very glad we were only there for one night. The room was extremely small. The bed and small side table took up most of the space, the closet was tiny with no door, and the bathroom was extra small--about the size of a cruise ship bathroom. Actually, let me take that back--the bathroom on our cruise ship was bigger than this one. The bed is pushed against the window, so if two people are sleeping, one of you will definitely be climbing over the other. When you open the blinds, you're staring directly at a wall with a mural. Honestly, the room was too small for my liking. I've never stayed in a room that small before. Now, let's talk about the good parts. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad, which I loved. The tech aspect was impressive. You can control the lights, music, and room modes--sleep, focus, relaxation, etc. There's also full mood lighting, where you can change the room color to red, yellow, blue, green--whatever vibe you want. While it says you can control the temperature, I didn't notice much of a difference when adjusting it. Parking is available in a garage for a daily fee. We were able to park on the third floor and take the elevator down to the lobby. There are restaurants and a CVS nearby, and the hotel is literally steps away from the cruise port, which is the main reason we stayed here. Would I stay here again? No. Is the hotel concept cool? Yes. For one night before a cruise, it works--but it's definitely not my style.

I stayed at the Citizen M Miami Worldcenter hotel for a night (Saturday) because I was in town for the Boy is Mine concert that was located at the Kaseya Center. This was one of the hotel options that was close enough to walk to the venue and this along with the fair price point influenced my decision to stay here. It was about 20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. Check in was very modernized as far as the approach, with self serve on a tablet with an employee nearby to guide you through any questions and verify your identification and credit card. The hotel was very trendy with cute red decor, ample seating & a welcoming environment for guests to chill, charge phones and indulge in conversation with their friends. The downstairs bar area had a free water refill station that I used to stay hydrated along with plenty of seating. There was also a rooftop bar on the eleventh floor that had happy hour from 6-9 (beer and wine only) & a drink menu that was inclusive of mocktails. I tried the mango nonito and enjoyed it. This served as a convenience for me and my friend before the concert. Pricing was fair for what you'd expect at a hotel bar. $8 mocktail, $13 shots, $~15 margaritas. This hotel does not have its own parking lot. Parking details were not clear online and based on the other reviews, I thought it would be helpful to share what I found out before arrival by calling customer service plus what actually occurred once I arrived. Before arrival, customer service told me that the hotel recommends that you use the garage next-door and guests will receive a discount ($22 for 24 hrs). It is adjacent to the Serafina, called Bezel. He mentioned that there would be a QR code in the lobby to scan, but could not provide a website because it is not affiliated with the hotel however, I could possibly find it by googling. I decided to wait until I arrived just in case anything was different. Once I arrived and checked in, I asked a staff member about parking and she showed me where their sign was in the lobby with the QR code for the Bezel lot. You receive a discount for the parking for 24 hours with in and out privileges, costing $22 if you scan the QR code and pay using the citizen m discount code and your reservation information. This came in clutch for me and my friend because I was visiting from out of town without my own car, but she drove up to meet me for the concert. Note, the discount only applies if you reserve your time for 24 hours. My recommendation is to reserve for 24 hours if the rate for your desired time is more than $22. My friend had to park in the garage first and then come over to the hotel to get the QR code and pay using my reservation information. We were told that we could do this as long as we paid within the hour. This was helpful because it took a moment to find a parking spot. After midnight, this garage was full, so I recommend parking your car early in the evening. The normal rate for this lot is $30 for 24 hours with in and out privileges. See pictures for additional details. As stated online, the individual hotel rooms are compact. You are able to control your TV, lighting, music, and room temperature with an iPad. This was very convenient and I loved that I was able to set the mood for bedtime. The bed was Firm, but comfortable. I would not recommend staying in that room type with more than two people because it is compact like a cruise ship but slightly bigger. There was a red bench and a red chair with a desk built into the wall, but definitely no room for an extra guest to sleep and no couch. The mini fridge was tiny and pulled out like a drawer under the sink. The bathroom area was also small like a cruise ship but slightly larger with the toilet and shower steps apart. Housekeeping forgot to put washcloths in the bathroom, but they did put bath towels and hand towels. This was inconvenient but I made it work. The rain shower pressure was perfect and so was the water temperature. It was easy to figure out how to turn on the shower & there was a handheld sprayer. Check out was also done on the tablet. Late checkout is $69 so I recommend getting downstairs a few minutes before 11 AM because you have to check yourself out on the tablet. The process took me less than five minutes, but there was a line. They also had a breakfast buffet for $23. I did not try it because I decided to eat next-door. Earl's was in walking distance, & so was Starbucks, Maple and Ash , Subway and CVS. This hotel is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with stores like savage Fenty, Sephora and Lulumelon. The Kaseya center is right across the street and it took me and my friend less than ten minutes to walk to and from the venue. Honestly, I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel location from the amenities, to the proximity to everything. I would definitely recommend it for anyone attending an event nearby or wanting to stay in the world center area.

What a great find. It did feel like a find too. I was looking for a hotel close to the the place we were catching a concert at that night. Our last couple times staying in Miami were expensive so I didn't have high hopes. But, a hotel right next to the amphitheater at Baypark was available at a pretty good rate. The reviews were actually good(hotels attract so many negative reviews) so I decided to make the reservation. we arrived and sure enough it was right next to the bay, next to the Miami heat arena and Bayfront where the shops food and our concert were at. Check in was quick enough, and with our key card we were up to our room. It was a very small room, but honestly that made me happy. There had to be some negative, and a small room was perfect. The bed took up the whole space by the window that over looked, everything! Incredible view. We went up to the roof where we told friends to meet us. There's a fun and interesting bar up there, along with a very inviting pool. We loved all the rooftop energy., We only stayed the night but the location was perfect, and the fun vibes of the hotel were contagious. I would recommend this spot for any weekend Miami vibes.

We actually stopped in to have some bar bites and drinks while waiting out the storm during the World Center grand opening concert. We ordered the margarita pizza, crab cakes, and fries to share. The pizza came out burnt so we were offered to get a redo. Once it came back it still didn't look or taste like a margarita pizza. Also the crab cakes were mushy with too much filling. I usually approach crab cakes with caution being from Maryland. Shouldn't have gone against my usual rules. The bartender was friendly enough, but she was free styling on the drinks as opposed to making them as the menu stated. My friend ordered a Mezcal Paloma and she made it with vodka instead with none of the other garnishes. I also had to ask for my drink to be garnished. I doubt I'd run back here for the food or drink with so many other options in the area.

This is the tv fixed above the bed.

Do not stay here. The rooms are the size of a closet. The bed is located in such a way my wife has to climb over me to get up. The television is fixed against the wall and can only be viewed when in the bed. I won't even mention the tiny bathroom.

    Breathtaking views

Perfect spot to work remotely and enjoy the blended aroma of a cinnamon oat cappuccino prepared by the wonderful ACE! The CitizenM Hotel downtown is a modern, chic, and cool staycation getaway that offer breathtaking views of the Miami Bay Check it out!

Loved this hotel! It was in a great location, easy to get Ubers, close to south beach but also other parts of Miami. Beautiful and modern space, rooms are small but perfect for one or two people. Nice rooftop pool w/ bar. Love the bar downstairs too and food is good!

    Cynthia R.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful and modern. Close to a lot. I was staying here before a cruise and the port is just a short uber ride away. The breakfast buffet is good and comes with anything on the coffee menu including speciality coffees. They do offer free jug of filtered water for your room, just have to request it from the cafe. They have a daily happy hr at the rooftop bar from 4-7 so make sure take advantage of that. When I arrived to check in, unfortunately their system was down so had a little wait, but to accommodate me for it, they gave me a free voucher for a meal and drink which I thought very thoughtful. I love the mood lighting in the room and that I was able to cast some of my own apps from my phone thru the room tablet. Overall this was a great experience and I would certainly stay here again.

Walking distance to a Publix, the mall, bakery, etc. The hotel checkin is on the 6th floor, the first floor is mainly a seating area and concierge. They offer free hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in the room, cruise shuttle at time of this review is priced at $12 with pick up times at 10a, 11a, and 12p. If you miss breakfast, they had breakfast bags with fruit and other grab and go items. You will need your room key to access the laundry room and guest floors. There is no carpet in the room I was in (basic king- not the elite level) and pets are not allowed. Service animals only. The hotel has a lobby bar, three restaurants are located right next door (Sproutz, Batch Gastropub, and Shahs of Kabob). I dined at Sproutz and Shahas of Kabob and both are good, but they are not affiliated with the hotel. I stayed 3 nights prior to my cruise and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioner worked with no issues, pillows are very soft, bed was firm, but not uncomfortable and I slept better in that bed, than my own. There is a master light switch to control the overhead light in the entry and bathroom. You can operate them separately (it just takes some flipping of lights to figure it out). Decent water pressure and nice, hot water at night. Morning time I suggest getting your shower in early. Hot water is still present but not as hot as it was the night before. Tip- I took my shower at 5/6am the morning of checkout and the water was hot and perfect for a nice shower before leaving for cruise. Staff was always smiling, friendly and willing to assist. Carlos at the concerige desk is very helpful, ask for his recommendations and he is more than happy to assist. The 7th floor has the laundry facility, but many machines were out of order. This is going on my pre cruise hotel list because it was the perfect hotel and the perfect location. It was about a 15min ride to the cruise port and airport. The cruise port ride was booked for 8am, so I beat the 9am bumper car cruise port traffic. The video I posted is short and quick, but a glimpse of the room

We had a two day stay before heading out on a cruise. An extended vacation if you will. The service was phenomenal! We stayed on the Elite Level which provided extra goodies, and benefits. Sharing a picture below of what they define as the elite level and the benefits included. The location is perfect, in the middle of all things Brickell/Downtown. We were surrounded by restaurants/eateries, coffee shops, stores, the park, city centre you name it! Super convenient because we didn't need to call a Lyft to get around. So you better believe on the days we did go out, we got our steps in. It's giving HEALTH! 2026 who?! We are starting NOW honey! Okay, back to the review....hot (and cold if you're into that) breakfast was served each morning for free! You read that correctly. Free food honey. I mean you did pay for it so why not go ahead and eat? Your business not mine. Non-smoking hotel. Pools. Fitness center. The whole ordeal. A little store with snacks, drinks, and whatever else you feel you may need or want. I should also add that the hotel prides themselves on being accessible. Let's move towards cleanliness. Because cleanliness is next to what?! Godliness! Okay, I see yall! The room oozed of cleaning products. You would have thought the staff had just left from pouring Clorox and whatever other good smells needed to make a space smell delicious. Oozing with fresh aromas! The bed, not mine, but theres, was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in when traveling. Hotel beds typically don't bring out the best in me, I am in fear of all beds that are not my own. Laugh if you must but I am who I am! However, a soft bed with clean linings - sign me TF up. The elite levels are on the 14th and 15th floors. They provide robes and slippers. Did not wear the robe. Read what I said about the beds and sit with that. Anyway, I did wear the slippers and they are about as thin as a sheet of loose leaf paper lmao! The chair rolled on top of mine and ripped the back of it so they lasted about 12 hours for me. #SelfInflicted I know. It's a nice touch to have in your hotel room though. Me personally, I travel with slippers. As I bring this review to a close, I want to highlight the staff members that assisted during the stay. Mr. Ernest, Russell, and everyone else at the front desk that extended a warm welcome and consistent assistance. Thank you again! One hiccup that was addressed immediately. They have an "in-room dining option." This particular policy states that you can order food and have the food delivered to your room. Okay convenience! And accessibility! Well I ordered some food from a nearby eatery and the delivery person was not allowed up. "We don't allow people to come up to the rooms for safety reasons." Heard. And appreciated. Truly!! They value safety. My issue was when asked about the policy in place, being asked if I had a medical condition to where I couldn't come down and to get my delivery. While a relevant question, that is something I'd recommend treading lightly around. You never know anyone's health/medical condition. Furthermore, if your policy states one thing then every staff member needs to be on one accord. The issue was taken care of and the person was able to deliver my order. The front desk member was also not rude just inquiring. I appreciate how quickly the matter was resolved. If you're headed on a cruise or you're in need of a nice hotel that is conveniently located, Hampton Inn Brickell is your girl (or boy), be who you are!

The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

You must walk through the lobby and across the outside area. The sauna and the one person steam shower is located here. You Check-in then you get changed into the robe and walk across the lobby check-in area to the elevators. You are walking through the area with all the guests and their luggage in your super large robe that doesn't close very well. I did not enjoy this. Some disappointing things which was not their fault is the parking garage construction noise even on Sundays. The noise took away from my spa experience. They did nothing for the noise control. Also, the SPA requests you must arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. I got my parking validated BUT we stayed for brunch who also validated our parking but we went over the 4 hours so we got no discount for parking and we were charged the full $35 fee plus tip for the valet. The valet staff was quite nasty telling me we were there too long for the discount BUT each one of those alone qualified for a discounted valet. You can not do both in the 4 hour window.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night prior to a cruise. We used credit-card points to pay for the room. Our room had a balcony, king-sized bed, television, desk and chair, sofa, closets, large walk-in shower, wi-fi, and views of the bay. The room was comfortable and clean, but we could sometimes hear our neighbor's loud music. I did notice that the floor boards had gaps and that some wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Building amenities included a business center, meeting rooms, swimming pool, fitness center, a restaurant, etcetera. This hotel has a restaurant called Caña, and we ate one meal there. I will review it separately under its Yelp listing, but it was decent.

Ultimately, this review is mostly moot as the hotel is planned to be demolished in May (I wish I…read morehad known this prior to booking) and that explains a lot about the property. First, the good, it's an awesome location on the southern tip of Brickell Key. The pool was wonderful and gets mostly continuous sun exposure during the day. My balcony faced west so I had sun during the afternoon as well (perfect for a tan). Honestly, I never felt like I needed to leave the resort being a pool guy. The base price room was spacious and mostly clean with a separate shower and tub. The bad- the service wasn't great here. I felt like anytime I needed something I had to ask 3-4 times before staff would remember (including freebies that were part of the room rate). The one time I asked a concierge for assistance he was super brash telling me to go talk to the front desk. The property felt old and in need of a renovation (again it's being demolished so not surprising in that context). Also, a lot of the ads for the resort promote its beach which no longer exists- it's now a model home for the condos going in. The hotel is pricey and gratuity is auto-included at 20% for everything which would be fine if the service was better and they didn't ask for additional tip on top of it. I wish I stayed here 20+ years ago because it felt like in its hay day this was a swanky hotel. Today, it's tired, on its last months, and the staff really don't seem like 5-star talent (as a benefit to the doubt most people would be unmotivated if things were shutting down too). Part of me is excited to try the new hotel whenever it opens, part of me wonders if the poor service is just part of the brand. The gym was tacky- literally they just through equipment in 6ish guest rooms with the doors propped open. Kind of funny but not 5-star hotel caliber.

There is a minimum spend requirement for the cabana, but it was super easy to hit between food and drinks. It's perfectly located for anything you want to do, all the good food spots, bars, places, etc. The next day we went straight to the beach and they provide complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas upon request and you just walk yourself to the beach with them. There's nothing like Miami Beach! The water was perfect and it felt so good to just defrost on the sand and dive into the gorgeous turquoise water. After a few hours at the beach, we went back, enjoyed late check out and headed to crunch fitness - which was absolutely worth it! The Brickell area is a vibe, walkable and full of restaurants and shops, which makes it a perfect pre- or post-cruise stay. The hotel's proximity to the cruise port was a huge plus. Check-in is self-service, but assistance is available if needed, which made the process easy and convenient. The king bed does take up most of the room, stretching from the window to the wall, so the room feels a bit compact--but it's thoughtfully designed. The sink is located in the main room across from the bathroom, and I actually found the setup pretty functional. The shelves around the sink were stocked with a washcloth, hand towel, hair dryer, and tissues, plus hand soap and lotion at the end of the counter. There was also enough counter space for toiletries. There's an open closet area and a nice touch of wall art, and the laminated wood flooring gave the room a clean, modern feel. One of my favorite features was the in-room iPad that controls everything--such a fun tech-forward touch. I also absolutely loved the decor throughout the hotel. The colors are vibrant, playful, and stylish without feeling overdone. The second-floor seating areas were spacious and inviting, and the rooftop/pool space was another highlight. There's also a bar on the second floor with outdoor seating, which is a great spot to relax and people-watch. Overall, this hotel has a fun atmosphere, smart use of technology, and an unbeatable location. I'd definitely stay here again, especially for a quick stay before a cruise.
