    Smash Burger

Of all the places we ate in Blue Ridge, this one is by far the best. Everything was absolutely delicious. People were loving their dish and still wishing they had something someone else had. We did get the ribs with regular BBQ sauce because we didn't like the flavor of that house sauce but the ribs themselves cooked to perfection. They were even delicious plain. Our favorite of all was the Philly Cheesesteak. Great flavor and well cooked.

Food was great and while the service was slow our bartender was amazing and it was well worth the wait!

In the morning, the Dogwood turns into Bigfoot Biscuits... and it's a really cool restaurant and concept. The biscuits were delicious could easily feed two people. A delicious heart attack on a plate.

The Yeti + cheddar & a side of gravy

Worth the wait, but arrive early if you can. I ordered the Yeti + cheddar cheese and a side of gravy. Always get the gravy.. it's the best I've had. The portions are very generous. If you like your bacon crispy, maybe specify when ordering. This was the best meal we had while in Blue Ridge and I will stop every time we come from now on.

I ordered a chicken biscuit with bacon and hot honey. It was huge and absolutely amazing. I also got a cup of coffee which was delicious. I was with a group of 6 and we were able to find a table to accommodate all of us easily. There were lots of groups here so go early if you can. Every raved about their food.

The Dogwood has great potential, but consistency is a big issue. We've visited a few times, and the flow of the place just doesn't seem to work. One visit, the service was backed up but the food was amazing; another time, the food missed the mark, but the service was flawless. Breakfast was tasty overall, but the line got out of control, and the coffee left much to be desired. While the food can be a highlight, the overall experience feels hit or miss.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning - busy but not bad and no wait. Food was very good - biscuits and gravy and a chicken and egg biscuit. Service was quick and friendly and loved the outdoor seating. Will be back!

Just out having a nice Mother's Day and decided to pop in have a burger. The service was above and beyond love the ambience we sat outside on a nice day. The margaritas were homemade and delicious along with the burger.

Service was fantastic! Solid 4 star food. The only reason not 5stars, the ribs were super tough, but the flavor was awesome. The potstickers were delicious. My friend had the smash burger it was huge but very good. I also had an old fashioned I would definitely order again.

Cool spot- very nice if you're in this area. The service was a bit slow (but isn't everyone these days?). I got the salad with added fried chicken. I didn't love the fried chicken- it was kind gritty and had lots of grizzle in it. I also asked it to be extra crispy (and it was not, but I just sucked it up). Our server was really sweet, but again kinda distant and not present much. They did get super busy as we were there, so that probably explains that. I would go here again and enjoy it just as much!

The biscuit sandwiches from Bigfoot Biscuits are delicious and the service is friendly. The prices are worth it because the portions are huge! Be prepared to wait in line and wait a bit longer for your order to be ready; we came on a Sunday at 10am and were eating by 10:45 but I think the wait was worth it because everything came out fresh. The seating is first come first serve, we came with a party of 11 and sat in the back patio. We had to move some tables around and get rid of empty plates as the servers hadn't had the chance to get to it (there were only 2 staffed, they're troopers!) Overall worth a try if you have time to spare.

Sasquatch Biscuits and breakfast tots. So good!

Not only it was on my birthday in which we celebrated. But our excursion to the mountains for the long weekend was a fantastic time. As you can see through the pictures we really went all the way my dish was as abundance of seafood that you could have with an amazing cioppino sauce that was also soppable with crusty garlic bread. The beverages were on point, they have a great menu of bourbons. Will not disappoint. As a surprise they gave me a flourless chocolate Bundt cake to take home with a candle. Being with the family is always a warm unforgettable experience. There is something to be said about being surrounded by people who care and love so much. I'm in bliss. Until next time ...

For drinks, the Sweater Weather was the clear winner--well-balanced and thoughtfully crafted. The combination of Bulleit rye, La Pommiere Calvados, and sorghum created a smooth, seasonal cocktail with nice depth. The Properly Poached was decent but didn't quite impress in the same way; the Brugal Añejo, pear liqueur, dark wildflower honey, and pink salt made for an interesting profile, though it leaned a bit flat compared to the first cocktail. We started with the broiled sweet crab dip served fondue-style with pita chips, which was a great opener. It was warm, creamy, and rich, with good crab flavor that made it easy to keep going back for more. For entrées, the blackened mahi fish tacos were fresh and flavorful. The mango pico added a nice brightness, and the cilantro crema tied everything together nicely on the corn tortillas. The smash burger was another solid choice--juicy double patties with melted American cheese, crispy onion rings, house sauce, and house-made pickles that added a great tangy crunch. Service was ok waitress took a bit to bring the drinks and then the food took about 30+ minutes luckily we were entertained by talking to locals that we really weren't concerned. Overall, the restaurant delivers a pleasant upscale-casual dining experience with well-executed comfort favorites and creative cocktails. Definitely worth a visit, especially for the crab dip and the Sweater Weather cocktail and the fish tacos those were my overall favorites. Prices are mid range. Note that the restaurant as most restaurants in the Blue Ridge close early.

I have a very restricted diet due to allergens and almost never eat out because of it but our servers, Tony and Josiah, completely changed that for me. The steak was, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. And the olive oil... I genuinely wanted to buy a bottle and take it home it was THAT good.
