What really impacted our night, though, was how rushed we felt. From start to finish, our dinner lasted just about an hour. Plates were cleared quickly, the next course arrived almost immediately, and it didn't feel like there was room to linger or enjoy a slower-paced evening together. This was surprising because the restaurant wasn't even full. We left feeling like we had paid for a premium, leisurely dining experience but instead got an expensive, hurried meal. Unfortunately, it just didn't deliver the atmosphere or value we were hoping for.

It's a huge piece of chicken so come with an appetite or a take home portion. All our plates were polished off, showing off the excellent taste of all the different dishes. For my meal , I opted for the trout stuffed with crab meat, capers, roasted potatoes and broccoli. The trout with crab meat was delicious and a nice sized portion as well. Baked Alaska (ce cream, almond pound cake and baked meringue - $13.50) - fiery presentation and all, this one did not disappoint! The service, food, wine, atmosphere, and hospitality all come together seamlessly. The ambiance is cozy, intimate, and full of energy. The dining room always seems to be buzzing, and you immediately understand why. The cocktails are always a hit, but the wines... oh, the wines! There are some incredible bottles to discover, along with an excellent selection by the glass. If you appreciate wine, this is definitely a place where you can have some fun exploring. Every dish that hit our table was spectacular. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from the pasta to the entrées and all the little details in between.
