We tried due to all the other reviews. BUT it was Nothing to write home about.. Coffee tasted icky. Mushrooms in omelette tasted not washed. Staff was friendly though. read more

This is our favorite place to eat breakfast. Literally everything is so good here and the waitstaff is awesome!

Great bfast at a good price. Large plate of eggs benedict with home fries for under $8.00. Hubby had kielbasa which wad flavorful. Yum! Friendly service and good coffee. Cant get much better than this. read more

The BEST breakfast in Western Mass, hands down! Worth the wait if you find yourself here during "prime time", which is typically Sundays between 9:30 and 11 a.m. They use really fresh ingredients, everything is cooked to order, and they never refuse a special request. The waitstaff is outstanding, as is the piping hot coffee which they refill constantly, even when they are super busy. read more

Just went here this morning for my birthday breakfast. It was absolutely delicious!! Prices are amazing and the waiter we had was beyond friendly. I had the spinach omelet with French Toast and it was great. I highly recommend this place and I for sure will be coming back! read more

I do not recommend! The only good thing about this place was that they were quick to give u fill ups on average tasting coffee. Waited long for not so impressive breakfast. Home fries had no flavor, pancakes were chewy, syrup was way to thick, and when I asked for a glass of water the water was soapy. Nothing impressive about this place. I left disappointed n not fulfilled. Thumbs down read more

Small breakfast and lunch eatery. You seat yourself once a table is available which can be annoying at times to wait. I'd say they have the best egg Benedict, the pancakes are huge and so filling. Prices go well for what you get, lots of breakfast options! Giving 4 star because of the seating and the waiting staff isn't as organized. read more

I can go a month without stepping into this place and whenever I do, Lisa or Marissa know exactly what me and the lady want and waste no time getting it to us. Not a bad thing to be said. Great people, great food. read more

Breakfast at Copperline is consistently delish but THE BEST was when they had lobster eggs benedict for a special.. That was a memorable dish :) read more

I've been meaning to stop in for breakfast for months and finally got a chance to this morning before work. We got in right as they opened at 6am and sat up at the counter along with two older gentlemen, and two more tables came in shortly after us. I believe the owner was the cook on the line when we came in, and even though he was clearly still setting up for the day he took our orders and had our food ready in a little bit. I tried the apple cinnamon pancakes as recommended by other Yelpers and was not disappointed, but they were huge!! I had to get a doggie bag and just finished them up for lunch. My boyfriend's farmer's omelet was great too, and a better portion size than my three pancakes. I will be dragging him back again next time we're both up early for breakfast! read more

A great, old time breakfast and lunch place. I walked in and sat at the counter (which is copper-topped by the way). I had some of the homemade corned beef hash, which was great. I also opted for the homemade cinnamon swirl bread for toast, which was also outstanding. The coffee was a little weak for my taste but it was hot and plentiful. The regulars and the staff made me feel very welcome. There was also an option for shredded potatoes which I will try on my next visit. I saw sausage links on the flattop which looked really good. The prices are very fair and competitive. I will definitely return. read more

I get into here at least once or twice a month. Great homestyle food, breakfast is delicious and prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes! Gets busy on the weekends (fri-sat). Homemade cinnanon toast, all day. read more

So after going to this restaurant for almost two years, sometimes on a weekly basis, and being grateful for the consistency and quality. I hate to update my former glowing review with one that is not so good. In the last year-ish, The portion sizes have gotten smaller, which may or may not be an all together bad thing, BUT the quality of the food has gone downhill as well. If you have read my previous review, you will note that I likened the atmosphere to the that of a cozy well worn friends kitchen. Since then, the owners have started sprucing the place up a bit with new lighting fixtures and such. Which leads me to believe that the portions and quality are being sacrificed for an unwarranted facelight. This mornings visit has left a bad taste in our mouths, and I'm honestly not certain when or if we will.go back. We arrived, and ordered our food. The glass that the water came in had an extremely weird taste to it. And when the food that my husband ordered arrived he remarked to me how charred the kielbasa was and how overcooked the eggs were. Being someone that doesn't wish to cause problems, he just tried to deal with it. But as I took notice to the plate and it's contents, I noticed how significantly smaller the portions were. Even the pancakes were much smaller. And definitely noticed how bland the kielbasa was compared to other times. The food should never have been plated let alone served to a customer. And what I don't get was there wasn't but one other customer and the two of us in the whole place. So why was the food neglected on the grill? We got through the meal and when my husband went to pay he let the owner know about our concerns, and while he offered reparations by making it new, we didn't have time that. And when asked why was the servings of kielbasa charred, the answer was because the grill was super hot. Well, my husband didn't leave a tip, but I will. Watch your cook times. And you will lose customers, If the issues I have mentioned aren't fixed. Smaller portions + inconsistent food quality + higher prices = bad business and loss of customers. Just sayin. read more

Our favorite breakfast place in town! Love when they have sweet potato home fries or sweet potato ham hash or pumpkin pancakes! Weekends are busy. Great service and worth the wait. read more

I have been here a few times and each experience is great. The waitresses are very friendly and the cooks work at a fast pace. I went in on a Saturday afternoon (a busy time) and the place was packed. However, there were open stool seats at the counter. I was in and out in about a half hour. The food as always was warm, tasted amazing, and was cooked just as ordered. The entire staff is very welcoming and delightful. read more

Love having this place in my neighborhood. We got to eat in cute booths and eat the fluffiest pancakes with a good cup of joe. I highly recommend this place for families!!! The atmosphere is very welcoming read more

Gotta try the cinnamon apple pancakes, and homemade hash! Reasonably priced, ~$6 for 3 specialty pancakes. Bar seating for those who don't mind, otherwise first come first serve, seat-yourself seating. Worth the wait! read more

LOVE Copperline for any meal! (Though sadly they are only open for dinner on Thursdays and Fridays). Wine is very cheap! Serving sizes are good. YUM! Seemed like a hole in the wall, but the food was amazing. For 3 people it was like 30 bucks which is a good price. The coffee was better then some other places. No complaints about this place, I'll come back again sometime soon. read more

A down home atmosphere full of local regulars - got to sit in a corner where we could see into the little convenience store cashier's window with people playing Keno - eggs benny lived up to their reputation but hash couldn't have been homemade as claimed since there was the telltall tininess of canned and a side of the hollandaise sauce came out cold. Dave saved the day with excellent service. read more

Delicious diner food. Everything is amazing and just what you would expect. Small seating so plan to wait. If you go on the weekend it will always be packed. read more

Pleasantly surprised to not find a line here on a crisp fall Saturday morning. Saddened that the restaurant didn't, in my opinion, live up to the hype. We were able to find a table right away and were promptly greeted. Our coffee and juice arrived quickly, but my coffee was served in an obviously dirty cup. Our server had vanished, but another was able to replace it for me. My companion ordered 2 scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and an additional order of cinnamon swirl toast. Our server said it was freshly baked in house. I also ordered 2 eggs-over easy- with bacon and the same cinnamon toast. Everything was cooked to order and served piping hot, but it was all painfully bland. The toast was good for a bite or two, but then it just was dry. Neither of our dishes had the home fried potatoes that were in the menu descriptions. One coffee, two orange juices and the (partial) meals with the up-charged toast for about $30 with tip...not bad, but only 3.5 stars at best. read more

Swung by this place for a quick breakfast on a Sunday. The place was full but service was friendly and quick. Sat at the counter and watched the symphony of the line cooks cranking out food as fast as they could. Coffee was served right away. The home fries were amazing. The pancakes were fine. Definitely will come here again. read more

The home fries are the best the days Jeff makes them according to some and then some days when Glen Puts more seasoning on them they say they like his better Lol it is a good rivalry for sure ! It's fun to listen to the regulars at the counter Will miss it when my project is finished but will return again for sure! read more

Best Breakfast around! I would go everyday if it wasn't so pricey for a diner. The menu online is old and prices are not updated- which should be updated. I would call before you place a large order since prices may have changed. When I would call to place an order, most of the staff was helpful but I did hear one employee complain that I called to tell them their prices should be updated. Other than that- love it! read more

The service is very good, and pretty quick considering how busy they were (completely full). The food was very good. They offer hash browns (which they call thin-cut potatoes) in addition to the traditional home fries. If I have any criticisms it's that the drinks tasted slightly of chlorine. And the interior is, well, it's not the Ritz Carlton. We sat in a booth, and the table was strangely high. But these are minor problems for a place that serves many people at a good pace. A simple but solid diner-like place. read more

My wife and I went to The Copperline Eatery for the first time last week. The place is definitely rustic, so if you are looking for sophistication or contemporary this place is not for you. The wait staff is excellent as our waitress was friendly and playful. The price for the food is excellent! The food overall was just okay unfortunately. I had an omelet with Cheese, bacon, ham and sausage inside of it and it had little to no flavor. My wife ordered scrambled eggs and got an under-cooked omelet. . .but thanks to our waitress' diligence, the eggs were fixed but scrambled eggs are still not an omelet. I read a previous review recommending that you pass up on the breakfast sausages, I should have taken their advice, the sausages were soft and salty. Otherwise the rest of our experience was pleasant. Might give them another try. read more

Not a bad place to grab some grub! Its definitely worth the wait ( the worst part). everything is always fresh and tasty!

Good service and food, we will go back. My favorite is the cranberry orange homemade bread, they have cinnamon too.

Service is painfully slow. Food not good, most of my breakfast was burned. After waiting ten minutes for an booth one of the servers walked by with coffee pot and spilled coffee on the seat I was just about to sit on, had to wait 10 min more to get someone to clean seat and then get a napkin to dry it. Not going back. read more

Great food, good service. Steak was a little thin and flavorless the first time but excellent the second.

Famous Hash and excellent wait staff. Keno and scratch tickets available just feet away at the convenient store side.

I got the apple cinnamon pancakes. They were some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Also got a side of home fries. I ordered a small but the portion was the perfect amount. These were also really good. The coffee was a little to be desired but overall the meal was very good. I recommend this place to everyone. read more

We haven't found a good breakfast place until now. The food was delicious! The homemade breads and pancakes really made the meal. The staff was friendly, attentive and great! We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Service was fine, and the people were friendly. The food was typical diner food - not bad, but nothing special. The coffee was bad. Prices were a little high for what it was, but for breakfast, we found it okay. Probably not a place we would rush to go to again, but in a pinch, it would work fine for a family breakfast. The veggies in the omelet were still pretty raw. The home fries were mostly okay, but included a glob of mushy grill debris, and the french toast is not worthy of the name - regular sandwich bread. My 6yr old didn't mind, but I wouldn't have eaten it. It was very busy by 10am on a Sat so people in the area must really like it. read more
