Found this off chance while staying in Chicopee. Food was fabulous. Cheese omelette, side of bacon, grilled English muffin. Husband had made to order spinach & mushroom omelette, home fries. Coffee was hot. Cream in a pitcher not the wimpy little fake things in a bowl. Our waitress Betty-Jayne was the best. I would ask to sit in her station if we ever get back. I saw her helping other staff members, directing new customers to open tables when they were cleared and handling take out orders. Very experienced and good attitude. She knows how to talk and connect to customers. A real pleasure. read more

We tried another brunch place and it was crowded and didn't want to wait so drove to Chicopee and through Yelp found this gem! It was busy but got a booth and quick service of hot coffee first! It's a Seat Yourself restaurant, and during busier weekend mornings after 930, expect a line out the door. A friend of mine has been visiting this place for years,, but because of its unassuming outdoor appeal I never stopped by. Well my friend and I did not feel like driving to Connecticut for brunch and we stopped by. There was about a 20 minute wait and there is not much of a waiting area. The tables turned over quickly and we finally had a table. Well it was worth the wait. The wait staff really know how to make this small restaurant work. Coffee and drink orders are taken promptly. When you're ready, you can order. The food come out in record time (or I could have been distracted by mY keno game and mimosa.) The apple cider mimosa was to die for!! Cinnamon sugar rim and very nice blend of cider and champagne. I ordered the hash omelet with a side of Banana Bread French Toast. I ate all of my food. I was very hungry so I didn't take pictures of my food but I snapped a shot of the mimosa. I can not wait to return. read more

Popped in here with the mrs on a whim as we were in town and needed some breakfast. HUGE portions. My wife wanted the famous French toast but when we they took our order for some reason she said pancakes and that was that. I got some hash browns and eggs, and it hit the spot. Mom and pops joint done right. The food is absolutely amazing. The pancakes were to die for. Your first bite will have you hooked. The pancakes just melt in your mouth. After downing you pancakes you mush have a mimosa to go with it. All the mimosas are amazing. Apple cider was my personal favorite with the cinnamon on the rim. Then moving on to the bacon. It was extremely crispy and absolutely amazing. The wait staff is extremely fast and friendly. You won't have to wait very long to get your food. The only thing you might wait on is to get a seat. This is a cute, no frills breakfast joint that has no scruples but a pretty good breakfast. The waiters are very good about coffee refills, and tea (for me) as well. The fiancé ordered the Copperline special, which is three pancakes, eggs, toast, home fries, and meat of choice...it was a ton of food that he downed pretty well! The Copperline Eatery is a cute little breakfast/Brunch Convenience store mix. It's a very odd place! If you happen to walk through the front door you find yourself in a almost gas station feel convenience store walk a little farther back down a hallway you find yourself at the "dinning area" no one to really greet you or get you a table you kinda just stand there until a table opens and then you go sit. Very weird! Waitress was super nice and down to earth but food was average to below average. Nothing special at all! Tried the Apple pancakes but it was extremely dry! Felt like the food was frozen then just heated up in the microwave. The omelette wasn't bad but felt like something I could have made at home. Whenever I make the epic journey to the North to see my family, the only thing to do in this region is eat. And I wanted eggs benedict. Equipped with my Google Nexus, I raided the Yelp-verse for knowledge and discovered this cozy little establishment. With my brother and grandpa in tow, we traveled 7.5 miles. The fellowship of the Benedict had begun. The establishment was a wee one. Very small. Self seating. We had a good 15 minute wait for a table to be cleaned. Come with patience, they do their best, but it is a slower service type of joint. Don't come hangry. The wait staff are very nice and courteous. Customer service is a thing. They did the thing. While it took a minute to get a seat, the food came out quickly. We all ordered the Eggs Benedict. The eggs were done just right. They were situated on a good slab of Canadian bacon, that was mounted on top of muffins. The Hollandaise sauce was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever. My bro ordered a side of the pancakes. They were good, nothing amazeballs on that. They also had homemade hash on the menu. I don't see that in the great country of Texas, so I had to get a side of it. It was fantastic. It's like the North Eastern version of chorizo. Great place, $35 for 3 orders of eggs benedict, a side of pancakes and a side of hash. Good stuff, good price. No regrets. read more

Definitely a step up from a regular breakfast joint but with the neighborhood feel of a local place. On the weekend there is usually a line but it always goes quickly. Worth the wait. Great place to get local breakfast. Love the food but if you order take away, be prepared to walk through the entire restaurant to the take out register and spend about 5-10 minutes waiting for the particular waitress who took your order to be free from in house customers and take care of you. My one peeve about this place, everything else is great the cooks haul butt and get your order out. The food is tasty. The parking is great but if you can't find a spot plenty of curb side street parking too. read more

My sister and I have been wanting to try this place forever but it always looks busy, so today we tried getting there by 8am and got the last available booth. It was a small, no frills, neighborhood spot. Dated but clean. Friendly service. The coffee was good. Eggs cooked perfectly. Bacon very crisp. Pancakes were satisfactory, but not memorable. My sister enjoyed the home fries more than I did. They were the cube kind that perhaps had been slightly over boiled. Non crispy. They had a taste of fat to them, perhaps they had been cooked in some bacon fat? They weren't my favorite, but my sister liked them. At the end of our meal we were sipping our last cup of coffee and the bus boy (actually actually old gent) plopped his dirty bin on our table in front of us and threw our plates into it. I've never had a table bused like that while still at it. It was kind of odd. Small convenience store is connected to restaurant with a quirky walk up window where people play keno and buy lottery tickets while they have breakfast. Wish I could write a review based solely on food. The service was no good at all. I can understand being short staffed but three tables were seated after us and made their orders. Six tables seated after us got food before us. The food was good but not worth a two hour wait. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because the man behind the lottery machine was extremely helpful and apologized numerous times. I guess if the waitress came to our table she would have apologized too. I won't be going back. read more

Good family owned and operated neighborhood breakfast/lunch restaurant. Food prep open to customers view just beyond the Copperline bar and stools. Remaining seating is all booths with access to Mass Lottery purchases. Waitstaff efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Menu is ample for both breakfast and lunch and fairly priced. Food is delicious with good portions and delicious coffee refilled often. This place is always bustling but you are never rushed. Off street parking runs alongside the standalone building. read more

It is New Year's Eve and my family and I attempted to have breakfast there today. Two empty tables were waiting to be cleaned and the waitress looked at us and our two children and ignored us. She let us stand and wait to be seated without acknowledging us. We took it upon ourselves to sit which is customary there and the waitress walked over, cleared the table slammed down menus without addressing us or looking at us. She then walked away and NEVER returned. My husband and I felt embarrassed and the other diners looked at us and were equally shocked at her behavior. Needless to say we got up and left. Our 6 year old son didn't understand why we had to leave without eating. The waitress was so effusive to the rest of the customer that her being rude, dismissive and purposely ignoring us was GLARING. Granted the entire staff and the rest of the customers were white and we are people of color but we this was not our first visit to this breakfast spot. However, it will be our last and we will tell all our families and friends that people of color are seemingly not welcome by the waitress at the Copperline. We always look to give locally owned restaurants our business and decided to go to Felix's Restaurant instead. read more

My favorite breakfast spot in town! Service is always fantastic, prices are great and portions are plentiful! Their French toast is my favorite but the breakfast burrito is a close second! On the weekends they run breakfast specials that are nice surprises, example would include apple cider donut French toast (the best variation of French toast I've ever had), and raspberry cream filled crepes. The weekdays they offer lunch specials so definitely come on a weekend to get the breakfast specials! It's a seat yourself establishment and there can be a bit of a wait on sundays at peak times but the turnover for tables is usually fairly quick. read more
