The food quality is terrible when Gus isn't the cook. Some of the food was overcooked and then other ones like pancakes were undercooked in some parts. I had egg shell in my eggs... how. When Gus is not around it seems like it's a hangout club for the regulars. The hangout part isn't a bad thing at all, I find it to be a bad thing when the waitress is yelling through the diner about VERY inappropriate things. I do not plan on going back if I see either of them running the show. I am very disappointed with my last few experiences here. It's a shame to see a place that means so much to people slowly start to decline.
