On the hunt for breakfast and landed on this spot. I have to say I feel like I went back in time, reminds me of my grandmothers house back in the day. It's a seat yourself kind of place so we found our way to the back and found a table. The server come over shortly after and took our order. We both ordered coffee, 2 eggs, sausage patty, home fries, and toast. The coffee was very weak basically tea. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Very underwhelmed. My wife and I were looking for a little breakfast place before going on a hike and this popped up. This place had always been good in the past. We hadn't been for about 20 years so we decided to give it a try. It is seat yourself so we found a booth. There were less tables than previously but the dining area had plenty of seating. All the tables and booths quickly filled up. Service was prompt and friendly. We had coffee within minutes of sitting down and the wait staff returned quickly to take our orders. Very nice. Food came out at a nice pace. My wife had a blueberry pancake and scrambled eggs. I had the eggs and hash with rye toast and home fries. The pancake was the size of a dinner plate and the eggs were perfectly cooked. My wife was very happy with the size and flavor of her meal. I ordered eggs over easy and they were perfectly done. Toast was hot, crisp, and buttery. The hash had a nice crust on it and the home fries were well prepared. Everything was hot and delicious. I didn't use the bathrooms but I noticed that staff were meticulous about clearing and cleaning the booths. No sticky tables, crumbs on the floor... Even the ketchup bottle was clean! We love Jennifer's Kitchen. Great food, reasonable prices, friendly service. It's a smaller establishment, which makes it cozy, which we appreciate. It's a local hot spot for breakfast. They do also serve lunch items. Be sure to get here early as they close at 1PM, if I'm not mistaken. Depending on the time of morning you may encounter a waiting line. It's usually not too long of a wait and it is worth the wait. I like that you can choose fresh fruit (cup) as a side. My go to breakfast there is the Blueberry French Toast, 2 eggs over med, corned beef hash, fresh fruit cup, grilled Water Roll with my tea. Portion sizes are good also. read more

Let me preface that this is during COVID times and I understand everyone is trying their best. Things I've tried: omelette, french toast, breakfast sandwich, traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon, home fries, & bread) and coffee. Things I loved: omelette, French toast, breakfast sandwich. The home fries could use a significant improvement and I feel it is primarily due to the type of potato used. Red potatoes are mushy and don't crisp up as well as others and this is why the home fries did not make it on the list. Wait & Staff: the wait was longer than expected but this is during COVID so I can't make a fair assessment yet. The staff is short and not too friendly. I understand they are busy but to hear the conversations I heard was unpleasant. The staff was not rude to me but I heard plenty of complaints from the staff when customers left. I felt there was an excess of staff in the front end. The place is small enough to have one two people and they had a busboy, two servers, and a stocker. This may be needed during full operations but half of the seating is blocked and there is an excess of front end staff. Perhaps a busboy and a server will suffice. Recommendations: display menu outside so customers are ready to order as soon as they are seated. A touch less menu can also be displayed on the table by placing under glass or taping a QR Code in the middle of the table. Another recommendation would be to have to wait staff in uniforms for a clean and united appearance. A simple solid t-Shirt could do as long as they all wear the same color. I feel this elevates a business immediately. Also, please designate certain people to do specific tasks. When people walked in they were not greeted and the staff simply asked each other "who is that/what does he want/is he all set/is he waiting/did he call in" designating one person could reduce the confusion. Perhaps the busboy could be in charge of the waitlist since he knows which tables have just left. Overall the food was good and I would recommend as a takeout place. Me and my wife went out for breakfast the other day and can say they have big Pancakes and are very delicious. They are hot and butter melts into them and the Pancakes absorb the Syrup so every bite is heavenly with butter and syrup. These are by far the Best Pancakes in Western Mass. We also shared an Omelet and it was huge and Delicious. This is our Favorite Breakfast place from now on and will come back with whole family to enjoy these Delicious Pancakes. read more

This place had delicious food and friendly service. It's a small place, but they made room for 6. I had the mushroom omelet and added sausage. Potatoes were crispy and seasoned. I wasn't a fan of the flavor of the spicy sausage, but I risked that not knowing what kind I was ordering. My boyfriend's hash was DELICIOUS. Absolutely the BEST breakfast and lunch- delicious! We arrived to a friendly smile and warm welcome. After being seated, we had bottomless cups of delicious coffee with creamers. My friend and I ordered the cheddar hash omelette with rye toast and potatoes ( could have had fruit but preferred potatoes instead) and the beef grinder with lettuce, tomato and pickles. The service is fast and accurate with the servers having fun bantering with each other in a family friendly way. There are a few parking spots but mainly street parking. Jennifer's Kitchen is a hidden gem. We are looking forward to coming back soon. read more

However in my brief experience, the dining space looked VERY intimate and wait staff were, odd? Is that wrong to say? Well this is a review. Maybe the food is better while sitting down and off of a plate instead of a styrofoam box, but the environment didn't convince me that I should try it. Didn't really feel clean or high quality. I highly recommend this local restaurant. The service was wonderful. They happily moved tables together to accommodate our party. Waiters/waitress' were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I ordered an omelet to split, and they split them on separate plates without us asking. The food was great and came out very fast. I got the french toast with strawberries and cream, some bacon on the side. My daughter got the chocolate chip pancakes and a corn muffin. The portions were good, the muffin was big which I appreciated. I went at a busy time (10:30) so I had to wait for about ten minutes. There was definitely a lot of commotion going on.
