We have passed this place so many times and somehow never really noticed it until yesterday. We were on our way to my son's football game, stopped at the light, and finally really noticed it. I honestly can't believe we had never seen it before. One of our favorite things to do is stop at different coffee shops, so of course we had to give it a try. We ordered the avocado toast and a croissant sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. I love that you can customize the avocado toast. We got ours on sourdough with sprouts, diced tomatoes, and a side of bacon. The sourdough was so fluffy and buttery, and everything was absolutely perfect. We also tried the ham and cheese croissant, and the salsa that came with it made it even better. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. For drinks, we got a Caramel Dolce Latte and a Cougie Latte. Both were really good and not overly sweet, which we loved. The prices are also amazing and so affordable compared to other coffee shops. Definitely a true hole in the wall and hidden gem. We are already planning to come back. The customer service was top tier and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. So glad we finally stopped and discovered this place. First and foremost the service was amazing! Talk about some great customer service. Even with about 10 ppl in line and two ppl behind the counter you wouldn't even feel the urgency behind the register. I ordered the lavender honey iced latte (less sweet) 1/2 sweet. The sweetness and amount of lavender was perfect! The egg croissant with bacon and avocado... This was a hefty serving and the croissant was toasted with perfection!! Loved the fact that they share seating with the pizza place next door. Another weekend, another coffee review For this spot... I had mixed feelings. Walking in, I loved the vibe--super cozy couches where you can sit while waiting, plus tables if you want to dine in. They also had beautiful paintings displayed (I believe for sale), which made the space feel really unique and fun to look around. I started with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla oat latte. Unfortunately, it was pretty bland and lacked flavor, so I had to go back and get a side of cold foam to make it better. BUT their açaí smoothie?? SO good. Super fresh, not overly sweet--honestly perfect. I'd definitely come back just for the smoothies over the coffee. For food:* The #2 avocado toast was AMAZING. The spicy honey drizzle with fresh bacon took it to another level. The Seward sandwich was just okay--very plain (egg, ham, tomato, onion), nothing special. The breakfast burrito though... sooo good. Paired with their serrano sauce, it hit every time. I'd 100% order that again. Service-wise, they only had one girl working the front--taking orders and making drinks--and she handled it so well. I've never had a negative experience with staff here. I get a large iced oatmilk latte and it always tastes great. The service is also fast. You can eat indoors on comfy chairs and tables or take it to go. The prices are quite reasonable. This is a charming local neighborhood coffee shop with zero attitude. What an amazing find! Usually I'll find a coffee house with average food or a cafe with average drinks. But Copper Coffee Pot brings both great coffee and great breakfast to the table. DELICIOUS avocado toast - some of the best I've ever had. You have to get the #2: bacon, hot honey, tomato, red onion ... I actually usually greatly dislike honey and avoid it like the plague. But I somehow LOVE it here... It all complements each other perfectly with the crispy bacon and such good flavor. Their copper croissant is good too, but the avocado toast is where it's at. Great coffee. Love their Main Street Mocha - perfect sweetness. The Caramel Copper Dulce is good, too, but it's a little too sweet for me. I'm actually excited to try more of their drinks because they all look so good! Have never had a problem with parking availability - always plenty of spots in front. My only complaint is that every time I'm here, they leave the door propped open and there are so many flies!! Otherwise, super nice inside with lovely artwork and some comfy places to sit. Hidden little gem in the corner Seaward Plaza. The inside is quaint and comfortable with lots of tables and chairs and a bar looking outside the window. They have a large specialty drink menu including coffees, teas and expressos. We order the breakfast burrito and acai bowl. The acai bowl had a large assortment of ingredients including granola, peanut butter, coconut, berries and honey. It was delicious! The breakfast burrito was just the right size, and the salsa was so good. We ordered extra salsa and am so glad we did. The coffee was good as well. The other breakfast options are limited but they all looked good, including breakfast sandwiches, build your own avocado toast, oatmeal and smoothies. The parking lot can get busy as there are a few eateries in the same area including a donut shop. This is defintely a great spot for a quick breakfast and morning hot beverage to either eat there or take it to go. read more

I ordered the Honey Oat latte and it was so good. You can tell when a cafe cares about pulling good shots and this coffee was smooth and flavorful. I couldn't decide on what to eat and ended up getting the breakfast burrito. But they had anything from açaí bowls to yummy pastries. They're connected to Valentinos next door, so next time I'll have to try out the pizza. The burrito itself was admittedly a little bland, but still very yummy. It was also super cute in there. They have paintings for sale that I presume are from local artists which really adds to the atmosphere. I'd say the only downside is the parking situation since it's on the corner of busy streets with a small shared parking lot. Not their fault, just something to be aware of. Great place. read more

I ordered a lavender latte it was great. The breakfast was even better I ordered the sausage croissant it was delicious. My hubby ordered the bowl he enjoyed it. My boys had a breakfast burrito and a muffin. Both of them enjoyed their food. Routine and Tik Tok are the enemy of a full life. So, on my friend Rodrigo's advice, I stopped scrolling through other people's lives on social media and created a vision board for the coming year that is filled with new activities, foods, and personal challenges that are intended to take me outside of my comfort zone. My first challenge was to blow up my morning routine. So, instead of picking up my Cortado with three shots and whole milk from my normal coffee shop, as I've done for the past six years, I went to the Copper Coffee Pot Cafe and ordered a Dithering Tinsmith in Red Rubber Boots with oat milk. The change was thrilling and the espresso drink delicious. I met my friend Rodrigo a few summers ago during a 10k charity run in Madrid. I made the mistake of running that race in corduroy shorts, and the building friction eventually created such an intense heat that I had to remove my shorts and throw them into the bushes about four kilometers into the race. Fortunately, Rodrigo's itinerant flamenco dancing troupe happened to be driving by and were able to quickly stamp out the small brushfire that I started with my shorts. Rodrigo was also kind enough to provide me a lovely pair of breathable red flamenco 'practice pants' that allowed me to finish the race in style and earn a cool Spanish nickname among the other runners - "Hombre Raro." It means 'rare guy'. Rodrigo and I have been friends ever since. The Copper Coffee Pot Cafe also a great place to meet friends. It's is a comfortable little neighborhood coffee shop conveniently located at Seward and Main Streets offering a tasty and impressive selection of coffee roasts and light meals, including avocado, toast, croissant sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. Life is an adventure that can easily become lifeless routine unless you make efforts to break it up with new and different experiences. This week I plan to celebrate my new approach to life by running to Copper Pot in my trusty red flamenco pants for espresso and avo toast, because life is what you make it no matter what kind of pants you're given. Price reasonable. Coffee drip really tasty and bold. Ordered breakfast burrito that is savory - egg with herb (sage or thyme), sausage, fresh tomatoes, mushroom and potatoes. I love that it is not stuffed with too much potatoes to make it look humongous. Really tasty burrito. The only issue - it is hidden in a little plaza next to the pizza place. But the other day two of the teenagers running the place confronted me for not flushing the toilet 5 minutes apart at my table in front of other customers.
