A hidden gem with such a beautiful, calming ambiance. The setting feels like a quiet escape--white arches, soft textures, and just the right amount of sunlight filtering through. It's the kind of place you actually want to slow down in. The drinks were just as impressive as the atmosphere. Thoughtfully crafted, visually stunning, and balanced in flavor--not overly sweet, just right. You can tell there's attention to detail in every glass. Service was warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It didn't feel rushed or transactional--more like you're meant to sit, enjoy, and stay awhile. Definitely one of those spots you come back to, not just for the coffee, but for the whole experience.

This cute little coffee shop was definitely worth the visit. A small menu but lots to choose from, my friend and I both grabbed a blueberry matcha with almond milk and she got a bagel on the side (to go). The matcha was great, a little sweet but not overly sweet. My friend also said the bagel was pretty good with fresh ingredients. Service was great, barista was friendly, a little bit of a wait but it was pretty busy when we stopped by. Inside to order/wait is a very small space, so be prepared if there's a bunch of ppl ahead of you. There was a small bar to the right of the counter to sit at, inside had a few tables but the patio out front was huge! Parking lot is really small, I do suggest just parking on the street and walk over.

great spot to catch up with friends or get some work done. can't speak for the food but the drinks are creative and aesthetic but most importantly, actually good. Staff is always friendly and happy to assist with ordering.

    Nasty burnt coffee

Cold brew was super burnt and very bitter borderline un drinkable I paid $6 for this drink and I was very disappointed. Cool place and location but the coffee wasn't good for being a coffee shop.

Caje in Ventura is such a beautiful spot--easy to settle into with tons of seating both indoors and outdoors and a really dreamy vibe overall. I got the Bella Rose, and it was so yummy. Definitely on the sweeter side for a matcha, but the flavor was perfect and the presentation was gorgeous. Just note: it's for-here only, so no taking it to go. I also tried the West Side Bagel, which was really good. Drinks did take a bit longer to come out compared to the food, but everything tasted great, so it was worth the wait. A perfect place to relax and enjoy something a little extra.

I've been a fan of Cajé since my Santa Barbara days, back when the Haley Street location was part of my regular routine. I always stick to my usual order: a Works bagel on everything and an iced vanilla latte. Their specialty lattes are very popular, but I keep it simple and honestly never get tired of this combo. When I heard Cajé was opening in downtown Ventura, I was ecstatic. The space is beautiful, with a spacious patio veranda that works for everyone, families, college students, and anyone looking for a relaxed place to hang out. It's a great spot to catch up on emails, read a book, or meet a friend without feeling rushed. WiFi is provided, and there are outlets available inside to charge devices. Parking can be limited in the back, so I usually park at the free public lot behind Coalition. Not a big deal since it's very close by. I often stop here during the week when I'm heading to nearby thrift stores. Weekends tend to be busier, so expect longer wait times. The staff is friendly, service is quick, the food is consistent, and the overall vibe is welcoming. Counter service is open daily from 7am to 3pm, and in the evening the space transforms into the dinner restaurant, Ten Tigers.

I absolutely love coming to Caje. It's so cute. Love the outdoor seating. They do also have indoor seating for those who prefer that. The workers are always nice when I have gone which is always a plus. They do have drinks they only serve if you are staying. My go too is The Burnout. It's so good. I have also tried the Bella Rosa and their honey lavender latte. Both are also good. I tend to always get one of their toasts as well. Love the bread they use. It's nice and soft. Love how they top the toast off with what they are serving it with so every bite is delicious. This location is in downtown so there is street parking and parking lots. Love this location. Have brought people with me and they fall in love with it as much as I have.

One of my fav cafes in ventura! It's at the end of Main Street, but can be the perfect beginning to venture downtown Ventura! There's a great selection of coffee, tea, & baked goods to enjoy with plenty of seating inside & out. It's about ~$20/person if you order a drink & small bite. Caje definitely offers the aesthetic and flavor.

I've had this place on my list for a while and finally made it in--and I'm glad I did. It's a cute, vibey spot that's perfect for a good cup of coffee and some solid avocado toast. There's seating inside and outside, and the egg swings outside are such a fun touch. I ordered the avocado toast and one of their popular iced coffees. The baby tomatoes on the toast were chef's kiss--simple but so good. I heard this place turns into a dinner spot/bar at night, and now I definitely want to come back and see what the nighttime vibe is like.

Discovering coffee shops in Santa Barbara is so much fun! Heading down back home to LA we found Caje and all around it's such a peaceful cute little shop. The decor is beautiful! Service was great! I've read lots of reviews about their bagels and definitely want to come back to try. :) I got the honey lavender latte and my bf got their hot coffee. I will say the coffee is pretty sweet so I would recommend cutting the amount of sweetener in half. Otherwise everything is so good!

Such a cute spot so close to the beach! Parking is tight and it's small inside, but the outdoor seating makes up for it. I loved my honey lavender latte, perfectly lavendery! My husband enjoyed his caramel latte too, though he said it tasted more like burnt caramel candy and was pretty milky. Still a solid stop for the location and vibe!

Stopped by after lunch nearby to get matcha. I had this place bookmarked for a while so when I found myself parked right by it I thought to give it a try. Very beautiful cafe with lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Ascetically very beautiful with good vibes. The drinks are unique and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the Bella Rose ..iced matcha latte. Perfectly made ... loved it. My son and I sat down outside porch and enjoyed our matcha. They also have bagels and toasts. They all looked good. Next time I'll try one since we had just eaten. Customer service for friendly. Overall a great spot to hang out, have coffee or eat brunch.

Market bagel, west side bagel, Maui brad drink and iced latte

My favorite breakfast place in Ventura! The bagels are incredible. I highly recommend the west side bagel even if you don't usually like salmon on your bagel. There's lots of indoor or outdoor seating but it tends to get busy on the weekends. During the week, you can 'work from home' here while you enjoy some coffee. Great music, great food, and great view too.
