If there isn't anyone proximal, they'll find the expert for that area, lickety split. This place covers the whole gambit of items your needing be it hardware, outdoor living, kitchen, party and paper, baby & kid's items. The list goes on. I particularly shop in the lighting and cleaning section, but I enjoy the coffee and chocolates. They have a few roast choices of what they put out for their daily coffee and allows me some time to chit chat with either the people there or the service attendant. Prices are a bit higher, but you get quick and quality service. I've read some of the other lower rated reviews and it seem many folks have a high sense of fragility over stupid sh..t! Oh the entitlement..... If you get the opportunity, come shop here or give it a walk through the many little sections and see what you can find and use.

The colorful wall of cookbooks is such a delight. To be fair, I visited today in hopes of finding a spicy salsas & moles cookbook, which I found on their website. But it was nowhere to be found within the brick and mortar shoppe. Alas, we settled for the savory potato book. The autumnal kitchen aprons piqued my attention and I may revisit pretty soon. Everything is becoming gold and orange within the shoppe. The large green parrot at the shoppe is quite amusing and adorable. We love interacting with him. It's always fun to visit Bering's, they have something for everyone. They often have deals as well, talk about sweet! Oh and don't forget the coffee and chocolates. They have handmade chocolates, biscotti and local coffee. The culinary equipment here is quite nice, whether you're looking for a new teapot, knife set or mugs, bowls. They often have food sample displays during the weekend as well, in particular, Saturday morning. Come check it out!

Then ask me to find another one. Excuse me!!! No greeting, no thanks for shopping. Next to her, another counter help broke the register's mirror. What's going on? The store was not even busy at 1pm on Saturday. I picked up so many items from the floor and cleared the path, the back area floor mat, and the area where employees are going in and out. Everything was on the floor. They keep walking over it. It's sure a management issue: they aren't walking or training their employees. What a disappointment from the "Home Goods" workers at this location. The only reason we went there was that it's a bigger store than the Galleria store, which is close to our home. Totally not recommend this location till they work on their management.

The designers we have worked with have been extraordinarily helpful and kind. They have walked us through different possibilities with their neat design software. We ended up with pieces we cherish and the delivery fee was usually waived or low. We did have one hiccup with a smaller item not having all the required parts but one call to Ballard customer service and it was handled by a very genteel, sweet customer service rep. Really great store where we enjoy shopping! Ballard often has sales, so I recommend keeping an eye out and going in at strategic times of year. One of our visits was right before a seasonal change and our designer offered us a floor model at a discount! Also, the catalogs and website are great resources! Some items may be overpriced, but we have found the quality of our purchases to be fair for the prices we have paid so far. I suggest checking out their website first before coming in and letting the designers know your limits. We never felt looked down upon for being clear with the designers about our budget or tastes. Lastly, the staff at this location have consistently been welcoming and kind. I generally prefer to enjoying browsing on my own and approaching staff once I have a decision or a question. However, I appreciate that the staff/ designers always ask if they may help or simply greet me warmly. A small display of sincere effort means a lot to so many folks in the digital age. Keep it up!

I read sentences like these before visiting, but without context they held little value. Sure I've been in a RH before, sure I've gawked at the prices, but price is relative, I said. What is cheap, I asked? Well, I found out. This is the purpose of this particular review. As far as offerings, can you find a cloud sofa or any luxury sofa at RH's version of a decent price? Absolutely! Will you find a chandelier under a grand? Absolutely not! I personally found $660 office or dining chairs as low as $330 a piece, clearance priced bar stools, a large alabaster lamp base for $805, floor length mirrors, plenty of area rugs, patio furniture and bed frames (check out the photos)! Additionally, customer service was on point (not that I'd expect anything less with any offset of RH). If this pricing tickles your pickle, make sure to visit on Wednesdays when they receive new shipment!

Thank GOD I had the actual AirPods in my ears, because the case is replaceable. When I went back to look for it, I couldn't find it anywhere. When I arrived, I told the young man at the door that my AirPod case was pinging inside the building. He was so sweet and so helpful. I didn't get his name, but he took my phone and walked around the facility, pinging the AirPods to locate them. He found them, brought them to me, and even apologized for the inconvenience, when he was the one doing me a huge favor. We bought an outdoor set in late summer 2021. They delivered most of the pieces but said the sofa would be delayed until January 2022. We were fine with that as we were planning to fix up our new patio in early spring and could wait. It is now almost May 2022 and no one from Patio One has contacted us. We have always had to call them, and when we do they always deflect us to their warehouse, who tells is a new month it "should" be in stock. We are nearing an entire year that we've waited for a very expensive couch and we have no idea if we'll even get it in time to enjoy it during the spring. I understand that the supply chain continues to be impacted by the pandemic, but no communication, updates, or compensation offered has made the experience frustrating.
