I absolutely love the Vietnamese cold brew coffee, it's the only reason I keep coming back. When I need a boost of energy this is my go to drink from the coffee bean. I have been to this location many times and every single time it has been very slow in the drive thru lane. When I finally reach the window this particular time no one comes to the window to say anything at all. At least 4 employees I can see inside and no one can say sorry about the wait just a few minutes please. After 5 minutes someone finally opens the little window and says sorry about the wait, I needed to hear that five minutes ago when I pulled up. This is just unacceptable and very rude. I had a question regarding my app and the drive thru employee could not help me. I feel disappointed and I only come back to this location because it is next to the Costco gas station. The wait time in the drive thru is waaaayy too long! And this isn't the first time this has happened. But if I'm getting in the line at 9:20am and leaving at 9:51am That is a huge problem! I ordered a drink and bakery item. The barista Alondra told me my total and I had specifically told her I wanted to use my reward and wanted my receipt, I pulled up the QR code on my phone. She scanned for my reward. Then asked for payment which was a remaining 6 dollars. I pulled up the QR code again to pay. She scanned. Then she said her computer was having issues. She asked if she could take my phone inside to pay. I handed it to her and she came back With my phone. I asked her for my receipt Again. She went back to get it and I noticed she had billed me completely for the order and did not use my reward as I had requested. It's frustrating because this girl doesn't pay attention to what people are requesting which is probably why the wait time is soo high because of constantly messing up. The store from first glance is very clean and organized. We ordered two drinks - Iced dark chocolate coffee and peach jasmine tea. Both teas were prepared well; however, the outside of the cups were sticky and not wiped down well. There were also no napkins available for customer use by the beverage pick up station. I have to echo the other reviewers, the customer service provided by the store staff was lacking. We walked into an empty store and with three or four staff members, no one greeted us until a minute or so later - even as we were standing in the front of the line. There were two staff members chatting with each other and one even made eye contact with me but still continued to chat and finish up the conversation before attending to us.
