I was in the area for work and decided to stop by and order a drink on a hot day. I arrived around opening so there wasn't many people. While I waited for my drink, o noted they have a book library at this location so it was pretty cool to have something for the community to engage in. I was a first timer and ordered the hibiscus tea with aloe Vera. The drink was good but tasted a bit artificial and didn't really taste much of the hibiscus. It didn't taste like tea, rather water, flavoring and sweetener with a sprinkle of tea leaves to give the impression it was tea...While it was "tea" it would have been better to maybe have a tea bag or poured ""steeped tea" instead of loose leaf teas because the straw was so big, I kept getting leaves stuck in the back of my throat. It was sweet and refreshing to have but it wasn't nothing to rave about. When I did more research on the sweetener I was told they use artificial sweetener versus agave or honey. So while it was something that did the trick and quenched my thirst, it wasn't the healthier option I thought it would be. Maybe I'll return to try other items on the menu.
My friends always go here. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. I got their strawberry sunset , Thai tea, Tea-rex, taro milk tea drinks, and strawberry, pistachio, and salted caramel macarons to try. The strawberry sunset kinda reminded me of a strawberry lemonade with extra fruity passion fruit flaves. The Thai tea was milky, sweet and had a light tea flave. The tea Rex was a mix of their mung bean milk tea and matcha. It was sweet, had good smooth matchay flaves, with an extra earthy, slightly nutty beany flave from the mung bean. The taro milk tea had good nutty, earthy, vanillay taro flaves. Yall know I gotta get me some pastries with my drinks and I got some of their macarons which were actually really good, chewy, lightly crisp, and a bit crumbly. My fave was definitely the salted caramel one which had lots of strong sweet flaves. Overall this place is pretty good. I like to say that this Brazilian lemonade is refreshing , its the right kind of sweet. I added xtra ice to a regular size. If you love lemon you'll like this again the service is always great, very quick and they let me try a sample before I tried my drink which was an A+ for new drinks. The ambience is always pleasant and clean. Thank you to all employees at this spot
I'm pretty sure everyone has heard of 7 Leaves at least once, but I realized I've never actually written a review for it. I usually get the Vietnamese coffee with very light sweetness because I like a strong coffee flavor. I like that they let you customize ice level, sweetness, and add-ons like boba. Prices are fair and the drinks are always worth it. I come to this location to study sometimes, though the tables are pretty small unless you grab the one larger high-top table. On the plus side, there are plenty of outlets, fast WiFi, and the staff is great. Parking is easy too. The only downside is the restroom feels like a freezer with how strong the AC is. (it literally feels like it's the north pole) Jokes aside, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven't already!

I love their Vietnamese Coffee, iced or hot. It's a little sweeter than I remembered, but it always gives enough caffeine to study for midterms or stay awake for long flights. The space is also so cute and perfect for studying! Plenty of outlets and seating. The staff are also always so friendly and helpful :) I saw they had a monthly book club, how fun!
Got off a Saturday work shift and was absolutely scrambling to find an appropriate Work Friendsmas contribution. I called in to the store and was assisted by Solali, who helped me coordinate two half gallon teas (Asam & Oolong) at reduced sweetness and with an oat milk substitution. The half gallons were not only a hit, but prepared as a well organized, plug & play set filled with cups, lids, straws, and labeled half gallon top lids in under 15 minutes.
I visited this 7 Leaves location for the first time on Sat, 9/14/2024 at around 2:40 PM. I've been craving 7Leaves so I was happy to grab this on my way home from an errand in Montebello. I ordered through my 7leaves mobile app for a pickup (prices as of September 2024): ++Sea Cream Jasmine Tea $6.30 - No complaints here! I had ordered the drink with less sea cream and it was just the right amount. I crave this drink from time to time so I was happy to satisfy that craving! ++Mint Sereno $5.75 - This one was for my husband. Unfortunately, this drink wasn't as good. The coffee tasted watered down, and it wasn't as creamy as we would have liked. I've ordered the mint sereno at the Alhambra location, and we always thought the drink was comparable to Philz Coffee Mint coffee. Unfortunately, this drink just fell a little short. The mint was too faint, and the coffee was not flavorful at all. It took us a while to finish this because it wasn't the greatest. I don't think I'd order this one again. Service: A pleasant, short and sweet interaction. I went to the side to ask for my two mobile orders and they promptly grabbed them for me. They also helped me kindly bag them when I asked. Parking: No issues at all. Plenty of spots are available since it's located inside a plaza. I parked right outside the store. Tip: I highly recommend that you download the app for the ease of ordering on the go for pick up! You also get loyalty points for your orders and they have promotions from time to time. Right now, they have double leaves (or points) from 9/29-10/1 for National Coffee Day! Haven't been to too many 7 Leaves locations, but I definitely like this location more than the Alhambra one. Despite that one having Drive Thru, this location provides better experience. My Favorite or usual: Caramel Macchiato (iced) 5/5 House Coffee, Easy Sweet 5/5 Strawberry Sunset 5/5 Summer Mint 4.5/5 DRINKS: Strawberry Hibiscus w/ Aloe 4/5 Rio Rosa (Limited Time), not bad 4/5 Once in a blue moon: Mung Bean Milk Tea 4/5 (Decent, but too sweet) Herbal Tea 3.5/5 (This one is acquired taste. The thing is it's too sweet)

On Wednesday afternoon, August 19th, our company CEO ordered iced teas from 7 Leaves for some of the employees through Uber Eats. One of the interns came to my office to take everyone's orders, and she placed our orders through the app. Since I need to stick to decaf in the afternoon, I ordered the Passion Fruit Iced Tea. It was slightly sweet but very refreshing. However, it was a little too sweet for me, so I only drank some of it and ended up throwing the rest away later. Still, I really appreciated our CEO ordering drinks for everyone in the afternoon, and it was nice to have a chance to try a new iced tea. The drinks were also ordered because some of the employees were saying that it was really hot that afternoon. But my office is completely freezing because the air conditioning is so strong that I actually have to wear a cardigan all the time! So I asked for only a little ice in my drink. I had the Passion Fruit Iced Tea that day, while the other employees tried different drinks, including Milk Tea and various iced teas. Everyone seemed to enjoy their drinks and said they were delicious. It was a really nice afternoon treat for everyone at the office! read more

Funny enough, I live here in Montebello and pass this place almost every day, but never stopped in -- which is surprising because I'm definitely a coffee drinker. Years ago, I went to the Monterey Park drive-thru location and was told they only had iced coffee drinks. Since I'm usually a hot coffee person, I never really went back. Fast forward to today, I was actually in the mood for iced coffee, so I decided to finally stop in and give it another try. I was surprised to learn they do have hot coffee options now, along with a huge variety of flavored coffees and teas. I love cinnamon, so I asked if they had any cinnamon-based drinks, but unfortunately they don't carry anything with cinnamon flavors. Instead, I ordered their original House Coffee, which is Vietnamese-inspired, along with a traditional Vietnamese iced coffee so I could compare the two. I also grabbed a pistachio macaron. The employee taking our order was really friendly and gave a few helpful suggestions, which made the experience even better. The shop itself has a very trendy and welcoming atmosphere. There were a lot of people inside studying, working on laptops, and hanging out, which gave it a really relaxed vibe. Overall, I'm glad I finally stopped in. I'd definitely come back again to try more drinks next time I'm passing through. read more

Walked in to share a community vigil flyer and the cashier Zuleyma was so sweet and helpful. There was a busy line but she handled it so well. Taking her time with each person and making small time, sharing compliment etc! She did so naturally without interrupting her efficiency. My drink was ready super quick and was absolutely refreshing! 7 Leaves is definitely one of my favorite boba spots to visit! I find myself coming when I'm looking for an early or late night pick me up, since their hour of operations spans from 7AM - 10PM! This location is very spacious and well decorated! I love how personalized everything here is! The service is always pleasant, and the workers are always quick with the drink turn around. My go-to would be the T-Rex (Matcha Tea w/ Mung Bean MT), Mung Bean MT, or the Strawberry Hibiscus when I want something a bit more refreshing read more
After we pick up dinner at the Golden Skewer we headed 7 Leaves to try out their's drinks and other items on their menu. We have been very curious about 7 Leaves we have friends tell us their drinks are outrageous with great flavors. Then we went 7 Leaves to try out their drinks to taste the hype about their drinks. We step inside it was really nice then we look at menu display what to order my wife order the Strawberry Hibiscus tea then I order the Matcha soy and also went a waffle with our drinks. We got our drink then we left headed to our car taste our drink my wife enjoy her Strawberry Hibiscus tea she say it's refreshing and I try my Matcha soy then I say wow great flavor better than Starbucks and coffee bean. We try the waffle comes with whip cream it was so good we enjoy it. We need to come again to try more flavor drinks. read more

Feeling a little Warm or Hot today? 7 Leaves Cafe is the right place for you to cool off. They have many options for drinks here from Thai Tea to a Fresh Taro Milk Tea. Maybe add some Boba or Jelly if you can't live without some. I ordered a 20oz Taro Milk Tea w/ Boba and it was just so perfect to my tastebuds. I won't be able to live without Taro Milk Tea w/ Boba. It's always a must. 7 Leaves Cafe is my #1 boba spot in the world out of all boba teas elsewhere. The service from its employees here are always efficient, accurate and quick. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has never tried 7 Leaves before, to come and try this place first before any other. You won't be disappointed. read more
