Since 2020 wasn't the greatest ~~ I decided to stop by my old work (since it's year end) drop by and say hello! I didn't want to go empty handed AND wanted to bring something sweet and different. Spending most of my days on IG and Yelp now I came across Cc's Macarons... my oh my! Did her macarons make my mouth water! I decided to reach out to Cc via IG and WOw! Super quick response and had the pleasure to pick and choose whichever flavor I wanted! Settled with 5 dozens of assorted of her bad boy macarons :) Pick up day was super easy! (Again Cc's super prompt with her responses) Let me tell you ... EVERYONE enjoyed every crumb of it! I literally got the high-fives and the "oooh" and the "woah!!" Worked with CC for a baby shower and she's been easy to work with, fast response time. I purchased a sampler and they are all sooo good! We got the macarons as favors, some customized macarons also that looks as good as they look! Flavor is really good. We also got the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and they are all moist and tastes great! Guests were all over the macarons and cupcakes! CC, you're the best! I contacted CC two days before my wife's graduation party and got pricing for cake pops. I didn't really expect it to be ready for the day of the party, but CC knocked it out of the park! She was very clear and punctual with taking care of my order, and the agreed upon meeting for the drop off was smooth and easy. Let's not forget about the actual cake pops - possibly the best ones I've ever had, no kidding. The flavors were lemon, red velvet and cookies n cream. Everyone absolutely loved them! The drinks were delicious but unfortunately our macaroons were wrong! I was sad because I wanted the strawberry and pistachio but we received like a hazelnut and salty caramel instead. We only ate the two chocolate ones the rest we didn't like. Over all texture of macaroons were delicious hopefully next time we get the right order. read more

It was exactly like how I wanted it. My daughter loved it! Even my family loved it too and they said it was too cute to eat . The macarons tastes delicious! We all wanted more. She customized the colors so they matched the wedding theme beautifully AND were also absolutely delicious! People couldn't stop complementing them and we had zero leftovers! Desserts really don't get any better than this. Any idea I have for dessert CC's totally comes through. I use her the first time for a jewelry party and I needed a bunch of bling and she made desserts that shined more than the jewelry. Called her again for my cousins daughter's 18th birthday and gave her the theme for the cookies and they did not disappoint. When I say these are the best macarons I have ever tasted, I mean the BEST. I ordered these as a last minute addition to our dessert bar for a gender reveal party and of course I had to quality control test them before serving and man oh man it hurts me to have to share these fluffy perfections! Very prompt response. I ordered: 2 dozen, each dozen split 50/50. - cookies & cream/chocolate - coffee/Nutella Since my husband ate them all, the only one I got to taste was the cookies & cream. It was delicious. The macarons were larger than normal in size, and the filling was more than I expected. Great flavor and texture. Check-in gave me $2 off EACH dozen, so it was $28 per dozen. It was $6 more because I split it & got 2 flavors per dozen ($24 for 1 dozen single flavor or $30 for 1 dozen split into 2 flavors). So each macaron was round about $2.30 or so. When it comes to macarons, very worthwhile. Packaging was simple & stylish. Not over the top or super fancy, but really nicely done. Delivery was on time & at the exact place that she said she's be- Winco, under the sign that says 'Winco. 24hrs'. It's in the parking lot on the left if you're facing the front of the store. I asked if there were any samples of the red velvet; alas, there weren't any. She was nice enough to give me a sample of ube and Reese's, though. It happen to be what she was making that day. Great service. I would totally order them again. read more

Wow CC, you are SO gifted! The German Chocolate Cake you made for my husbands birthday was incredible! Everyone LOVED it. The filling was perfection and the cake was so moist! Being my husbands favorite, he said it was the best GC cake he's ever had. Thank you for mentioning the posts, I cut carefully! And the frosting/filling did droop a bit after 6 hrs in the fridge but, it being goopy, it was an easy fix. I brought out a perfect cake! Everyones jaw dropped at the many layers - makes for an awesome presentation! Another big hit was the macarons! I've never been that big a fan but I guess because I had never tried yours! The matcha was perfectly balanced with earthy matcha, honey, and lavender without being overly sweet. The chocolate muffin was soft, moist, and filled with a rich chocolate center that made every bite even better. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and presentation. Many of the fresh bakery items were individually wrapped and sealed, while others were beautifully displayed behind glass, giving the café a polished and upscale feel. What really stood out to me was the value. I spent less here than I had at another coffee shop earlier that week, yet left feeling like I received so much more. The quality, atmosphere, food, and overall experience made it feel like money well spent. NOTE!!! This is a home based business and orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance. Feel free to text her. The macarons here are the absolute best. I've tried several places and this is hands down, my favorite. The owner bakes these to order out of her home and she puts her heart and soul into making these. You can tell she has a passion for baking and that she only wants to deliver the best quality. She has multiple flavors but my personal favorites are cookies and cream, strawberry and coconut. She is also very reasonable with only requiring a 3 day notice for your order. This way you can guarantee you're getting it fresh versus it sitting in a fridge or freezer for week(s). This past weekend, we threw a baby sprinkle to welcome the arrival of our son and it was a last minute plan. I reached out to CC a little over a week before the event and she was able to accommodate our order. Ordering and pick-up were swift and easy and CC was so very responsive! Let me tell you - the macarons were both delicious and beautiful (see attached photo). We had a cloudy/sprinkle/starry themed party and CC's macarons were spot on! All our guests and family members loved the design and the flavor of the macarons and there were compliments all around. I was looking for a place to buy macarons for my coworkers and I found this place on yelp a day before I needed it. I messaged CCmacarons on facebook asking if she could make 2 dozen macarons, 1 dozen in hazelnut and 1 dozen in pistachio by the next day at 4pm, and she said she could because she had the ingredients for those flavors already! The macarons came out beautifully and they were so delicious! The macarons had the perfect amount of chewiness and sweetness. Price was $39.99 which is very reasonable. She sent me a link over the phone for payment. Made easy peezy! Thank you miss! I have never bought a whole Black Forest cake in the past and the first one I buy happens to be eggless. So cool! And this was my very first time eating an eggless cake. Even cooler! They are closed on Mondays so I had to pick up the cake on Sunday. It was perfect because I was coming home from Carlsbad so it was on my way. It turned out this bakery is inside the Pioneer Cash & Carry grocery store. I informed the nice young lady behind the counter that we would not be eating the cake until Tuesday. She suggested I place the cake in the freezer that Sunday night and take it out at 7:00 PMish on Monday night to have it defrost gradually in the frig before consumption on Tuesday afternoon. She said if the cake is placed in the frig the entire time, it may dry out. Of course I didn't want a dry cake so I followed her instructions to the T. Thank you so much miss! Cake was very moist and spongy. Filling was not too sweet... perfect complement to the cake. Not one ounce of dryness at least not in my slice. SO VERY YUMMY!
