Hands down the BEST Jamba location anywhere! This staff are always so friendly and professional. You can tell the have great management and they were "raised right!" I come in at lease once a week and order a custom drink. They get it right every time. It's yummy and made with a lot of care. The crew is awesome Diego, Julian, Brandon are true leaders. I watch them handle the closing shifts like they own the place - very thoughtful! Jada, Jasmine and Bruce are also very professional and take the most care making my drink! I love my Greens Ginger with half vanilla almond milk and half lemonade! Super yummy! Keep up the good work team!! You are all Super Stars! Please forgive me if I left someone out. The entire staff is superior to any location I've been to! Great Job! read more

What I Ordered: -Large Caribbean Passion $10.29 Blue Jar I downloaded the app and received a welcome discount of 50% off my first drink. I asked for a recomendation and was told to order this drink. It was pretty good. I'm glad I had a discount otherwise I don't think I would pay $10.29 for a large smoothie. I wouldn't be in a rush to come back at that price. It was pretty good and I was satisfied at pay less than $6, but I would be happy at over $10. That's my 2 cents! read more

I'm like ur telling me ur just gonna deny me of a coupon and clearly it's working on ur system. She laughs I didn't find it funny. It was a hot day, and I needed a cold drink. This place is located in the same plaza as Ralph's. There was no line when I went in so service was fast. I got the Electric Ice. It was very good, but the liquid disappears real fast and what remains is the ice. When I was done, I just pour more water in since there was so much ice remaining. read more

Diego got my drink going in seconds. Being later in the evening, he had helped me get my thoughts together (and patiently waited for me to run for my wallet as I had left it in the car)! The drink was refreshing, and so was Diego's "I'm happy you're here" attitude. He even stopped to wave goodbye. Perfect way to end the day read more

Went on a Saturday around 12ish. It wasn't busy, but there was a nice consistent flow of customers. This place is locally owned!! Parking was plenty because it's in a plaza area. The trash can was overflowing, trash was on the floor, and the extras shelves were a bit out of order, BUT the service was great! The place wasn't filled with customers, but the two people behind the counter were quite busy! I got the green n' ginger smoothie. Diego was the one who made it and he was fun and talkative as he made my drink. Thank you Diego!!! My drink came out quite tasty. This place doesn't seem like a place one would hang out and chill, but a place to get and go, which is totally fine :) Next time I'm in the area I would come back in here and order some more smoothie! Thanks for a good smoothie!! read more

It has been a while since I've visited Jamba Juice and I decided to come for the acai bowl. I was impressed with all the fresh fruits that it came with and all was perfectly ripe. I went to show my parents how delicious it looked and my mom went in to order her own. For the normal price of acai bowl, I would consider it to be on the higher side but it was worth trying it. Because they blend the acai, it is on the liquid-y side compared to scooping it out from a frozen bucket, but it was still delicious with good flavor. read more

I haven't had Jamba Juice in a long time so I decided to try out the location in Monterey Park. I have only been here twice and both times I had either an unpleasant or uncomfortable experience . The first time I came to the store, the manager, Elizabeth, was extremely unprofessional and had a hostile attitude throughout my visit. I saw her yelling and speaking in an aggressive tone to the customer in front of me over a minor inconvenience. There is no need for a customer to be talked down to. My second time coming to this location was even more unpleasant. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee kaya, didn't greet me or acknowledge me politely. She simply looked at me and said, "What do you want?" That is completely rude and dismissive. The employees at this location need to be more respectful to customers, especially the manager who sets the example for the rest of the staff. I wont be coming back! read more

Worker was taking forever to take my order to talk to her friends. Then I bought 3 matcha smoothies and asked to use the restroom. She said it's for employees only. I went into Jamba Juice on September 29 around 12:20pm looking for suggestions since I love pineapple but don't enjoy smoothies that are too acidic or sour. The girl working there was honestly the nicest person ever-super helpful and friendly. She recommended her favorite and even shared what she personally likes to add to it, which made the decision so much easier. I didn't catch her name, but her kindness and the extra effort she put in stood out to me. The smoothie ended up being the perfect choice-exactly what I was looking for! read more

This is my second time giving this location a chance. To my dismay, I was still disappointed. It's hot as heck in LA and people are obviously going to gravitate to places with fresh juices/ smoothies. It's COMMON SENSE to make sure to move swiftly and adequately to meet the in-person AND online orders. Tell me why there's not a drop of common sense here. The workers solely were focusing on online orders despite taking the order of the walk-ins they were getting. I was the third person in the establishment, by the time my order was ready there was literally 10 other people waiting. People were annoyed and frustrated including myself. It took them 17 minutes to make my orange juice! Lol I find that to be ridiculous. These people need to figure out a more adequate system. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such an outstanding experience at Jamba Juice that I had to take a moment to give a shoutout to two incredible team members -- Payton Vong and Eric Lara. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a customer. Payton was the first to greet me with a warm and upbeat attitude that immediately brightened my day. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer my questions and help me customize my smoothie to fit what I was looking for. He offered thoughtful suggestions and was patient and kind throughout the whole process, which made it clear that He truly cares about the customer experience. Eric was just as impressive -- his speed and precision behind the counter were top-notch. He was focused and efficient but never rushed, and you could tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. My smoothie was blended perfectly, with the exact consistency and flavor balance I hoped for. On top of that, he checked in with a friendly smile when handing it over, making sure everything was just right. It's rare to see such great teamwork and positivity in a fast-paced setting like this. Payton and Eric clearly work well together, creating a welcoming and smooth-running environment that reflects the best of what Jamba Juice has to offer. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly service made my visit not just a quick stop for a smoothie, but a genuinely uplifting experience. If you're stopping by this location, I hope you're lucky enough to be helped by Payton and Eric. They truly go above and beyond and deserve to be recognized for their excellent work. This Jamba has been operating in Atlantic Square since before I was in high school, so I'm surprised that they had so little reviews on Yelp! I came here because I got an offer for BOGO Free for T-mobile Tuesdays. I decided to get an Orange C Booster and a Strawberries Wild, both in large. My total came out to $9.46 with the BOGO applied. Given that I had a deal, that was an OK price for me, but I don't see myself coming here at all if I had to pay full price. Located in Atlantic Square near Ralph's and Chipotle, you can expect parking to be hard to find sometimes. I advise you to park in the separated section near the street, because if the parking lot gets busy it is so much easier to find a spot and to get out of the lot from there. I ordered ahead on the app, I came in right when the app said my order would be ready and the drinks were being poured into the cups right as I entered. I didn't really interact with the staff too much other than picking up the drinks but both workers seemed very nice. The drinks taste great too. In general, I think Jamba is good but the prices steer me away unless I get a promotional discount. read more

The smoothie bowls here are SO good. I got the strawberry one, which comes with fresh strawberries and bananas, granola, and a flavorful strawberry peanut butter smoothie. My fiancé and I also ordered a Vitamin C Booster and a Peach smoothie. I cant remember the peach drink name but this one wasn't too great. It hardly had any taste. The vitamin c booster is a favorite of ours and tasted so good. I'll give them a 4 stars Good place to chill other than that has same energy as other jambas

I visited this location on 12/18 and purchased 2 ginger shots using their self service kiosk. After ordering and getting charged for my order I was told by the staff that they "ran out" of ginger shots, okay no problem. I asked one of the 2 employees working there, Diego C. If I could get reimbursed and he said no not immediately but I will be receiving a refund within 3 days, I said okay and left trusting that I would be refunded with no problem. As days went by I noticed that no refund was ever posted to my account. So, I visited the location for a second time on 12/29. I was helped by another employee that was extremely helpful, I wish I asked her for her name but besides the point she let me know that nothing was ever left for the manager regarding my refund and that she would go ahead and make sure the manager gets my refund request this time and I should be receiving it within 3 days again. Now, I visit the location for a third time on 1/2 and I explain the situation again to an employee that was there. The employee calls another employee over to help me and that employee turns out to be Diego C. I explain to him that it's my third time in the store trying to get my refund and I haven't received anything. He goes to the back then approaches the register and tells me that the refund wasn't approved so I ask him if there is a manager on duty or a number I can call to get this problem resolved and he says no. He then proceeds to open the register and give me my refund in cash. So I ask him "why wasn't this done the first time I was in here and requested a refund" he then replied with "because I'm not supposed to be doing this, I'm going to need to replace this with my own money" so I said "if what you're saying is the truth you should definitely contact your HR because that is illegal and no refund should be coming out of YOUR pocket" I told him "I'm sorry but it's not the $10.98 I'm worried about it's the principle. I'm not just going to let Jamba Juice a corporation that makes millions, keep my measly $10.98. And he should contact HR immediately because refunds coming out of his pocket is unethical" he then proceeds to try to insult me and say "I'm not worried about it I get paid good here it's only $10.98, enjoy the $10" The level of unprofessional behavior is so unreal. From the management being non existent to the staff being extremely rude to staff having to pay out of pocket for customer refunds?!? I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Jamba Juice, you really need to do better. And Diego C. keep that same attitude and I'm sure you'll go far in your career! read more

During busy traffic time, a second staff member would be extremely helpful. It's discouraging to have to wait over 30 minutes in total just to get a drink. Is this location even open? I don't get it. This is the 3rd time I'm in the area and it has updated hours but everyone's out here waiting at 11:10AM and nothing. So annoying. If you're closed, then say you're closed. UPDATE: So two employees came running in shortly after I wrote the first review. They then locked the door. I gave them a good 5-10 minutes to get situated and noticed that there were orders being pushed out and placed on the counter. I walked up and attempted to open the door but it was still locked. One of the employees came to the door and asked if I had an online order. I said no. He replied that he could only take online orders. Which is FINE but put a note up or something. COVID has really messed up flows, but I'd expect a chain location to be more communicative about what they have the capacity to do or not do. Wasted 30 minutes of my day because of lack of communication. Moral of the story: If you are really looking for a drink at this location, save yourself the headache and order online until who knows how long. You have to guess because they will probably not tell you. read more

A new worker, Jacob, was taking my order (& most other orders). I'd hate to complain, but when it comes to sanitation, it's disgusting. Knowing that this location takes FOREVER (good luck waiting 30+ mins), I didn't mind coming by today as I've been craving Jamba. However, Jacob, serving food & drinks, scratched his head a couple times. Keep in mind he has never worn gloves when my mom & I was there. If you've had your Food Handler's, one of the first many BIG rule is to wash your hands every task you switch up & when you touch things. If you touch your nose, wash your hands. If you pick your nose, wash your hands. If you even touch your work's order tablet, wash your hands. Common sense & a REQUIREMENT when you're working in the food industry. Before my order was done, I walked up to him & asked if you need to take your Food Handlers before working at Jamba (just to see if he's aware), he said yes. I told him that I've watched him scratched his head 3 times total while waiting for my order the entire time. He declined (a couple times). I asked, "really? I will contact your manager to view the surveillance cameras" He hesitated & I told him that he can scratch his head, fine, BUT WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE RESUMING taking the orders. I also pointed out that the way he grabbed cups, he pinched his fingers by the rim. He declined & said he grabs the cups by the side... He then apologized, washed his hands, & wore gloves. As soon as we walked out, my mom threw her drink away because she does not want to risk catching anything as she is also IMMUNOCOMPROMISED. I don't think a customer should be nanny-ing a TRAINED EMPLOYEE about knowing when to wash hands even with proof while still denying it lol. I've taken my Food Handlers few times already & I'm pretty sure anyone can find it self explanatory the first time. I feel bad for giving pressure to a new employee with a lot of orders coming in, however, when it comes to sanitization, sorry, but this needs to be addressed to everyone, including Jacob. Idk if I'm wrong or not, but I'm assuming if you're new to a job in the food industry, you have taken your food handlers pretttyyyy recently... read more

Don't go here unless you have at minimum 30 minutes on your hands. I got here with 2 people ahead of me and ended up waiting 25 minutes just to have my order taken. Their system also went down as I was paying for my order so they ended up having to take it twice. My biggest peeve is that they offered no apology whatsoever, not even a "thanks for waiting". Both girls present mumbled throughout the entire ordering process. I've been here for 40 minutes and still have not gotten my order (1 smoothie- nothing else).
