We stopped by earlier today, Sat 6/8/2024 at 1:00 PM for a quick pick-me-up. The shop is located right by the center food court in Citadel. My husband and I ordered: (price as of June 2024) Large Mango-a-go-go $10.29 - This is a classic and just how I remembered it (back in high school lol). The flavor was on point, it leans a tad bit in the sweet side but it's refreshing with a few small chunks of mango. This is my favorite drink here and we gulped it down. The only meh part is how pricey these drinks are, such a bummer. Service: No complaints. Pretty straight-forward service. No one was in the store but us so we received our drink order so quickly. Seating: No indoor seating available. You can sit in the outdoor food court. EBT is accepted here! Pretty cool, not sure if all Jamba stores accept it, but this location does! I came to the outlets in the summer with my mom to get some shopping done. It was hot and we wanted something to cool us off. As we were walking around, I saw Jamba and thought it would be the perfect treat for the weather. Apparently, everyone else thought the same thing! The shop was packed. No problem - we were fine waiting. When I finally got to the front, all of the workers were busy doing something. Again, no worries - it's understandable as it was busy. Someone came over and took our order - not the best customer service while I was ordering - maybe they were tired? For whatever reason, the order was confusing for them. We waited around and our drinks were done - except no one called us for the drinks. Someone left them on the counter, along with a bunch of other drinks. After all those drinks got cleared up, I ventured up to take a look and grabbed our drinks. My mom enjoyed hers (strawberry whirl), but said it was a bit watery. Mine (red gummy) was off, but after all that waiting, I decided it wasn't worth it to get it fixed and we left. Each issue wasn't too bad by itself, but when it all happened in the same trip, it makes for a less than great experience. I don't think I'd come back to this location again. read more

Love a good Jamba Juice! But unfortunately not all jambas are created equal! This location in particular is located by the food court area of the Citadel. For those who want to grab and go, there is some 10 minute parking spots available, but depending on the season there may or may not be any available in 10 minutes! Sometimes when I order from here, I get someone who is friendly and other times I get a cashier who seems like they are ready to breathe fire upon all who approaches. So I wish you luck, and hope that you receive a friendly human. The smoothies are another issue. I ordered a Mega Mango recently that did not taste like mango. Not only was it not mango colored but it came peach colored. It's definitely been a while since I ordered this, so maybe the recipe changed, but I don't remember it tasting the way it did! Other times it came a bit too icy, and sometimes too juicy. This Jamba is like a box of chocolates! You'll never know what you're gonna get. Haven't been to Jamba in awhile but I had to return to try their new plant based menu. There menu has definitely progressed and changed over time, no longer offering mango a go go. However The watermelon breeze and smooth talkin mango (with extra mangoes) are delicious and extremely refreshing plus an excellent alternative. Clean location, great customer service yet a little slow. But overall good friendly, outgoing staff. Plenty of outdoor seating available. Will return in the future read more

Dog friendly! Yay! (On leash) PSA: remember to give your canine a chance to potty before entering any shop. I called first to make sure they are dog friendly. Also asked about using a gift card on app. This location does not let you pay with gift card using app but you can use a gift card in the shop. First time I've encountered this. But the gal I spoke to was super nice and helpful. Upon arrival we only had to wait like 2 minutes as 1 customer allowed at a time inside to order. We were greeted with a smile. Polite and friendly team member. We received our smoothie about 3 minutes. I always ask not to have any ice, I mean it's frozen fruit cold enough for me. It's hit or miss on that really at various locations. This time no ice yay! I normally order mango a go go (classic from the 90's) minus the sherbet / any additions so it is vegan. But this time ordered the smooth talking mango. I always share my (dog safe) drinks with my girl and she really liked this one too. Cool, delicious mango-y goodness. The day turned out to be quite warm so this drink hit the spot. Friendly team, fast service, delicious drink! We visited on a Tuesday around Noon it was steady busy. They must be packed on weekends and holidays like Christmas. Jamba is near the food court next to Starbucks also. Closer to Telegraph Road off Citadel Drive between Ruby's and Chipotle. Only thing- no food or drink Inside Citadel stores. I did ask at a few stores that I didn't see signs at their entrance and was told it was fine. It was a hot day in Sothern California and we were deciding on Starbucks or Jamba Juice. Since we hadn't had Jamba Juice for a while, we decided to give it a try because of their Watermelon drink promotion. We finally get up to order we decide on two watermelon drinks and an apple smoothie. Time to pay and cashier says you need the reward program. (We know we are a member, but weird how it wasn't working) She looks up our numbers and none to be found. She says we need the APP. We download the APP and show her the barcode. She tells us to scan it in front of her. It doesn't scan and we ask for her help. She gives an attitude and says "all you have to do is scan it". Finally gets it to scan, and she says no rewards and doesn't work. It's fine if we don't have it and were willing to continue to pay, however a person's attitude can change everything. She shouldn't be there if she is unhappy. We decide to take our business next door to Starbucks. Btw...We checked the APP and it clearly showed we had the rewards available. I wrote a review about a terrible experience I had on September 24th at the Citadel location and the response I received was how sorry they were and to contact their Customer Service department. So I contacted them only to have to repeat the experience I had. Once we were done with the conversation the guy on the phone said within 72 hours someone would call me back from a different department to discuss my terrible experience. My boyfriend and I stopped by this Jamba Juice location after a long hot evening of shopping around at the Citadel Outlets. Don't be discouraged by the popping line here, because these guys can really whip out smoothies quick! The line was out the door and we were still able to order and receive our smoothies in 10 minutes. I was the most impressed by the customer service here! The employees were so friendly and helpful. I wanted to try the new Watermelon Breeze smoothie, but after the man helping us out at the cash register said they were out of the juice for that, I told him no worries and ordered something else. At the end of our order he let us know he took 20% of our entire order for the inconvenience! My boyfriend and I were blown away by his kindness. Horrible service !! I have never been more disrespected, embarrassed and humiliated in my whole adult life .... Sunday I was visiting citadel with my daughter and made a stop here per my daughter's request for her favorite peanut butter smoothie with protein powder. I never have any issues but this particular Jamba location is always under staffed and always takes long to make orders . Still made the stop ... after receiving my order my daughter noticed her smoothie was flavor less couldn't taste the peanut butter and the protein and was watered down , decided to go back since we had paid almost 11 dollars for a L . As I was explaining to Mia who had previously made our order how it was flavorless and lacked the taste she asked what I would want her to do ? I said " well you can remake it " she then without asking me grabbed the drink straight from my hand and threw it in the trash !!!!! I was shocked by what I had just experienced and so was my daughter and everyone around us even the ppl waiting outside the store . I told Mia she should've not done that she could've asked me to hand over the drink ... she did not apologize and she continued to tell me how wrong I was and that she did nothing wrong . I noticed Michael the manager there also told him what happened and he also did nothing he had no words for me .... I told him Mia needs proper customer service training!!!! Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I came to the mall with great energy until I tried to get a smoothie here at Jamba Juice.
