Their chamango contains very little mango, it is pretty much all ice, champs sauce and a tiny sprinkling of mango. The ice is not raspado ice. It is crushed ice not shaved ice. To top it all off, the crushed ice had a little piece of blue rubber (like from à balloon) in it. Price was too high for what you get. I understand inflation, but this is too much. Friendly people behind the counter--they seem to really get customer service. But they didn't really have a non-sugary drink for sale. If, like me, you think that 90% of Starbucks drinks are too sweet, skip it. There are no offerings at all that are fruit based. But even though I didn't like their drinks, three stars for good service for the other members of our group (including one who guiltily threw his drink away). The menu is good but the service is crap. The woman who is usually there looks so unhappy. She likes to charge more than the menu price. Today I purchased a bionico. The menu says $6.50 and she charged me $7.50. Every time I go in there, I am reminded why I don't like going. They also don't have set hours. I've been to this place a few times now and I love their raspado called Trompo... it's like an orgasm in your mouth. I can't speak about the rest of their items because I've never really had them but I totally do recommend the Trompo. If I'd lived near by I'd probably be here everyday! I went to this place today and it was ok. They have a huge selection of raspados and the prices are reasonable. However the syrup is wayyyy to dense and they don't put a lot of natural fruit. I think they should make the syrup thinner and add actual slices and they would be rocking. They put a little bit of condensed milk and they need to upgrade. I also had the fresas con crema and it was a love/hate relationship with the sauce. It's very tangy and fruity unlike other sauces that are creamier. I like the creamier texture but they do give you a lot for your money so it's worth. I would go again and try a couple of other things. read more

This place is great! Cheap and near my house. But over the days they start changing for everything. I get the 4 berry raspado. And topped with lechera. Exra 25cents. I got some chips too. Another 25cents to put chille and limon. The other time i tried buying some tostito chips . The lady who works there didnt want to sell it to me beacuse they are ONLY for tostilocos. The closest location to Long Beach/ Lakewood area! I used to live in Pomona so I would always go to the one over there, but I recently moved to Lakewood and was having withdrawals! I've given this place a few opportunities and it always fails. I believe to be the owner (Hispanic light skin lady in her 40s) always have a bad attitude. I stop by with my niece and daughter around 1130am. It should be open by then, yet the door was wide open and no sign on the door of business hours. All the lights were off, yet since the door was wide open we went in. No one was there, we Waited no lie, about 15 to 20 minutes when we decided to look around and to my surprise the lady was sitting in her car parked in front of the store with her AC full blast. Clearly she seen us go in, and she didn't had the audacity to come out of her car and let us know if the business was open or closed. Instead she completely ignored us, acted like she was on her phone and didn't give a damn about the business less the customers. Plus I left with a crying toddler cause she wanted a raspado. First of all, there's nothing special about this place, there's tones of similar places in almost every corner of the city. And their prices are not the most competitive.
