I knew it was a reason why their Yelp rating was so low. The heat was running me low and I needed a Jamba to cool me off... Wish I would've followed my better judgement, as the reviews for this location DON'T LIE. This location is very crammed. I didn't like that! I placed my order and the person who took my order was friendly. I didn't wait long for my drink but when I received it there was smoothie all around the sides of my cup. I had to take several napkins and wipe around my cup to remove all the excess smoothie; otherwise it would be sticky. The workers were just starring at me instead of asking me would I like them to clean the outside of my cup. Since they chose to stare, I looked at (2) workers and asked them," Do you all normally give customers their drinks with smoothie all around the outside of the cups?" And they looked at each other puzzled. Another employee heard me asking them and asked them did they wipe the outside of my cup and one answered (lying) and said "yeah". I just shook my head and walked out. Then came time to taste it... It was not like a white gummi should taste. It was very underwhelming. Chunks of ice, not well blended, it just didn't taste good. I called couldn't get in touch with her. I called the store the manager left for the day at 3pm. i under stand things sellout I just shouldnt have to jump through hoops just to get my money back. Went to this Jamba Juice yesterday (4/29) and I wasn't able to get my drink because the wait time was more than 10 minutes due to the workers cleaning the juicer. I went back today (4/30) because i really wanted a great greens drink. i ordered a drink and said a "tall"mango go go and the male cashier responded with "whats tall" okay so i confused the word. Then asked if the juicer for a great greens was working because yesterday it was not available when I ordered my drink. And he said it was. Came in for a drink at around 7:30pm today and as same with the review I saw from 14 days ago they did not greet us nor let us know they'd be right with us until we were standing for a couple of minutes. This location is overcharging customers for drinks!!! I ordered a medium Caribbean passion and a tropical greens juice. The girl rang me up for $16.48. I paid and was wondering why it was so much. She almost didn't give me a receipt but I asked for one. When I looked I noticed that she had charged me $9.69 for the tropical greens juice. Really??? Almost $10.00 for a juice where the price clearly marked on the board is $7.49 for the larger size. Never mind the fact that she didn't even ask me what size and just rang me up for the large. After looking at the receipt I asked her why she charged me $9.69 instead of the $7.49 which was clearly on the board and what I pay at every other Jamba Juice I l've gone to. She told me that's what comes up when I put it in here (pointing to her cash register) you can change your order if you want. Uh no! How about if you charge customers the advertised price? First impression was this location was a bit small. Greeting was nice, quickly learned that the cashier didn't want to be there when she was struggling with the juicing machine. She impolitely asked for customers to move to the other side of the store to make room for incoming customers. Staff is really friendly and I even got a free smoothie off the rewards program.
