Nachos with cheese and jalapeno
Jaime C.

Good tasting raspados but.....!!!! the nachos I ordered taste old and stale. 2nd time in 3 months. This tells me they have no interest in customer satisfaction or food quality... if u were to ask me id tell you dont buy any nacho cheese from this place.

Delicious strawberry raspados topped with fresh strawberry slices and cream. Ordered and received within about 5 minutes. Large selection of raspados, and fresh fruit dishes. Looking forward to coming back!

Coconut Raspado

We have visited this place a few times now. The raspados are really good! The coconut one is probably my favorite with all of the coconut shreds. We also tried the tostilocos and they were alright. The service and ambiance are okay.

Hot cheetos w/esquites

Stopped in on a hot day and ordered my FAVORITE drink the chocomilk liquado. Its still so good as its always been and glad to see they now offer different sizes on the drinks when before they only carried the large (unfortunately the large is not as large and the small is very small, its like that everywhere now though so yeah). I also ordered the tastequites, sooo good! I paid 23 for 2 large liquados and an order of tastequites. Pretty pricy yeah, but these snacks usually are and its pretty common nowadays. The service was great and I was able to enjoy my drink and snack inside.

Walnut raspado

This place is a great authentic Mexican spot serving a wide selection of raspados and biónicos. Their walnut (nuez) raspado was perfectly sweet and crunchy with real ground walnut. The service is quick and accurate and a great value overall. They have great Mexican and Latin music playing and the servers speak Spanish and English.

This place has employees who rush you to order. I got to the place trying to order a raspado however, my son was trying to choose the size. And the idiot unprofessional employee kept asking do you need more time do you need more time . Really is this how you treat the people who give you the money so you can maintain your job!!! I'm sorry as an educator and past customer service employee I'm disgusted for such actions...I disagree with this rude individual!!! She should not be working with the public if she is so inpatient. Do your self a favor and don't waist your money here! My son and I left.

Hi, I keep trying to call and it says the number is disconnected. Is there another way to contact you?

Hi Brenda, I usually put my order before I go to the store and I call 323 724 1033. This is for the one in Whittier Blvd. I was just there a couple of days ago and I called today as well and it works.

There's even a bathroom in there for customers -- brilliant !! The variety of flavors is pretty standard, but they provide their monthly specials and some last chance ice cream flavors. I got the Daisy Chains limited edition flavor, as well as the apple cider donuts flavor from the September apple series. They both complemented each other fabulously since the Daisy Chains flavor has pink frosting and sugar cookies in a vanilla base, whereas the apple cider donuts flavor has a lot of cinnamon and some caramel adorned inside. I also have routinely skipped out on their waffle cones -- a crime because they taste superb and smell even better. It holds a surprisingly generous amount of ice cream and doesn't melt so long as you stay inside or are not in hot weather.

The place is super small and no line, but the flavors were plentiful. I forget what they do, but you can get a combo of flavors in a single scoop. Then, an eternity ago, it closed and we were sad. Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

Their milk-based soft serve is incredibly creamy, flavorful, and wonderfully balanced--like classic Japanese desserts, it's not overly sweet and lets the real, high-quality ingredients shine. You can truly taste that nothing artificial is used. My absolute favorite item to order is the Honey Affogato specialty. It comes topped with real honeycomb and a hot shot of espresso/coffee poured right over the cold ice cream. The temperature and flavor contrast is amazing~~~ On top of the delicious treats, the service is always super friendly, the shop is spotless, and they even have a fun Photo Booth inside~ Highly recommend stopping by, you won't be disappointed~
