This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

A few mins later, the Dr. came in and was super friendly and informative. As a first time hamster owner I wanted to get Sir Duke Nukem a check-up this morning for his appointment to see if he's doing good or any concerns I should be worried about. And it turns out, he was pretty good and healthy. They even offer boarding for your pets which I was interested in getting to know more about. As I plan to travel this summer for a whole week, I wanted to see what the best options would be. I am going to consider for him to get boarded. The office is filled with gifts from pet parents who also appreciate their dedication to exotic animals. I'm trying to decide what we will bring to add to the loving gifts. Prices are very fair compared to our former vet office and they don't have the constant turnover other companies experience.
