Jeremy came highly recommended by two different reef/fish stores. He is extremely knowledgable. Jeremy helped turn around my fish only tank algae issues and some great recommendations for my reef tank. read more

Didn't have the professional courtesy to call back and decline our business. I sent pictures and even texted back after no comment!

They literally changed our fish tanks' life! Our tank went from dark sad and gloomy to happy, bright, and colorful. I couldn't thank them more for the glow up they gave our tank!! I love looking at it all the time :) read more

The Happy Fish - Our beautiful fish tank!!! - Aquarium Services Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

HORRIBLE AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE!!! I called Jeremy to get an estimate for a custom tank build in January 2020. I had a large tank was leaking so I had to move 2 large cichlids to a smaller temporary tank. He came to my house and took measurements. He knew the urgency of my request due to my fish being in a temporary holding tank... BUT I NEVER HEAD BACK FROM HIM. I tried to call, text, and email for follow up for 2 weeks on a timeframe... no response. After over 2 weeks of no response, I searched more and finally found a tank builder through Aquarium Arts in Mesa, which took another 3+ weeks to actually get a tank made. Never heard from Jeremy during this entire ~6 week process. The lack of response and delay in getting my fish into a new tank caused my huge Blood Parrot to get sick and eventually die, even after taking him to an aquatic vet twice for treatment. Jeremy was simply unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. He had all of my contact info...phone, email, and address. He was at my house. He has no excuse for his lack of response. He likely didn't see the opportunity for the cleaning service as he seems to focus on salt water tanks, so he likely decided to just move on and leave me hanging... this is not a business that cares about customers, referrals, or being professional. read more

Jeremy took over my fish tank when it was in dire need of help. My corals and fish were both dying and it wasn't being properly taken care of. He nursed it back to life. My tank is vibrant and my fish are thriving. My corals are growing well and my fish are happy. He comes out twice a month to maintain my tank. He's always happy to help and answer questions you may have. He is also real and honest with you about the expectations of your tank and fish compatibility. We know we can count on him! I have a 250 gallon reef tank in great condition because of him! read more

The Happy Fish - Aquarium Services Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Jeremy and Justin are THE best of the best in the aquarium business! They designed and built our office aquarium and it is one of the main attractions here. They have gone above and beyond to make sure our tank is well taken care of. This duo team is extremely knowledgeable and quick to act whenever we need something! They make our questions (as silly as they might seem) top priority. You can tell that they are passionate about what they are doing and appreciate every single one of their customers. I highly recommend them for any of your aquarium needs!! Thanks for everything Happy Fish! read more

These guys are amazing, true professionals in their industry. I reached out to inquire about their services, ended up not being a good fit for either of us but they were still willing to chat and help me out even though I was not a good fit for their model. These guys were super passionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not sure what more someone could ask for. Thanks for all of the advice! read more

Jeremy has serviced our tank for the past six months and we couldn't be more pleased! He is neat, detailed, and thorough. After initially assessing our 105 gallon reef tank, he immediately made some recommendations for treating and supplementing the water. In addition to cleaning and maintaining our tank, Jeremy is more than happy to help us pick out fish and coral to supplement what we currently have. With a background in biology, he is always able to explain the "why" behind everything he does when working on our tank. More importantly, he has no problem working within our budget and isn't pushy in the slightest (which is nice--we know there are lots of upgrades out there, but being relatively new to the hobby we like taking things one step at a time). His availability to our area is limited to certain days of the week-- not ideal, but at the same time we are willing to be flexible to work with a company that is honest and transparent. He also does custom builds--just ask and he will show you some of his current projects. If you're looking for someone with the expertise and passion to take your tank to the next level, check out the Happy Fish! read more

Do yourself a favor and call Jeremy for your fish tank service. We have worked with multiple companies and our tank was never quite right. As time would go on the service charges would go up and the effort and quality would go down. SO NOT THE CASE HERE!! Jeremy is beyond knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, loves what he does, and goes out of his way to accommodate his clients. Also, he is very neat and is someone that you will trust to have in your home or business. Trust me on this one! Even if you have had service with someone else for a while, I encourage you to chat with Jeremy and see what he can offer you in terms of quality and price. read more

I was having lots of issues with tank maintenance for the business that I manage, it felt impossible to find a company that provides great service combined with competitive prices. I searched, interviewed and received several quotes and found out that BY FAR Jeremy was not only knowledgeable, passionate and experienced but also is very honest business owner (which was rare to find in this field) I hired Jeremy few months back and our fish tank has been looking amazing, our guest and staff notice it DAILY. I'm VERY satisfied with Jeremy and The happy fish. I wish I can give them 50 stars instead of the 5 the yelp offers. Highly recommend The happy fish, They are by far the best in AZ. if not in the country. Shadi Z. read more

After being unhappy with the appearance of our saltwater tank, we switched service providers to Happy Fish and the tank has never looked better. The fish are healthier, there are no more problems with cloudiness or algae, it is much quieter and the equipment is now working the way it is supposed to. Today, we had an issue and Jeremy showed up quickly and discovered the problem right away (our fault!). He's very knowledgeable and eager to recommend the RIGHT thing for the tank not the most expensive. A guy of great integrity and wonderful customer service. We'll keep you posted! ;) read more

Jeremy is a true professional. Very knowledgeable and active in everything we need. Our tank had never looked better!

We were so excited. After many years of our fish tank not running, we decided to take the plunge. I phoned many companies. Jeremy, the owner of Happy Fish was the first one to call. He met with me right away. He tested everything and made suggestions. He was so knowledgeable about fish and their mannerisms. I was definitely a fish out of water! He gave me a good quote and we were up and running. He spent the entire day putting the pieces back together. Then he proceeded to take me to the fish store and made suggestions on what type to pick. What types get along. What type poops a lot. What fish didn't look healthy. Since I am new bee, I have texted and phoned him may times. He always answers even on the weekends. He told me I could call him "coach"! My fish are thriving thanks to the excellent instructions and walking me through everything. Not sure what that One Star was about on a previous review. As you can by other reviews, it's BOGUS! read more

We are thrilled with our tank here at ICE. We weren't sure what we had with the tank we inherited as it was in pretty rough shape upon moving into our beautiful building. Jeremy and Justin made it sparkle like new and we are thoroughly pleased with the result. Happy Fish is truly that--we have happy fish and they are thriving. On top of all this--Jeremy and Justin are an absolute pleasure to work with and they are very professional. You can't go wrong with Happy Fish--they are the best. read more

Every person in my life tried to talk me out of a aquarium. Being a single mom with a lot on my plate, they thought it was too much for me to handle. I was determined to add a saltwater tank to our home. I was referred to Jeremy by a friend and with his help; I have had my awesome fish family for over two years. He has been the most amazing, responsive, supportive, and educating caregiver. I cannot say enough good things about the service, the care, integrity and genuine passion for people enjoying their fish and their fish being healthy and happy in their environment. read more

I am so glad I called to ask about setting up an aquarium and fish. These guys are the REAL experts. I purchased an aquarium from another store and would've had a disaster on my hands if I'd moved forward with my set up. The owner took my call and made a house visit free of charge even though I am not even an existing customer. He was very helpful and informative. Though it was clear I know nothing about salt water aquariums, he was careful to not make me feel like an idiot for getting myself into a mess with what I'd purchased. He provided alternative solutions for me and I found him to be incredibly honest and forthright. I decided to wait to begin my hobby until I really have what it takes to go into it and I'm SO GLAD I found such sound advice for when I'm ready to undertake it. When I do move forward, I will be using Happy Fish for my maintenance and supplies. If you want the best in the valley, look no further. read more
