My beloved, betta fish (Frankie), who I've had for 2 years was appearing very sick and I wasn't quite sure what to do... I frantically was searching online for a fish vet near me, not even sure if something like that even existed!! Somehow I got a hit on Fishguy Aquariums and after reading all of the great reviews, it sounded like this was a person that could possibly help me!! I called the phone number and got a voice message option and left a voice message. Within minutes I got a text back saying I'm sorry I'm out of town at the moment, but please tell me your situation!! I texted him back and said thank you so much for responding, especially since he wasn't even in town!! I continued to share with him information about Frankie the Fish. Had he been in town, I'm certain he would've came right over but what was most impressive was the fact that even though I knew he couldn't come over, he continued to text me, asking me about Frankie and offering very wonderful and knowledgeable suggestions. He was so informative and enlightening to my fishes situation, and you can tell his passion for the care of fish and their environments!! I feel so lucky to have found Chad the Fishguy! My tank was a mess.. I had a 120 gallon, and the pumps were not working well and the old undergravel filter was a disaster. Chad came in and rescued my tank! New filters were put in and the tank cleaned up and new fish were added. It looked amazing!! Then, one morning at 3:30...my very old tank came apart and Chad was quick to send someone out to help me save my fish and get a new tank started. Not sure what I would do without him!!!!!
