The wait for a table was about 45 minutes when I arrived luckily there was open seating at the bar. I was able to sit down right away. Bartender provided me with the menu. He gave us the right amount of time to look at the menu and answered any questions that I had. I was stuck with 5 different dishes( due to the menu having so many options). I ordered the pineapple chicken with shrimp. The taste the sauce and everything about it was amazing. I wasn't a fan of the carne asada. The steak was firm when I asked for medium well. The decor at the location is nice and a very well sized cheesecake factory. The tv screens at the bar had different games showing . I would recommend this cheesecake factory. I came here the other day to redeem a birthday slice- CF got me, it was a $30 slice ha! Meaning I got taquitos and a glass of wine but at least the slice was free! I sat at the bar and couldn't resist filling up on some of that warm fresh bread first. I got the chicken taquitos and a glass of rose. The bartender was attentive and friendly. The app came out just when I finished up with the bread and I got the cookie dough cheesecake - one of the few I have yet to try - to go. The taquitos were a little on the bland side but washed down nicely with the rose. And the cheesecake was of course delicious. Definitely made that last 2-3 sittings. We came to The Cheesecake Factory for a Sunday dinner and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. Starting with the hostess, she led us to a high-top table, and when we politely asked if we could sit at a lower table or booth (which should've been easy since plenty were open), she gave us attitude about it. Not exactly the warm welcome you expect, but we did end up getting seated elsewhere, so that worked out at least. Then it took around five minutes for our server to come by. We ordered an appetizer, and she immediately pushed us to order entrées, saying, "The kitchen is really backed up right now, so even if I put your food in right now, your appetizer will come before." We weren't ready to order yet, so she came back a couple minutes later to take our full order. Fast forward about 45 minutes -- our entrées finally arrived, but no appetizer. We ended up cancelling it because at that point it was just ridiculous. During the long wait, we went through one basket of bread and had to flag her down for another. When she brought it, she said, "The kitchen is working on the brown bread right now, so this is not fresh bread but I'll bring some more out when it's ready." I have no idea what "not fresh" means in that context, but the bread was cold and rock hard, so that checked out. To be fair, my pasta entrée itself was tasty, but the service was honestly some of the worst I've experienced at this location. Our server seemed scattered and completely out of it, not sure if she was just overwhelmed or something else, but she was a mess all around. The friend I was with had the lunch orange chicken the portions were good the rice was really dry and tasted like it was from the day before and heated up in a microwave the orange chicken did not taste fresh either and one had sugar free cheesecake has gone down in size and the other had carrot cake was fine. All 3 of us had tea to drink. With all this to say for what we paid this was a big disappointment and I have no desire to go back. read more

There are never any parking spaces available for to go orders and the parking is awful at this mall anyway, so I always have to park far away and walk forever to go pick up my order inside. And every single time I've gone in to pick up my food, the employees spend a long time chatting with each other and ignoring me standing at the counter staring at my bag of food. That being said, nothing beats the Godiva cheesecake so I always come back when a coupon is loaded in my account. The whole experience is such a pain that it's not worth paying full price for though. I had the green chicken chicken enchiladas, which looked very good on the plate, but unfortunately that was about the extent. The very sticky rice had cilantro on it and that was it. Not very flavorful. The black beans didn't have much flavor either, although did have some cheese on them. The most flavorful thing about the enchiladas were the corn tortillas that were very good. The chicken was dry. I know this dish could be really good, the recipe just needs to be upgraded, especially for the price being charged for it. My spouse had the spaghetti and meatballs, which she liked and with the amount of garlic in it she's sure to ward off vampires for at least the next several days. For dessert she had the skinny cheesecake, which she liked. I had the chocolate mousse cheesecake which was very good, but the amount of whipped cream that came with it was insane. We both had coffee and my second cup tasted like the bottom of the pot. We brought back amount half of our dessert and our meals. We had a $10 off coupon, but the bill still came to over $80 with tip. Honestly it's way overpriced. Walked in for lunch around 11:30 and we were quickly attended to. We had never been and so we enjoyed seeing the way that the place was decorated. It was slightly darker inside which we enjoyed and the music was pretty solid not overly loud in the place. The main reason we had a good time today is our server I would like to shoutout Kevin W for being very helpful. From the beginning he was very attentive and helped us pick good items to try. Thanks to him we tried the buffalo blasters which we really enjoyed. He also recommended us to add a side of Alfredo to our jambalaya pasta. That was a great idea we enjoyed it. Our favorite dish was the chicken Madeira which was also recommended by Kevin. I got the Oreo cheesecake and my girlfriend got the s'mores. Both were very good. My girlfriend also got a macchiato which she enjoyed. Overall we enjoyed everything and portions were great, we brought home enough food to have dinner and even small pieces of our cheesecake. Flies were flying all over here and one landed on the back of my neck. One of the kitchen staffs tracks landed into somebody else's food. My friend and I went to TCF for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and had a very pleasant time. We both ordered salads and they were absolutely enormous - like one would be enough for two people. I had the Caeser salad with chicken, my friend had the Mexicali. He -almost- finished his. I did my best but left another serving. It was tasty tho! The whole Egyptian ambiance was weird, but clean, and the service was really very good. So, overall, it was a good experience. Great place to visit! One can never go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory for the most part. It was busy and crowded but the service and food here was great. Shout to our server, I believe her name was Shea. She provided great service and was very attentive. The food portions were huge ---the vegan cobb salad colourful and the crab fritters appetizer was delicious.. For my main dish, I ordered the Jambalaya chicken & shrimp. Instead of the white rice that is typically served with this dish, I requested spaghetti noodles with extra garlic. It was perfect and the flavors were on point. This was my first time at this Cheesecake Factory location, and In all it was a great experience. The only dissapointment was the opportunity to try out one of the many cheesecakes. I absolutely love the Cheesecake Factory! The menu is so large so I love that I always have so many options, and I can try something new every time I go there. It was a busy Friday night when we went, but we were seated right away, so it wasn't too bad for just a party of two. Our waitress had forgot to put in our appetizers, so we had waited a really long time for our food to come out, just for it to be our entrees, when we thought we were waiting for appetizers. She let us know that she forgot to put them in, and asked if we still wanted them, and we did. We just ate them with our entrees. We had the fried mac and cheese, which is my favorite and the fried zucchini! Both very good. I ordered the shepherds pie, which was my first time having it and its my new favorite. My family and I have eaten at plenty of Cheesecake Factory restaurants in NY, FL, and even Nevada. We decided on our last night here in NC to go to our favorite restaurant for dinner. Boy what a nightmare. First, the glass on one of the entrance doors was missing with a big wooden board covering where the glass would be. The food took FOREVER to come out. When it finally did and I was eating my salad and I found something strange in it. I called the waiter over and he apologized and he couldn't even tell me what it was. He said I'll bring you another one. At that point I really didn't want it but he never offered to take it off my bill. Husband enjoyed his flatbread and I loved my "skinnylicious" lemon garlic shrimp, but I have to confess it could not have been truly skinnylicious as there was a massive amount of oil/butter in it. However, I chose to believe the calorie count on the menu and not let it disturb my enjoyment of it, because it was perfectly cooked and very yummy. I love the Cheesecake Factory, and overall this was another great experience. We were seated quickly, were brought bread, and our delicious food came out fairly quickly. They were out of a few menu items, but the waitress knew this and informed us of the unavailable items. I am glad the item I wanted was unavailable because the steak medallions were incredible! I love the sauce and the potatoes all mixed together! The only issue we had is that when the food came out, that was basically the last time we saw our waitress! My family has been coming to this location for years, we've got to other locations as well. This is my go to order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Carbonara and I substitute the chicken for the Parmesan herb chicken. In my years of coming here I've never had an issue with this order. Today however i was told no they can't do that. I've paid for it to be an up charge not a problem but was told flat out no. Asked to speak to manager, server told me the GM made the call. Asked to speak to her, I would have ordered something different. But my family had already received their food ( no time management). They said they can give me the fried chicken instead.
