Did take out from First Watch and it was perfect. My kid was obsessed with the chocolate chip pancake. ( HUGE portion). Orange juice was tasty and eggs, french toast too. All very filling and tasted fresh. Inside looked busy so Im glad we did take out. Front hostess was very kind and he made sure i could carry it all. Will come back next time when in town. Parking was busy but found a spot next to orange theory easily. read more

I arrived on last Sunday morning- I obviously realised that it would be busy so I ask the young lady accepting bookings. She asked me for my Name ( as the usual First name I normally use:JOHN; being one of the most common Males First names I gave her my full name together with the phone number she requested , saying she would advise when a table was available. After waiting for approx 15-20 minutes and sitting right next to to booking station, I heard call the First name and standing up I asked " Which John" ?- at the same time a man who have arrived sometime AFTER myself, shoved forward past me and told the Female holding the iPad that he was John, the young lady promptly ignored me and proceeded to take this late-comer to a table. She actually walked right past me and NO PHONE CALL/ Txt sent to me , Shen I complained someone who I suspect what a Manager remonstrated at me telling me that the other man was obviously before me- read more

We came here on a Sunday morning after working out to add those calories back that we'd burned off. The restaurant was full, but there didn't seem to be a wait. We ordered their fall items because they sounded so good. The maple bacon croissant sandwich was so good. The sausage was cooked well and seasoned. The egg and cheese were perfectly paired and the maple syrup and bacon took the dish over the top in flavor. I highly recommend this sandwich but maybe split it with someone. I was only able to eat half of it. My partner ordered the honey chipotle chicken hash. It was delicious. The potatoes were cooked well and the over easy egg was great with the chicken. Great dishes. read more

FIRE COTNEY IMMEDIATELY! Extremely rude customer service. I placed a DoorDash order and the status said "preparing your order" for over an hour. So, I called the store to ask what the actual status of the order was because it could have been that I wasn't assigned a dasher. I was very polite on the phone, and Cortney replied "we're busy right now ma'am". So I said "ok so is the order being prepared or is it already prepared?". She, with an attitude says it's being prepared and asks a coworker if they remember bagging it. Then she says "it's being prepared... we're busy". I say thank you and hang up the phone and not even 2 minutes later I get a notification that the restaurant has cancelled my order due to it being a "duplicate order". Unacceptable! I know that Cortney cancelled it due to HER ATTITUDE after I had already been waiting on the order. Why would they cancel if it was "being prepared"? Because Cortney is petty and rude, I now will not have time to eat before heading into work. read more

I was greeted and seated promptly. My waitress came over and took my order in a good reasonable timeframe. I order the new strawberry French toast, side of regular bacon, and two eggs scrambled with shredded cheese. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Really enjoyed the strawberry French toast, highly recommend it and hope they keep it on the menu permanently!!!! You will not need maple syrup on it, it is plenty sweet. The bacon was crunchy just how I like it. The eggs were okay, not the best. The atmosphere was nice, relaxing, and not crowded. Would I come here, most definitely!! Service and food was very good!! read more

So, the food was ok but service was POOR. I was there yesterday and ordered a classic benedict (a lower calorie high protein option) and was brought the bacon avocado benedict. I called the waitress over said I ordered the classic benedict. She lied to my face and said that was the classic. I decided to let it slide because it would be tasty and I disnt want to be that person...but it wasnt what I wanted or ordered. I checked the menu on the way out and confirmed it was not the classic benedict. This is not the way to treat customers. I won't go back. read more

When I found out they offered turkey sausage & gravy biscuits I knew exactly what I wanted for brunch. It was served steaming hot and the turkey sausage had a nice spice to it. Would highly recommend. Only downfall is- we waited at least two hours with a reservation. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the alternative meat option as I don't eat pork. Kudos to First Watch read more

Received old reheated potatoes, burnt, inedible bacon and overdone eggs. My husband didn't receive half of his order - English muffin, syrup for his waffle, coffee, oat milk or utensils as requested. Highly disappointed in the service, and won't be returning. read more

i've been to many first watch locations and this location is just as good as the ones in the past! we came in and were greeted by friendly hosts. we were seated quickly despite it being busy. we ordered the pineapple express and mint chocolate ice coffee which was a great start to the meal. i ordered the smoked salmon frittata and it was pretty good! i wished the smoked salmon was put on top of the frittata and not cooked within. just a preference. we split the avocado toast which was great. fresh and light. and we also ordered the b.e.c. sandwich which was a lot bigger than we thought! overall, delicious meal and friendly staff with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. would come again in the future. read more

I love the fresh delicious food at First Watch. I've been to one in several states now. Luckily this one was right near my hotel. The service was good. The place was very spacious and clean with nice decor. I got the veggie juice which tasted so good and healthy. Also got the smoked salmon frittata which was delicious. Prices were very reasonable considering the tasty healthy food. read more

First Watch is a trendy little sit down breakfast place ideal for a weekend brunch with some friends. I would suggest getting to First Watch early or being prepared for a short wait, this place is a popular weekend spot for breakfast or brunch. The staff is super friendly and abundant so the service is excellent. The menu has some rotating options as well as staples such as the million dollar bacon or million dollar potatos. I had the "Works Omlette" and the "Million dollar bloody mary" The omlette was nice and fluffy, filled with vegetables and meats topped with a dollep of sour cream. I washed it down with a nice yet rather plain bloody Mary. Plain as in the only garnish was the million dollar bacon. I would have enjoyed some standard bloody Mary garnish as well. All in all First watch is a good option for a weekend brunch with some friends with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and quality brunch options. read more

This First Watch is just like any other First Watch, but the service was exceptional and the food was great. The French toast was cooked just right it wasn't soggy. It was nice and fresh and warm and fluffy. Like a true French toast. The million dollar bacon was good, but it wasn't as great as I've had it before at other first watch.. This is our second time at a First Watch in NC because the previous visit was not great there was a long pause. However our time here today was the polar opposite of the last. We came with our friends taking us to the airport for our flight out to vacation. The inside is a mix of country and clean industrial decor. Our server was very nice and we were well attended to for breakfast. I chose cinnamon chip pancakes with two eggs and two slices of bacon for $12.95. The cinnamon chips are like chocolate chips but with a cinnamon flavor. The meal was good and reasonably priced with good coffee to drink with it. read more

Delicious breakfast place. Wonderful service too. I ordered the Tri-Fecta with two over easy eggs, chicken patty sausage and I got the banana nut pancake which blew my mind because the banana was actually cooked into the pancake...just wonderful. Syrup was legit too. The decor was rustic farm but not overdone. Really nice. Definitely coming back. read more

YUM! Had the brussel sprout potato hash for brunch and it was delicious! Brussel sprouts, potatoes, variety of shredded cheese, onion, topped with 2 eggs, lemon-dressed arugula, and a chili oil. I was so happy with my choice! Our waitress was awesome. My dish was actually made with no brussel sprouts at first and, upon asking, she quickly had the kitchen remake the proper dish and let me keep the current one. So despite getting the wrong order at first, she handled it professionally and very quickly! The restaurant was a little loud but our group of 6 was sat rather quickly on a Saturday morning. Will definitely come back!! read more

The fam and I took a post-Thanksgiving vacay to North Carolina and First Watch was one of our favorites stops! We popped in for brunch on a rainy Saturday morning and I was blown away by the adorableness of this spot. Even though we had a big group of 6, we were seated quickly and the drinks and food came fast. My daughter and I shared their special of the day, which was a green chili pork dish with eggs. We also got a side of their legendary bacon (which is apparently THE thing to order here). My only regret is we didn't have time to come back - their entire menu looked amazing and so did their cocktail and mimosa options. I would not hesitate to stop here again if I'm ever back in the area. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at this First Watch location! The restaurant itself is decorated very nicely. I came here for breakfast on a Friday morning and honestly was surprised by how busy it was! There weren't very many open tables and I was pleased that we were able to be seated right away. Our server was friendly and the service was sufficient but she was difficult to get ahold of for the check. Not a huge deal though! As I said - they were busy the morning we were there. For breakfast, I decided on the tri-athlete. It was very yummy! House-roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and green chiles in a cage-free egg white omelet. It was served with housemade pico de gallo, whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh fruit. The finished every last scrap on the plate! I also opted to try the holey donuts which were seasonal at that time and were apple spiced flavor. They were served with a cream cheese style dip and a caramel dip. The donut holes alone would have earned a 5-star review! read more

I dined in this location of First Watch on Sunday, December 22, 2024. I've dined at First Watch restaurants in a few locations across the country, and always on a Sunday morning. This was the first time I did not have to wait thirty minutes or more for a table. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. I tried something different from my usual. I had the DELICIOUS Steak and Eggs Hash. This consisted of seared steak, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and onions, Mozzarella and fresh spinach in a potato hash. Topped with two cage-free eggs any style (my eggs were fried medium), Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Served with Parmesan-crusted ciabatta. read more

Treated myself to brunch on my day off of work and randomly ended up in the Brier Creek area. I hate that I don't recall my servers name, but she was great! She had a pleasant, upbeat personality and seemed to really enjoy her job. I opted to try a meal off of the summer menu and glad that I did! I got the carnitas breakfast tostadas-they were delicious, flavorful and would definitely order it again. I also had an amazing beverage called a Pomegranate Sunrise. The drink was good as well! It was a nice space with both indoor and outside seating, the staff seemed to take pride in their work and worked well as a team in keeping the space clean. read more

Husband went to new location on page road in Durham the service was fast pleasant and the meal filling. This Page road location was very near our condo rental which was on Langdon If we were more familiar with the area we would have walked but maybe the next time we are in the RTP area. The omelette was hot a fluffy and the service was accurate and very quick. I could imagine that this would be an efficient spot for a take out meal burning lunch or on the way to the office read more

First Watch has nailed the formula for healthy eating. Offering options that cater to vegans, gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive, carb savers and more, First Watch offerings one of the best breakfast menus for a chain restaurant. The open seating setting and normal crowds does create a really loud environment, so if you are looking for something a little quieter, this may not be the best place. If you want high quality food with many healthy options, this is an excellent bookmark for your next breakfast or brunch. read more

Came for brunch and was a little disappointed. I've been here several times since they opened and each time I can say they have gotten progressively worse. Today was no different. Even though it was brunch time, they were not extremely busy. I'm a huge proponent of customer service, but it seems that some establishments are not concerned about the customer anymore. The customer service here is extremely lacking. It's literally just let me take your order, bring you your food out incomplete one dish at a time, and have a terrible attitude if you ask any questions. It's truly unbelievable. This will be my last visit here. I have no faith that it will get any better. read more

Service and food were both substandard. Started with waitress (female server) who wanted our drink orders before we were even seated. Flyby service continued from there. Pancake was raw in the center (50%), but server never came back to our table to find out. Just buzzed by and dropped a check. I would fire the server and cook, if I managed this place. read more

A new(ish?) location for this great breakfast chain! I've also been to the other one in Raleigh and in Durham and in Chapel Hill. This one seems to be in a new development, with a neighborhood under construction, so confused me a little bit to get here, but it is convenient to the airport if you're headed back to Durham and not using I-40 (which is a good idea!) It seemed a little understaffed, but I understood why since I saw one of the servers getting out of a car when I arrived about 40 minutes after it opened, and seemed to be flustered and rushed and late. That's okay to me though. I got a really nice omelet (edit: oops it was the Chikichanga actually) and a big carafe of both nice coffee, and one of water, which I always appreciate in the morning. The service was no problem at all, even as I spied on their employees. They had plexiglass barriers between the big booths, which I thought was smart but I bet some foolish customers will complain about it and force them away soon. I wasn't as excited by the seasonal menu as the last time (around April) but the regular menu has tons of nice-looking stuff, and it is fun to see variety from month to month. read more

Decent service, good food selection, quality food, reasonable prices. I look forward to returning.

I came here to have lunch with a friend on a Monday at noon and was glad that this location wasn't busy. My go to items at First Watch are: avocado toast, breakfast tacos or the elevated egg sandwich. They had some new seasonal dishes that sounded really good (pumpkin pancake) but I stuck with my usual - the elevated egg sandwich. I chose mixed greens instead of potatoes but the order came out with potatoes so the server corrected it and brought me some mixed greens. My food came out first and it probably took 5-10 minutes for my friend's food to come out so I wish the timing had been better. My food was delicious as usual! read more

The food is amazing! My personal favorites are the sunrise granola, and the farmhouse breakfast tacos. I don't live in NC anymore but every time I come to visit, I stop by every morning to get a kale tonic, morning meditation, and they have a delicious new one: tangerine dream. These fresh juices are my saving grace, I love kickstarting my day with first Watch. Also, an honorable mention to Blue, who helped me on my last visit! First watch is probably my favorite chain restaurant. I usually avoid chains but First Watch provides quality and familiarity but still feels like it is not a chain. The First Watch at Corners Parkway in Brier Creek is wonderful! They are not quite as busy as other locations which makes it that much better. The food is always hot, fast and fresh. The service is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Their special dishes (like the ones pictured) are amazing, and their usual dishes are also wonderful. With a sizable and diverse menu, you can come back frequently and try something different and exciting each time. The ambiance is always upbeat and friendly. If I had ONE suggestion, ensure the table carafe of coffee is hot and not just warm - not enough of an issue to dock a whole point, but something that should be considered. read more
