We ordered their fall items because they sounded so good. The maple bacon croissant sandwich was so good. The sausage was cooked well and seasoned. The egg and cheese were perfectly paired and the maple syrup and bacon took the dish over the top in flavor. I highly recommend this sandwich but maybe split it with someone. I was only able to eat half of it. My partner ordered the honey chipotle chicken hash. It was delicious. The potatoes were cooked well and the over easy egg was great with the chicken. I was greeted and seated promptly. My waitress came over and took my order in a good reasonable timeframe. I order the new strawberry French toast, side of regular bacon, and two eggs scrambled with shredded cheese. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Really enjoyed the strawberry French toast, highly recommend it and hope they keep it on the menu permanently!!!! You will not need maple syrup on it, it is plenty sweet. i've been to many first watch locations and this location is just as good as the ones in the past! we came in and were greeted by friendly hosts. we were seated quickly despite it being busy. we ordered the pineapple express and mint chocolate ice coffee which was a great start to the meal. i ordered the smoked salmon frittata and it was pretty good! i wished the smoked salmon was put on top of the frittata and not cooked within. just a preference. we split the avocado toast which was great. fresh and light. and we also ordered the b.e.c. sandwich which was a lot bigger than we thought! overall, delicious meal and friendly staff with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. would come again in the future. read more

This is our second time at a First Watch in NC because the previous visit was not great there was a long pause. However our time here today was the polar opposite of the last. We came with our friends taking us to the airport for our flight out to vacation. The inside is a mix of country and clean industrial decor. Our server was very nice and we were well attended to for breakfast. I chose cinnamon chip pancakes with two eggs and two slices of bacon for $12.95. Even though we had a big group of 6, we were seated quickly and the drinks and food came fast. My daughter and I shared their special of the day, which was a green chili pork dish with eggs. We also got a side of their legendary bacon (which is apparently THE thing to order here). My only regret is we didn't have time to come back - their entire menu looked amazing and so did their cocktail and mimosa options. Treated myself to brunch on my day off of work and randomly ended up in the Brier Creek area. I hate that I don't recall my servers name, but she was great! She had a pleasant, upbeat personality and seemed to really enjoy her job. I opted to try a meal off of the summer menu and glad that I did! This Page road location was very near our condo rental which was on Langdon If we were more familiar with the area we would have walked but maybe the next time we are in the RTP area. Came for brunch and was a little disappointed. I've been here several times since they opened and each time I can say they have gotten progressively worse. Today was no different. Even though it was brunch time, they were not extremely busy. I'm a huge proponent of customer service, but it seems that some establishments are not concerned about the customer anymore. My go to items at First Watch are: avocado toast, breakfast tacos or the elevated egg sandwich. They had some new seasonal dishes that sounded really good (pumpkin pancake) but I stuck with my usual - the elevated egg sandwich. I chose mixed greens instead of potatoes but the order came out with potatoes so the server corrected it and brought me some mixed greens. A new(ish?) location for this great breakfast chain! I've also been to the other one in Raleigh and in Durham and in Chapel Hill. This one seems to be in a new development, with a neighborhood under construction, so confused me a little bit to get here, but it is convenient to the airport if you're headed back to Durham and not using I-40 (which is a good idea!) It seemed a little understaffed, but I understood why since I saw one of the servers getting out of a car when I arrived about 40 minutes after it opened, and seemed to be flustered and rushed and late. That's okay to me though. I got a really nice omelet (edit: oops it was the Chikichanga actually) and a big carafe of both nice coffee, and one of water, which I always appreciate in the morning. The service was no problem at all, even as I spied on their employees. They had plexiglass barriers between the big booths, which I thought was smart but I bet some foolish customers will complain about it and force them away soon. I wasn't as excited by the seasonal menu as the last time (around April) but the regular menu has tons of nice-looking stuff, and it is fun to see variety from month to month. read more

I don't live in NC anymore but every time I come to visit, I stop by every morning to get a kale tonic, morning meditation, and they have a delicious new one: tangerine dream. The service is wonderful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Their special dishes (like the ones pictured) are amazing, and their usual dishes are also wonderful. With a sizable and diverse menu, you can come back frequently and try something different and exciting each time. The ambiance is always upbeat and friendly. If I had ONE suggestion, ensure the table carafe of coffee is hot and not just warm - not enough of an issue to dock a whole point, but something that should be considered. read more

First Watch rarely disappoints. I frequent it often. This location had great service and getting on the list ahead of time definitely helps. Pancakes is my usual go to, but I ordered The Italian omelette with dressed greens. The greens were a bit dry and they should add a bit more to this item. The omelette was pretty good but a warm marinara sauce would have put it in my top favorites. My mom had a waffle and eggs and it was good. Overall still one of my go to spots. read more

I've been to most First Watch restaurants in the Triangle-some are hit and some are miss. This was a miss. 4 of us sat down and didn't get waited on for 15 minutes-while watching others coming in after us get service. We finally ordered and one persons in our party food came out. A person that was delivering food dropped it off and I was like "where are our drinks?" Seriously-another 20 minutes waiting-and one of our party gets her food and none of us have drinks. Then another ten minutes go by and we get our drinks and part of our food. No one came to check on us until the end. $90.00 for 4 people and it was the worst service I have ever seen-and it wasn't even busy. If the food had been good it would have been worth it (maybe?) but the whole experience was horrible. It's too bad because I live in Brier Creek and won't step foot in here again.
