    Chocolate with butterfinger
    Hannah L.

I have had this spot on my list for over a year and I was SO EXCITED to finally go! I was overwhelmed and excited by the options. I ended up getting chocolate with butterfinger topping in a cup! There were no sizes, so it was much bigger than I was anticipating. I was not able to finish it - in the future, I would split with someone else! I would definitely bring others to this local staple if they have a big sweet tooth; this is not a casual, light dessert though! The staff were quick and friendly, they sped through a long line swiftly!

There is street parking in front of this business so depending on when you visit it may be hard to find parking nearby. I came during the week in the evening & was able to find a parking space right out front. The shop nicely decorated with a variety of the available ice cream dips & fillings on display. I was unsure on what to get when I arrived. The clerk helped me decide between a couple of options. I'm glad that I listened. The cookie butter dip was amazing. I got the caramel filling inside of my ice cream. I also got a cookie to go. It was a nice portion size & had a hint of salt on it. I would come back to try other dip flavors.

The perfect place for a sweet treat! The ice cream is delicious and they have so many mix in options. Any flavor you can think of, they have it! Such a fun dessert spot with infinite combination options! I got a tiramisu dip with brownies and it was soooo good!

Neat concept and fun experience! We enjoyed getting creative with our ice cream dip and topping choices. I made mine a bit too sweet but now I know for next time. Looking forward to returning to try a different combination.

I love this ice cream place- such a great experience with delicious flavors. I was very surprised at the quality of their Ube dip, and love the wide varieties they offer. The ambiance is very cute, and my fiance and I love coming here to try different combinations.

Got a vanilla cone, butterfinger dip, with a fudge core. The service was great, the person working explained everything well since it was my first time visiting. The space looked clean, but it's small so limited seating. There's a small park area within walking distance where you could walk to if desired.

I have to come here every time I'm in town! It is such a unique approach to ice cream and it's delicious! The parking can be tough, but it's worth it in the end.

IT WAS AMAZING! There are so many options to choose from! And the sizes are huge! Service is super quick and easy for something to grab while you walk around Durham NC! Also it's a great place for kids! There are even swings on the inside! Enjoy!

Oh my god! I'm an ice cream enthusiast and this ice cream is nothing like what I've tried before. Yes core and dips are cool but I was just blown away by the ice cream itself. The only thing I wish was that they had chocolate flavor, maybe in the future?! Oh and their pup cones are just the cutest!

Cute idea cream shop with lots of dipping sauce options. I wasn't feeling experimental so went with butterscotch dip and toffee bits. Went on a Monday after lunch and place was not busy at all with only one group of 3 ahead of us in line. They also sell cookies. Cookies looked good but we went there for ice cream.

While I was in Durham for the week, I was looking for a good dessert spot and found this amazing ice cream shop that specializes in dipped cones and ice cream sandwiches. I tried the vanilla ice cream sandwich dipped in caramel with pistachios--it was delicious! The shop was clean, had plenty of indoor seating, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend checking out this local gem. There's also street parking available.

After eating I wanted dessert so I went here. First time here and I didn't know what to get. I got the strawberry shortcake cone. The service was quick and fast!! There was just indoor seating but it's kinda small. But when I was there it wasn't too busy. So if you're in the area, stop by and give it a try!!!

I thought this place had such a cool concept! So many ways to mix and match dips and toppings! I had a blast curating my ube dipped cone with oreos. The ice cream itself was super delicious and had a creamy, thick, custard-like consistency. They offer non-dairy options too. Service here is great and the inside of the ice cream shop is super cute and well decorated. There is plenty of seating and areas to take some nice instagram photos. I am definitely coming back here again!

Most of the seating is on a second-floor covered terrace, though there are tables inside as well. It has interesting city views of the University Hill area over South Square towards the "hypodermic building." There are parking options on all sides. The wine list is nice, but I like trying their specialty cocktails. These tend to have interesting additions such as tea-infused syrups and other creative ingredients. I've always had great sandwiches here at lunchtime, particularly the Santorini (a take on a gyro) and the Yacht Club, which is similar to a club sandwich but brightened up and made scrumptious by apricot jam. Their side of Caesar salad is always nice and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing and flavorful cheese shavings. The staff is engaged and attentive without going overboard. There's really no better lunch experience in the area on a nice warm day when you can just hang out and relax with a varied, delightful menu.

We sat outside since the weather was nice - they have comfy lounge chairs and an aesthetic setup with string lights which really add to the ambiance. We ordered a couple of sandwiches - mine came with chicken, bacon, and plenty of cheese. The food was tasty but average. The service was a bit slow and we unfortunately ended up having to go inside the restaurant to request the check to get to our next destination in time - however, staff were super friendly. Overall, the vibes outside were amazing and I would consider returning for drinks on a warm evening.

The croissant was quite delicious as well. The bakery is located downtown so you will have to find parking, that was the only inconvenient aspect of it. It wasn't busy when we arrived so I wonder if they would have more customers if it were located in a section with more foot traffic or easier parking. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

It's Very Heavy on the hibiscus tea, which is all I could taste, in spite of lemongrass, peppermint, orange peel, and cacaco nibs being in it too. I had some honey added, but that wasn't enough to temper the tartness so added some sugar, which only had a little effect. It wasn't until I added some half and half that it became better. That's my taste buds. Anyone else's may be different, but with or without the cream, it's a very pretty drink. We brought the cinnamon roll home to have later, but it smells divine.
