Even though it was no longer printed on the menu, my waiter (Gabriel?) went totally above and beyond. He offered to check the kitchen ingredients and actually had the chefs custom-make the dish for me from scratch. It looked and tasted exactly like the original. On 8/29/26, I called Cheesecake Factory Arcadia around 5:15pm, and placed a $75 takeout order, I gave the guy my name and phone number and repeated the order twice because he said it was really busy and he couldn't hear. He said, come and pick order from the lobby in 25 min. I arrive in the bakery area in the lobby and two ladies said no guy works there taking to go orders, and my name and order is not in the system. No apologies but she offers to take my order. I already had spent a total of 45 minutes to get food from them. No thanks, I am not waiting another 30 minutes I am good. I drove thru Chik Fil A got food in 12 minutes with prompt excellent customer service and no attitude it wasn't what I wanted and no cheesecake had to get ice cream instead and only cost me $30. I saved $45 and probably 4500 calories. I usually don't leave reviews but since I was so angry or hangry and the ladies in the bakery had an attitude after I showed them the number I dialed was their number to prove that a guy took my order. I was too tired aft working all day and it was hot, and I was too hungry to reasonably deal with a manager who was probably going to have the same attitude because it was extremely busy so I decided to spend my money elsewhere and forewarn others if they are going to order a (to go over the phone) always get the name of the person who takes your order so you can report them if they forget to put your name and order into their system, that was my mistake and human error on their part along with bad attitudes from the bakery ladies. This location understandably crazy busy as its outside the Santa Anita Mall. We came on a Saturday and the wait was able 45 minutes. The amount of customers was massive on this day. The location is huge, but the waiting area can be very limited during the these hot summer days. We were seated in a large booth with my family. Our server was awesome! He constantly checked in with us and gave great recommendations at made sure he had refills. My family ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees. The food did take a bit of time to be delivered as it was busy all night. The appetizers I enjoyed were the Avocade Eggrolls, the pickle fries and the double smash cheesburger bites. All were great for sharing. I ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Gumbo. That was fire! The presentation was great, the flavors were so good. There has a lot of protein for this dish. After eating here with my family I would definitely wannna come back again in the future. We ordered desserts to share. The OG cheesecake was good. My dad enjoyed the vanilla ice cream. Let's start with the parking, if you're not going to valet just know that it's madness especially on the weekend, it get very packed weather you want to park inside or out. They have a waiting list of at 30-45 minutes minimum, so be prepared to wait or just go walking around in the mall. Once we got seated, it took them quite a while to come take our order and much longer to actually bring out the food. Also there were a lot of flies which got really annoying. The food itself was pretty good, everyone enjoyed what they got and they cooked the meat to exactly what I had asked for. The burgers are actually really good at Cheesecake definitely recommended. Ate here May 1, 2026 (Friday) night and was really excited since it had been a while. I've always loved The Cheesecake Factory--just not the long lines. Luckily, my partner and I only waited about 20 minutes when we arrived around 9:30pm, which honestly surprised me because it was still super busy and lively. Food took about 40 minutes. We were seated and got bread right away, which was great because we were starving. Our server was nice, but it took quite a while for her to come take our order and check on us afterward. Food-wise, the Pasta Da Vinci was decent, but the sauce was watery, it's usually much thicker. The real disappointment was the Jambalaya. The pasta itself was completely unseasoned, and only the chicken and shrimp had any flavor. My partner usually doesn't like to complain, but even he didn't enjoy it. When I tried it, I was honestly shocked. Paying $30 for bland pasta was really disappointing. We also ordered the Parmesan truffle fries, and they were drenched in oil. It tasted like they weren't drained properly, so the oil completely overpowered the flavor and made them hard to enjoy. My heart will always have a special place for The Cheesecake Factory because I am obsessed with their Godiva Chocolate CheeseCake. The service at the Arcadia location is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. The pasta is always delicious, but I am not a huge fan of their Brunch menu. For a Cheesecake Factory, this is pretty consistent. (I base this 4/5 review on this premise... lol!) We come here every once in a while when we go to the Santa Anita mall. It's accessible from outside the mall right by the food court. We've never had to wait to be seated. They're very accommodating with children, indoor or outdoor seating. There's also a children's menu. Service is always very kind and attentive. Food... goodness.... The menu at CF always gives me anxiety bc it's basically an encyclopedia of food. The food is pretty much mediocre in my book but (as stated above) for a CF, it's pretty standard. I honestly can't say I have a favorite dish. lol!!! But we did have the stuffed mushroom appetizer and thought that was yummy. Also, we always appreciate the complimentary bread and butter! First off, Alex is a phenomenal server. He fixed our crazy wobbly table issue outside on the patio by helping us with musical tables until we got it right, got someone to get our heater lamp turned on, never missed a request, and kept that delicious factory bread and drinks coming even though he had to always go inside to handle other tables. We haven't been to Cheesecake Factory for anything other than dessert for a long time and was surprised at the quality, portioning, and flavor of what we ordered. We had the classic avocado eggrolls which have not changed. Delicious and fresh with that great tamarind dipping sauce. My husband had some grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly and I tried the Peruvian chicken bowl because I was feeling like plantains and it did not disappoint. For a bowl, I was surprised it had two super tender chicken breasts in it along with black beans, plantains, rice, and salsa. It was perfect for what I was craving at the time and a generous serving of it. Finished everything off with Godiva and lemon raspberry cheesecakes. Godiva is the must for chocolate lovers and the lemon raspberry for something cakes, fruity, and sweet/tart. This location is busy most of the time. I stopped by on a weekday for dinner and managed to beat the dinner rush. But it was full house within an hour. I have been going to cheesecake factory for years but usually we get takeout with my family. This time I was hanging out with friends and we decided to eat there. First of all I just want to say that the patio was closed and that they specifically opened the patio for us because we requested it so thank you so much for their excellent service and for their accommodation. The menu, will make you think twice about your choices, mostly because this is the only few transparent restaurants out here that will tell you how much calories you will be consuming. To me, I prefer knowing, because a plate can run you up to 2000 cal. The prices are fair, but at that point, do you start to think, it might as well get some meat on your plate. Both dishes were delicious and fresh tasting. I ordered the lunch chicken caesar salad and someone else at my table did too. Our salads looked completely different in size. Mine was perfectly filled with an appropriate amount of romaine lettuce but the other one had barely any lettuce. Overall, I thought it was an average salad. The chicken was an additional $2.50 to add on and you can choose between grilled and breaded. I just wished that there was more lettuce since it just felt like I was just eating grilled chicken with a side of salad. This Cheesecake Factory location is hit or miss. Most of the time it's insanely busy, with very slow service, and mediocre food. Recently I went there on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 and had a much different experience. We were seated right away, the server told us the Happy Hour was just starting and gave us a Happy Hour menu, and she provided the best service we've ever had at this location. We had a couple of cocktails, indulged in the appetizers, and got cake and cheesecake to go for later in the evening. The fried mac and cheese balls were so tasty. My family gets them all the time but I had never tried them. I was so surprised at how flavorful they were. I would definitely order them again. I was very surprised at how good the Happy Hour mojito was. Some places give you a smaller glass or less alcohol if it's Happy Hour but here! My drink was great! We also sat in the bar area but at a booth so the lighting was great. Sometimes when we sit deeper in the restaurant it can be quite dark. Overall, even though it's not the best restaurant around, we keep coming back. We truly are never disappointed with Cheesecake Factory! We come to this location often & always leave with full belly's and happy faces! We have never had a bad experience with any of the staff here for the years we've been coming. Staff is always friendly & helpful! They are a VERY busy restaurant so wait times will ALWAYS vary, definitely recommend becoming a rewards member to be able to book a reservation and avoid the lines. The inside of the restaurant is always clean & spacious. The only area that gets crowded is definitely the waiting area, but that's to be expected for a highly popular restaurant. I enjoyed having dinner with my friend here a lot. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. We asked questions about the menu because there are a lot of options there. The waitress would be able to guide us to what we want and we both enjoyed our dishes. It's very delicious indeed. The ambience was awesome too. It's Tuesday night and almost every table was taken.
