The food was great. Fresh fish and great sides. Small place but it is a good spot to get some seafood.

Fried whitefish and Shrimp. Chicken tenders.

I'm going to start this review with I'm still throughly PO'd at YELP for taking my 2025'Elite Status away! 10 yrs of loyalty. That said The Catch is the best Fried Seafood in Texas. The place was packed...rightfully so. My only "irk" is the restaurant says it has catfish and whitefish on the menu. This is what drove us here. Hoping for cod or haddock. Instead we learned from the cashier that their whitefish was also catfish. Bummer...I like Catfish but love cod and Haddock. Good news their catfish was amazing. Hot, seasoned perfectly cooked to perfection. The shrimp was the best fried shrimp in Texas and their fries were seasoned and hot . Coleslaw...superb! My Sis got the chicken fingers and loved em. Bottom line we will be back! Soon!

    Horrible cheap ketchup! NO!

Went for a late lunch, it was 2:30 on a Sunday this place was still pretty busy! Tried the catfish basket, over great experience from service to the food. Catfish was perfectly and crispy, fries were seasoned well and the hush puppy was also good. I will definitely be back! The tartar sauce was also amazing. The only negative was the low quality cheap ketchup, it's tasted like nothing. Why do so much work to perfectly cook fries and then serve cheap bland ketchup? For the record all the other sauces (vinegar and hot sauces) at the table were brand name.

Today was my 2nd visit. Don't know what took me so long between visits, but my mom was really craving some fried fish so we decided on The Catch. She's been threatening to try it for the past few years and she finally decided to check it out. My mom ordered the two piece white fish with Coleslaw and ordered my niece the popcorn shrimp kids meal. I ordered the one piece white fish with tots and a drink. Honestly didn't take more than about 6 min from ordering to having brought out to us. Food was fresh and HOT, just the way I like it. Literally had to pull the fish apart to let it cool off, but my goodness the batter was the perfect crunch and the seasoning they use is delicious! Tots also had the perfect crunch and seasoning. Once my nieces shrimp cooled down she was tearing it up! My mom was impressed and telling me how we needed to bring my dad up there. The place is clean, not greasy floors like other fish places I've been in the past. Had a honey atmosphere and there were several people there. We definitely found a new fish place to get our fix. Hands down the best white fish I've had. I will definitely be back.

Jesus Christ Superstar!!!! The food was amazing. So many choices of wonderful dishes. The flavors flirts with your taste buds. On a Friday night, the place was jumping and the staff kept it moving. Everyone was nice and polite. The cooks are ordained by God. If I could eat there everyday I would. Prices are good as well. You will not break your wallet. One last thing, don't order the gumbo. If you do, you'll be automatically transported to New Orleans, speak Creole and love Jazz. Ok. That's not a bad thing.

Food was tremendous. Cajun pasta was filled with flavor and a nice portion. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. Will definitely be back again.

The decor was fun but it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I'm talking cob webs along the table and napkin holders that looks like they haven't been washed in a decade. The food was a bit expensive. The crab in both bags was not hot all the way through. The crawfish and shrimp were good. The lobster tail was ok but overall nothing spectacular. Just an ok visit for us. Still looking for our go to seafood place locally.

The problem we had wasn't necessarily with the service, although it was quite slow considering that there weren't very many other tables occupied. The main problem was with the quality of the food and drinks. I thought the gator kickers were good, and the Cajun fries were hot and crispy, so things started well, but it went south with our first round of drinks. Two people ordered beer - 1 draft beer and 1 longneck, and both tasted terribly skunky. We sent those back and just switched to water. When our food arrived, everything was hot and presented well ... until I noticed that several crawfish tails in my etoufee were dark gray. Im not talking about a vein running through it, but the full tail looked like a rotted toe. I had eaten several bites of it and it was seasoned well, but I stopped when I noticed the first dark gray tail. I looked through and saw a couple other gray ones and stopped eating. The icing on the cake was when the waitress took the 3/4 full beers away and bumped the table with the water pitcher, pouring water on the table, the seat next to me and down my leg, soaking my shorts and sock. Accidents happen, I get it, but she didn't apologize, offer me a towel or anything. We had to waive her down after not seeing her for almost 15 minutes just to get our check, so I guess the service wasn't very good either. This was our first time visiting, and we won't be back. I give 2 stars instead of 1 just because I liked the gator kickers.

We made reservations. They probably were not needed for the night we were there, but I could see this place filling up quickly on some nights. The restaurant has a cozy retro vibe with MTV videos playing behind the bar and splashes of color throughout. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and the speed of the service was fantastic! Graffiti Pasta specializes in unique, delicious cocktails. There are no beers on tap (just cans), and my husband would have liked to have Peroni on tap even if that were the only choice. I enjoyed two of their cocktail which were both excellent. Our food was delicious and just the right amount of food. We left the restaurant satisfied without feeling like gluttons. Their stuffed mushrooms with filled with a creamy ricotta, the Banksy's Baked Ziti was delicious, and the homemade spaghetti was a special treat. I loved the build your own pasta options, And OMG at their rolls! SO good! Everything was wonderful and truly made for a great dining experience. It might have taken a while for us to find Graffiti Pasta...but we will definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere is colorful, upbeat, and full of personality, making it just as fun as the food itself. The house-made pasta is absolutely worth the hype. You can taste the difference, and every bowl is fresh, flavorful, and the kind of meal that has you planning your next visit before you've finished this one. Great food, great vibes, and all the carbs your heart could ever want. What's not to love?

I'm not sure how that happens when ordering a combo (I paid $9.31 and the combo was $9.99), but I didn't want to make a fuss since I knew it wasn't the $10.81 with tax (I thought she gave me a student discount or something) and was open to paying whatever difference. I DID chuckle though, thinking, 'they really want this $1.00 and some change,' but I charged it to economy-- and hard times. However, I was told the fries would be an additional $2.59, which is full price. Huh? I attempted to gain understanding, which I'm sure the pressure for the additional money was coming from the man cooking vs. the lady as the messenger, but didn't understand and wasn't paying full price. Fast forward to receiving food, I was told they allowed a 1/2 order of fries since I didn't purchase them. I was done. Chyle... food was terrible. Honey mustard wings were overcooked, tasteless and drowned in sauce. My "free" 1/2 order of fries were cooked too hard for the size. No one in our party was impressed and we felt the food was extremely bland (mind you we ordered a bit of everything). Upon leaving we went straight to Jersey Mike's. This used to be a place we'd frequent if in the area, but it's gone further downhill. It's sad because we love family owned restaurants--but we will not return.

Unique tasting wings. Small, but have a very god original flavor. Must try place in Denton.read more
