My experience with Wickstrom, particularly with Tony H. and Terrence, is the only time I have ever…read moreleft a dealership feeling like I wasn't being pressured or pushed to be upsold on things. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this a long time. Tony went over all my options, explained the benefits of anything that was additional costs but did not push me to go for anything just because. He was able to find the exact Trailblazer I wanted, with the upgrades *I* chose myself based on his expertise. This was my first time buying a new car, and I could not have had a better experience! Terrence showed me all the ins and outs of the tech in the car, and helped me get all my apps and apple car play set and ready to use once I drove off the lot. Everyone in the dealership was personable, professional and all around great. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I will definitely be recommending Wickstrom and their team to anyone who is looking. Even today, I gave my praises to a coworker who was looking for a car!

He is very unprofessional. He approached me in a defensive manner asking when would I mention to the salesmen that I had a dealership and then he shifted his tone once I rattled off numbers to him and showed that I know market average and he overpaid for the car. He raised his voice at one point because I said the car was too expensive according to MMR and market average and he started arguing in front of other customers. For him to have the need to challenge me about my dealership when all he had to do was chill for what would have been a chill conversation was not needed. Another sales manager called me the next day to apologize for the way Tony treated me however it was too late to care. They even called me multiple times after the fact and I said I'd call them when I'm ready but they still called, very pushy. Salesman strong and good but management very unprofessional - Tony especially. I took my business elsewhere and suggest this is a place you put in the back of your mind.

I walked in and looked at a 2007 jeep which I was told was 11,000. Came back the next day and told them I want to put down only 500, my credit isn't the greatest but wait till you see this break down. Ok jeep 11,000 Down payment 500 I'll be financing 10500 at 20% interest Add 300 tax title plates Interest comes out to 2100 Which would mean my payment would be 280.43 x 46 months Try again this is what they tried to sell me on. Your credit is bad it's tier 2 not tier 1 I need to put down 2000 dollars my payment will be 370 x 46 months.....how is it I owe more for putting more money down??? Say I put 2000 down Now I'm finacing 9000 at 20% Which is 1800 Say 300 tax title lic etc Brings us back to 11000 Which means my payment would be 239.13 x 46 months. What they are doing is the oldest scam in the book now if the finance company is in on it....well we shall see when I notify the authorities. What they tried to charge me was 17020 2000 down Interest 3004 370 x 46 months. What they are doing is illegal. It's called bait and switch.

purchased a vehicle on April 03, 2024. Upon test drive , I asked the representative/salesman about…read morethe tape around the hoses and the tire pressure monitoring light. Cristian ( the representative) stated the tape was standard because it helped insulate electrical components of vehicle and stated the tire pressure monitoring light was coming on due to snow and rain. I drove vehicle home, but ride was bumpy and car seemed to be pulling to one side. I drove vehicle to tire shop , the shop said tires were bad and needed new ones. I called Cristian next day and he said he needed to speak with manager &would call me back. He did not call me back. I called on Friday as well, left a text message ( still have). Cristian did not respond. I drove car to auto repair place in Griffith, Indiana to have vehicle check up. I called Cristian again, after no response. I called New Wheels , spoke with someone named Cathy and was told manager unavailable after explaining the tire situations ( too bad ) to drive car back to dealership. On Tuesday, the autoplace in Griffith stated that tires had bad tires plus different size lug nuts on tires thst would have made it impossible for me to change tire if flat occured. Also, found that engine was washed to hide oil leaks and 2 significant belts were dry rodded. I sent Cathy the images of said challenges. She said she would speak to manager. Said that best thing was to drive csr back. I again told her it was a safety issue. I contacted warranty company but none of issues were covered. I psid autoshop to fix the problems. I sent NEW Wheels the billed receipt on April 15, 2024 to ask them to cover /reimburse me additional $769 that was spent to make car safe to drive. New Wheels has not contacted me back in over a week. Pleasant enough to sell car and make car look pretty. Changed what was conveyed over phone in person.

I purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 from this dealership based on the advertised features and condition of…read morethe vehicle, specifically including Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connectivity, navigation/online functionality, and a properly functioning Audi MMI system. Shortly after purchase, I discovered the vehicle has significant electronic and infotainment issues that were either undisclosed or not properly inspected before sale. Issues identified include: * Apple CarPlay does not work at all * Bluetooth/device pairing is nonfunctional or unreliable * Navigation and online services cannot connect * SiriusXM song/title display continuously blinks on and off * The MMI system repeatedly displays "No data connection could be established" errors * The vehicle appears unable to properly establish network/service connectivity * System resets/factory resets fail with "The system could not reset" errors * The vehicle still appears tied to a previous user account ("Amy Forster has remote access rights"), indicating the system may not have been properly cleared/reset before sale * Multiple warning/error messages appear relating to online services and connectivity * Audi dealership evaluation indicated missing hardware/components related to connectivity/MMI functionality I specifically took the vehicle to Audi for evaluation because the dealership initially suggested the issue was minor and "probably just a switch." Audi advised that the system appears to be missing required components/chips necessary for proper connectivity functionality and estimated repairs could exceed several thousand dollars. When I contacted the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, the situation was downplayed despite the seriousness and extent of the issues. I was then scheduled for an appointment at Addison Auto Clinic on Tuesday at 8:30 AM -- notably after the dealership's stated 10-day warranty/guarantee period. This timing is extremely concerning and gives the appearance of intentionally delaying inspection until after the limited guarantee expires. Additionally, I was never offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase, despite the dealership now suggesting these costly electronic failures are my responsibility. Had these issues been disclosed beforehand, or had I been informed that major components may be missing or malfunctioning, I would not have proceeded with the purchase under these terms. This vehicle was advertised and sold with features that are currently unusable. The system also should have been fully cleared/reset prior to resale. The fact that another individual still appears associated with remote access rights raises further concerns regarding the dealership's inspection, preparation, and disclosure practices. At this point, I am requesting: * Immediate resolution and repair at the dealership's expense OR * Reimbursement/compensation for necessary repairs OR * An appropriate remedy under consumer protection laws for a materially misrepresented vehicle sale I have documented the issues with photos/videos showing: * Connectivity failures * Failed system reset attempts * Warning/error messages * Nonfunctional online services * Prior account still linked to vehicle * Ongoing infotainment malfunctioning Selling a vehicle advertised with features that are unusable or potentially missing required hardware is misleading and unacceptable. I am preserving all documentation for submission to consumer protection agencies, BBB, Yelp/Google reviews, and any further legal or regulatory action if necessary.
