    Audi Naperville is the only place I'll go moving forward! The overall experience throughout the entire process was red carpet and left me astonished! They even gave me additional credit far above and beyond what anyone would expect! Ask for Scott Woosley when you go there!!! Scott our salesman couldn't have been a more personable guy. Taking his time in getting to know me and building a relationship vs. just looking at me to get a car sale. He took extra care to look for the right Q5 that would meet my needs and insuring this would be a car I would love now and over time. I purchased my car solely on the basis of him and his honesty, integrity, straightforwardness and valuing me as a customer! Jason Byford the General Sales Manager came over to introduce himself to me even before I found my dream car. He is very professional and knows the value of building long time relationships with people! The whole team there understands the value of turning 1 time customers into permanent clients! The finance step often can become a bit difficult, but it was smooth and easy. Kudos to Finance Manager Lucy Read as she was very easy to work with and very organized. This was my very 1st Audi product as I've only driven Land Rover products the last 15+ years. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship, handling and power the Q5 had! Thank you Audi Naperville for my new Q5 S line 45 TFSI quattro Premium Plus!!!

After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team. I'm having to me customizations done to my new Tacoma and they have been amazing in their responsiveness. Great job team!!!

    To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

I purchased a 2025 GLE580, yet the dealership incorrectly registered a 2026 E350 in my name. I discovered the error approximately five weeks after purchase when I received the state registration documentation. I immediately contacted AutoNation of Naperville, IL, as I was in the process of refinancing the vehicle to secure a significantly lower interest rate. Since reporting the issue, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and weak follow-up. I have contacted AutoNation Customer Service multiple times without success and have been unable to get through by phone for meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the temporary registration provided by the dealership expired on November 30, 2025. The dealer issued a letter on their letterhead explaining the situation in the event I am stopped by law enforcement. However, after recently contacting the local DMV, I was informed that the vehicle is not properly registered and that I would be responsible for any citations issued. This situation has caused financial harm, unnecessary stress, and potential legal exposure -- all due to an error that was not of my making. Prospective buyers should ensure that all registration and title documents are verified immediately after purchase.

I was hearing and feeling a very minor "clunk" in the drivetrain when I took my foot off the accelerator to slow down. I had the oil changed and 4-wheel drive service. The service writer was fantastic, clearly understood my concern and was clear they would check into it. The mechanic/technician performed the services I requested and diagnosed the issue with the drivetrain, which was extremely minor. They included correcting the issue in the charge for the 4-wheel drive service. I was very happy with the service I received and plan to continue bringing my vehicle there. I recommend Cadillac of Naperville service department.

    Purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT6 in April 2021. I was told it was a courtesy car for the dealership…read more We were hesitant to buy a car with 5,000+ miles on it. We were given a certified pre-owned warranty with 3/11/26 expiration date. In Feb 2026, my check engine light came on. A different dealership made a $1,700 repair that I paid for. They also stated that I have a radiator leak and that it needs to be replaced at a cost of $2,059. Came across the warranty and presented it to the current dealership. The "system" says the warranty expired 6/2025. I have been getting the runaround from the dealerships and no resolution from Cadillac. There has been no offer to reimburse the $1,700 on the original repair, and they expect me to pay $200+ toward their marked-up service cost replacement of the radiator. Both of these repairs would be 100% covered under the warranty that is supposedly invalid. Cadillac of Naperville enticed me to buy the Cadillac courtesy car by giving me the warranty. Whether this was an honest or nefarious mistake does not matter. The repairs should be covered by GM or the Naperville dealership.

Tobias actually became a friend along the way. He patiently listened to what we were looking for, then brought the car up for a test drive. He answered all of our questions. I put a down payment on a vehicle to hold it a week before I picked it up. When I picked it up and got it home the car already had issues so I had to take it back. A random lady from the place called me to tell me the car was ready to be picked it but she couldn't even explain to me what was wrong with the car told me that's not her department. They gave me a loner car on full tank and i gave them my car on half i returned they car back full tank and they returned my car back on E don't know how that was fair and the lady again told me that's not her department i hate the experience i went through with this enterprise.
