    Audi Naperville is the only place I'll go moving forward! The overall experience throughout the entire process was red carpet and left me astonished! They even gave me additional credit far above and beyond what anyone would expect! Ask for Scott Woosley when you go there!!! Scott our salesman couldn't have been a more personable guy. Taking his time in getting to know me and building a relationship vs. just looking at me to get a car sale. He took extra care to look for the right Q5 that would meet my needs and insuring this would be a car I would love now and over time. I purchased my car solely on the basis of him and his honesty, integrity, straightforwardness and valuing me as a customer! Jason Byford the General Sales Manager came over to introduce himself to me even before I found my dream car. He is very professional and knows the value of building long time relationships with people! The whole team there understands the value of turning 1 time customers into permanent clients! The finance step often can become a bit difficult, but it was smooth and easy. Kudos to Finance Manager Lucy Read as she was very easy to work with and very organized. This was my very 1st Audi product as I've only driven Land Rover products the last 15+ years. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship, handling and power the Q5 had! Thank you Audi Naperville for my new Q5 S line 45 TFSI quattro Premium Plus!!!

    I would highly recommend Naperville Audi... The customer service was just absolutely amazing Nick Fograse greeted us and took care of my family and I...Any questions we had he answered them and if he didn't know he asked overall the assistance was just absolutely amazing the people that work there were just so nice..My family and I are looking forward to doing business with them in the near future thanks again for helping my family and I with our New Truck Elaine V

After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team. I'm having to me customizations done to my new Tacoma and they have been amazing in their responsiveness. Great job team!!!

    To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

I have grown up going to car dealerships with my father for the second half of my 49 years on this planet and I feel like I know a good dealership when I see one. From the moment I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Michael Fontana, I felt a sense of security in my mind and in my heart as I went through the entire purchasing process with this fine gentleman. He made my car purchasing experience seamless along with the other staff at Bill Jacobs. I hope I do not sound overly dramatic, but I felt compelled to write an outstanding review so that others know what a fine dealership this is. It is extremely difficult to find a good combination of respect and excellent customer service these days especially in a car buying environment. I worked with Preston, along with sales managers Shaun and Gigi, and the entire team truly went above and beyond my expectations. Where other dealers were frustrating or opaque, this team was clear, transparent, and incredibly efficient. What stood out: Professionalism & Care: From the first negotiation to the final signature, I felt like a priority--not just another transaction. Patience: They took the time to walk through every detail of my deal without the typical high-pressure tactics. Seamless Process: The transition from negotiation to financing to vehicle setup was smooth and handled with impressive precision. Buying a car can be an exhausting process, but this team genuinely restored my faith in the experience. If you're tired of the runaround at other dealerships, save yourself the headache and ask for Preston and the management team here. They are true professionals who actually care about their clients.
