Their willingness to discount prices or services is not really that good. They are sure to point out all the money they put into the used cars they are selling, but this is also why w are less likely to discount their vehicles! I've been there a few times before I live 50 miles away and passed multiple Honda dealerships just because I like this one I have never been treated to an up sale. I've always thought they've been there and honest Anthony was a great service tech rep. I was provided a loaner for a week. I had my torque converter fixed on my 2018 Honda Ridgeline, and while the car was there, the axle has broken they fix that at no charge. I thought that was being very honest. She knew her inventory, knew about the leasing process and was available for us to come into the showroom today. We made an appointment with Megha and found her most pleasant, considerate and helpful in every way. Megha showed us the inventory on the computer and then on the showroom floor. She answered all of our questions without having to run back and forth to get answers. When it was time to take a test drive, Megha arranged for the vehicle to be brought up to the showroom doors so we didn't have to venture out in the cold for a long time. Her knowledge of the product, incentives, and sales was amazing. She never hesitate to answer any question. Megha has the personality for this job and it shows she really care about her job and making the customer gain her trust. I'll preface that this is a review for the Service Department rather than the Sales Department, but I was unable to find a listing specifically for Service. The service team, and Chad in particular at Valley Honda are amazing, and I'd consider them by far the best I've worked with as far as having work done on my vehicles. I needed to have some work done on the electronics within the vehicle, and this needed to be authorized by/co-ordinated with a 3rd party extended warranty I had purchased. Chad made this process incredibly smooth and easy for me, and handled the repair process for something that was not a straight forward issue from start to finish. Chad was diligent throughout the process, including proactively contacting me to keep me informed whilst parts were backordered and being waited on (to me this was the part that I found most impressive; as usually things like this are left for me to follow up and get an update). Since moving to Chicago from San Francisco, I had actually stopped getting my vehicle serviced at a Honda Dealership as my pre-purchased maintenance plan did not cover work there, but this positive experience with their service department has made me reconsider that decision and I'll probably be bringing it back for its next service. read more

Best service experience by far! The lounge is comfortable with several chairs and work stations. They even have Mac computers available if you didn't bring your laptop. There's a great Starbucks and Teavanna set up. The seating area and bathrooms were all very clean. Emilio assisted me with my car service, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He quoted 2.5-3 hours of service time, and said he'd give an update in an hour. As promised, he stopped by and informed me of the status.
