    Out of all the dealerships I've been at I have to say that this was the best experience I had so far. Thanks to Natallie and Diego for working with us we got a really good deal. Everything went quicker than I tought and the experience in general was pretty smooth. Definitely coming back

    My husband and I have been going to Valley Honda for service since 2020 when we purchased our Honda CRV from Honda Schaumburg. From a service perspective, Valley Honda is always prompt, friendly and efficient. They always return my car in great condition with issues fixed. Due to our usage of Valley Honda for service, we started looking at the car options in sales over the last couple of months. My husband and I went in last Friday to trade in our CRV and buy a (certified preowned) 2021 Honda Passport and had an amazing experience. It definitely topped our previous experience at Honda Schaumburg. When my husband inquired on the Honda Valley website for our appraisal, it actually sent an inquiry to the team. Luckily, Manny (Emmanuel Monjaraz) was the sales associate that responded. He was extremely professional, friendly and willing to help. He sent us a personalized video of the car we were inquiring about. He facilitated the trade in and purchase flawlessly with the help of his team. The business manager we worked with when negotiating the interest rate was extremely helpful too by calling the bank and working with us. Furthermore, Manny's coworker, Chris, was also extremely helpful and just an overall pleasure to work with, especially after having been there for hours and being ready to be done with the process. We felt like there was transparency and good intentions overall, which is sometimes difficult to feel in the car buying process. We'd absolutely buy/ trade in with Valley Honda in the future!

Came in for a supposedly "free" visual examination of my tires (what they told me on phone), after I went over a curb, and left with over thousands of dollars of strongly recommended services including new tires. Now, I do keep regular service on my car, so this was a surprise. In fact, 3000 miles ago, March of 2025, Toyota of Naperville said I have 4 tires in great shape, at 5/32 and 6/32. Now they said all 4 were at 4/32 and one had a piece of the sidewall missing, which yes, I see. So, first, they recommended at least one new tire (huh?) but said all 4 would be best. Who places one new tire with 3 tires at 4/32? I was going to pay for 4 new tires but they tried to install mystery tires without telling me the brand or model of the tire. There was no mention of the brand or style in the print out. I told them I wanted my original equipment Michelin tire, and they said they can order them, but they don't stock them. When I asked if they could print out the price and style model of the Yokohama's they have in stock and the print the price of the Michelins (original tires), they said they cannot do that. All the lady did was write a number of a piece of paper and slide it across the countertop (in picture). How odd is that (see below). It says $2365.00. I left, ordered the Michelins online at Tirerack, and had Discount Tire install them. Tirerack charged me $1130 with tax for 4 and Discount Tire charged $123 to put them on and dispose of old ones. All I asked for service at Toyota was new windshield wipers, and they charged me $77.00 for those two inserts. What? I will next go to my local repair shop to find out about all the other repairs they strongly recommended. For reference, this is a 2019 Toyota Camry, with only 33,500 miles on it.

An Acura dealership in the city didn't return our calls and we were playing phone tag with Advantage Naperville and another sales associate initially. Ultimately we decided to drive down to the city because of their inventory. We were quickly disappointed with the service and it felt slimy from start to finish. They were tacking on warranty after warranty and fee after fee - I won't continue getting into it. We walked out for a coffee in hopes we could get a hold of someone at Advantage Naperville before we made our decision. John called back within minutes and the rest is history. Only fees were sales tax, docs, and title. We couldn't believe we were getting an upgraded version with warranty for only a couple grand more than the dealership in the city. John made all the difference! The majority of the transaction was over the phone and everything was ready for us to sign when we stepped in. The process was an hour from start to finish. We also worked with Stephanie in finance and we appreciated the no pressure attitude. The entire experience is just a breath of fresh air. We look forward to trading in our other car in the future and working with John again for our next Acura purchase!

    BUYERS BEWARE It has…read morebeen 5 1/2 months since I purchased a vehicle on September 1, 2025, and this issue remains unresolved. I purchased a 2025 GLE580, yet the dealership incorrectly registered a 2026 E350 in my name. I discovered the error approximately five weeks after purchase when I received the state registration documentation. I immediately contacted AutoNation of Naperville, IL, as I was in the process of refinancing the vehicle to secure a significantly lower interest rate. Since reporting the issue, I have experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and weak follow-up. I have contacted AutoNation Customer Service multiple times without success and have been unable to get through by phone for meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, the temporary registration provided by the dealership expired on November 30, 2025. The dealer issued a letter on their letterhead explaining the situation in the event I am stopped by law enforcement. However, after recently contacting the local DMV, I was informed that the vehicle is not properly registered and that I would be responsible for any citations issued. This situation has caused financial harm, unnecessary stress, and potential legal exposure -- all due to an error that was not of my making. Prospective buyers should ensure that all registration and title documents are verified immediately after purchase.
