    Out of all the dealerships I've been at I have to say that this was the best experience I had so far. Thanks to Natallie and Diego for working with us we got a really good deal. Everything went quicker than I tought and the experience in general was pretty smooth. Definitely coming back

    My husband and I have been going to Valley Honda for service since 2020 when we purchased our Honda CRV from Honda Schaumburg. From a service perspective, Valley Honda is always prompt, friendly and efficient. They always return my car in great condition with issues fixed. Due to our usage of Valley Honda for service, we started looking at the car options in sales over the last couple of months. My husband and I went in last Friday to trade in our CRV and buy a (certified preowned) 2021 Honda Passport and had an amazing experience. It definitely topped our previous experience at Honda Schaumburg. When my husband inquired on the Honda Valley website for our appraisal, it actually sent an inquiry to the team. Luckily, Manny (Emmanuel Monjaraz) was the sales associate that responded. He was extremely professional, friendly and willing to help. He sent us a personalized video of the car we were inquiring about. He facilitated the trade in and purchase flawlessly with the help of his team. The business manager we worked with when negotiating the interest rate was extremely helpful too by calling the bank and working with us. Furthermore, Manny's coworker, Chris, was also extremely helpful and just an overall pleasure to work with, especially after having been there for hours and being ready to be done with the process. We felt like there was transparency and good intentions overall, which is sometimes difficult to feel in the car buying process. We'd absolutely buy/ trade in with Valley Honda in the future!

They didn't try to upsell me anything, they made a couple of simple suggestions about things that might need to be addressed soon.The car had been washed and vacuumed as well.     To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

Super disappointing experience with these guys. I purchased a vehicle from out of state. Mo was mostly helpful through the sales process despite not having the strongest communication practices. However, as soon as everything was signed, the process took a turn. They took over a week to schedule the delivery of the vehicle and didn't communicate about what was happening despite several phone calls. The first I heard about the vehicle officially being delivered was when I got a random "I'll be there in 15 mins" text from the courier. When it was finally delivered, there were several undisclosed issues. 1. The brakes had been replaced WITHOUT HAVING PLUGGED THE SENSORS BACK IN! I had to pay $300 to have a mechanic diagnose the problem and plug them back in. 2. The tires were installed without the pressure sensors. (Which throws an error message every time I start the vehicle) So now I have to pay to have the tires removed, dismounted, and the sensors installed. Ultimately, the shop quoted me $1500 to diagnose and fix the two issues. Apparently, I should've gotten a pre-purchase inspection. However, I didn't know that was a thing - and when I explained to the salesman that I'd never purchased a vehicle out of state and would like to do anything I can to make sure I was purchasing a solid vehicle, the only thing I was offered was a video walkthrough. When I called (repeatedly over 2 weeks) I was continually told that someone would call me back. When I finally got ahold of someone the manager (Jamel) was dismissive and condescending. He repeated talked over me and suggested meaningless, unhelpful "solutions" (like bringing in the vehicle - to a different state- or offering to compensate me for only the wholesale cost of the parts needed). When I told the manager that the whole experience was unhelpful and disappointing and that I'd be leaving a review to try and warn others about my experience, he mumbled something and hung up on me. The experience may be totally different in person, but if you're buying out of state, I'd choose another dealership.
