Took my car into the MINI of Naperville for a quick oil change. Service was smooth and as expected. The employees were friendly and helpful, and while waiting I got to check out some really nice cars in the showroom--we especially loved a red one on display. Overall, an easy and pleasant experience.

Had the best experience buying my second BLW from Bill Jacobs. I worked with Joey who was fantastic. Efficient, great communication, never pestered, always available, and truly invested in finding the car and color combos I wanted. His patience and diligence is unmatched!

Avoid Bill Jacobs BMW. I was told the car was "clean," but after taking delivery I found a cracked windshield, hidden bumper damage, and a poorly repainted bumper. The condition of the vehicle was not accurately represented. Very disappointing experience -- I would not recommend buying from them.

By far the best car buying experience I have had is at Bill Jacobs BMW. Just purchased our second car here and the whole team is fantastic. Can't believe I was in an out of the dealership with a new car within an hour.

    Transmission malfunction

We purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from Bill Jacobs BMW on May 7th. We test-drove it and completed the purchase on the same day. However, less than 24 hours after the purchase, we discovered several serious issues -- the radio and camera didn't work, and the next morning, the gear shifter malfunctioned and jumped to neutral while driving in traffic. While I understand that used cars are typically sold "as is," I am extremely disappointed that such obvious defects--especially the radio and camera--were not disclosed during the transaction. These are not minor oversights; in fact, Mercedes' own system shows that these issues were recorded under the prior owner, who declined the repair. That means the dealership either knew or could have known about the problems. To their credit, Bill Jacobs sent us to a Mercedes service center where the warranty covered the mechanical issue. But the radio and camera (a $6,000+ repair) were denied because they were pre-existing. I reached out to Bill Jacobs BMW hoping for some goodwill--at least partial support--given that these issues emerged immediately after purchase. But unfortunately, the GM showed no concern or willingness to stand by the dealership's reputation. As a BMW owner myself, I expected better from a dealership with this name. I don't blame the salesperson, but the way management handled the situation was cold and unsympathetic. My wife, who bought the car for her new job, is equally frustrated. We trusted this dealership thinking we'd get peace of mind buying from a brand-name store instead of a random used car lot. That was our mistake. I'm sharing this so others won't repeat it. If you're thinking of buying a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership--be very cautious. We paid the price so you don't have to.

Great customer service. From start to finish, a great experience. This is our second car from this…read moredealership, and both times our Sales Consultant Mike Beck provided us with great no-nonsense service. What more can you ask for...a great automobile AND great customer service! Highly recommend Toyota of Naperville!

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

Bought a 2024 Audi A5 in June, 2026: Here's my experience:…read more POSITIVE Saw the car I wanted on their site and because the make, model and color would be snapped up ASAP, they grabbed it right away and it was transferred from another city/state within a week later. At my request, they held it for me for 5 days until I could get there from my home 90 miles away. The salesman was nice, personable, accommodating and answered all my questions. He should get a better job elsewhere. The car was in pristine condition - inside and out. They attached one license plate for me and gassed the car before I drove it off the lot. As I'd been renting a car from Enterprise, I was able to drop it off there (different location from the rental origin) without an extra charge. NEGATIVE They will push the warranty, even if it includes flirting shamelessly! It could be that I was in a hurry, but they should have attached the second plate. Now I've gotta pay someone to do it - I'm not handy. I was paying cash for the car which at first, I going to do via wire transfer. However, telling me it would take a day for their "corporate office to receive the wire transfer", they wanted me to do the wire the day BEFORE I was scheduled to pick it up. While I was 95% sure I wanted the car, I'd only seen it online and I wasn't about to pay for it until I'd seen it in person and test drove it! It's 2026, folks and wire transfers are immediate! Don't test our BS meter. I paid by cashiers' check instead. Also, because I wanted to get miles on my credit card, I asked to put $10k of the $34k+ cost on it, but $5k is the most they'll let you put on a card (obviously, they want every opportunity to finance the cars they sell. One day soon, someone's going to challenge this in court and win). They wouldn't even let me put the warranty (which is a separate purchase) on my card. (the two points above are likely not under the salesman's control) Finally, and the most disappointing part of the experience: Once I bought the car, I immediately drove it to a mechanic I'd made an appointment with to have it checked out. They spent several hours inspecting it and told me that Internally, it was all good. BUT, while it was up on the lift, they saw it had been in an accident: the passenger door on the driver's side had been replaced and cheaply done with 'Bondo'. Sure enough, the paint doesn't exactly match. No accident was reported on the Carfax report. I called Enterprise Car Sales to discuss this with them and the dealership manager said: If it's not on the Carfax report, we don't have to tell you about it and we're not responsible for it. FYI: Don't trust a Carfax report.

Discovered a piece of the rear passenger seatbelt missing. Absolutely no idea how it happened. There are only 2 of us and rarely use the back seat, so it could have been purchased that way. We live 2 hours from a dealership and they refused to look at the photos I sent via email to evaluate if the part was under warranty. So we made an appointment. When we went to the appointment they took pictures of the seatbelts, exactly the same as I took and said we'll evaluate and get back to you. Then I receive an email from them saying to reschedule my appointment because I did not show. It took 5 days and a phone call every day to finally get them to say NO it's not covered under warranty. Pretty sad that a safety issue like a seatbelt is not covered under warranty. We asked them to price it for us if we paid ourselves and is was DOUBLE what we had priced at our local Nissan dealer to fix in case it wasn't covered under warranty. For a luxury brand this has been a unfortunate experience for them to lose a customer and for us to go through.
