We called regarding a vehicle and "Miguel" told us it was still available, but he was not going to be there to ask for "Juni" he would be expecting us. We get there, after driving an hour and of course the vehicle was sold Saturday and they didn't have time to update their inventory. It's all a scam to get people to their dealer to rip them off. read more

They took out a lien on a vehicle that I paid cash for. They had no right to do so. Had to fight with them several months to get the lein released and title from them. This vehicle broke down every few weeks and the frame rusted through 6 months after purchase. No longer driveable and had to junk it. read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I called ahead and asked to see a specific car. Over the phone they seemed happy to have me, I show up and ask to see the vehicle and they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain multiple times what car I was looking to see. They finally understood which car and told me someone else was looking at it. So I stand there, in their very unwelcoming "lobby" until they then informed me that the people looking at the car were going to buy it. So I drove 45 minutes to basically get told that it was all for nothing. Calling ahead doesn't mean anything here! Do not consider buying a car here, very unwelcoming and careless people. read more

Have you ever tried to deal with a business and think to yourself "Why are they making it so hard? I'm trying to give them money?" That is the experience that I had with Roselle Motors. I saw a listing on Edmund's for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee that Roselle Motors had posted. I called them up on a Saturday. I talked to their Sales Manager. Here is how the conversation went: Me: I'm calling to see if you still have the 1999 Jeep Cherokee on your lot, Its stock number @#@$@#$#. MGR: Do you mean the one with the new tires and New Chrome Wheels, Yeah, we have it. So I drive all the way out to BFE-Roselle to take a look at it. I had every intention of test driving and buying the Car if everything checked out. When we arrive at the lot, to our surprise, there is no Jeep Cherokee in sight. I flagged down the General Manager and told him that I called, and was told that the car was on the lot. I even showed him the Edmund's page that I printed out and brought with me. He tells me that the car is having repairs done on one of the Window's and that his Sales Manager got confused and thought that I was asking about the Grand Cherokee in the Corner. Now I'm an idiot when it comes to cars, but even I know the difference between the two. The General Manager seemed like a nice enough guy. He took my name and number. He said that it should be ready by Wednesday and that his Sales Manager would call me when the car was back on the lot. Well, Wednesday comes along, and no call from anyone. So I make another call on Wednesday night and here's how it went. Me: "I'm calling to see if the 99 Jeep Cherokee is out of the repair shop yet?" Sales MGR: "Do you mean the one with the new tires and New Chrome rims" Me: "NO, that's a Grand Cherokee. Don't you remember that I talked to you on Saturday? I'm looking for the Black, Jeep Cherokee. They are two different cars. Sales MGR" I'm not really sure, I really don't have time to look right now, can you call back after 6 when the General Manager is back? WTF!!!!!! There were around 30 cars on the lot when I made my visit the previous Saturday. How can you not have a clue what your inventory is? I'm a sales rep for a company with over 2 million dollars of inventory, and I have a pretty good idea what's in my warehouse. And if I don't know, I will take two minutes to walk out there and find out. And the kicker was that he never offered to take my number to call me back. That is the Epitome of Laziness. I gave Roselle Motors a shot, and it turned out to be a total waste of time. If you read this review in hopes of finding a good deal on a car, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere. Never Step Into the steps, Wanted to check a car and waited they said its being delivered here from the other dealer, I said for how long 15 min most, 2 hours later they got my information and ready to buy, but still no car insight. They told me they lost the keys and being copied. we went to the sight were the car is sit down and they started talking the payment and i haven't even seen the car yet? So another 2 hours in I and finally saw the car and not interested anymore but continued to sell and I said no...Unprofessional most are Spanish speaking and and they have different locations throughout Beware!!! read more

DO NOT under any circumstances purchase a car from this place. I bought my car there last spring for $4500, I have now put over $8500 in repairs into this car (headgaskets, piston rings, exhaust valves, speedometer, etc...). My husband looked Francisco in the eye and told him that I would be driving this car across the country by myself, and needed to know that this would be a safe car for his wife- of course he said yes. Roselle Motors is financing the car directly, they aren't charging interest, have been nice enough to adjust the payment due date to coincide with our payday and are just decent people. This is the worst Car dealership on earth!!!!!! From the time I walked in the door. I should have followed my first mind a ran away FAST. The games started as soon as we walked in the door, the internet sales person told me the car I wanted was being driven by one of the sales manager, who came in and identified himself as an owner which he turned out to be an office manager or something (Moises...BIG POSER) Second, The car looked like he was living out of it, so the internet sales person (Elena or Alana BIGGEST LIAR) She lied so much, I just blocked her out Disgusting. Because of the condition of the car she offered to have the car cleaned and give us three days t decide if we wanted the car before we finished the financing. So after the honeymoon was over.... the major screwing begin... We took the car home within the first 24 hours we discovered the transmission was bad among other things, I immediately told Roselle motors, they tried to accused us of damaging it and denied telling us we had three days to decide. After much back and forth, they agreed to fix the transmission. I thought they redeemed themselves, nope nope nope... They convinced me to buy a warranty, the brochure had me fooled. Once i got it and found there were things that it would not cover unless the mechanic shop submitted blood or something, they made it very difficult to be reimbursed. After that experience I decided to cancel the warranty after only 3 weeks. OMG, this experience was even worst than buying the car. The dealership stalled on the cancellation which cost more money and covered nothing. After they finally submitted the cancellation to the warranty company 2 months late, they charged me kept over $500 of my refund. I only paid $2400 for the warranty that I had for 3 weeks. NELLIE, MOISES, ELENA or ALANA are the worst ever. NEVER BUY A CAR FRON THIS PLACE... Save yourself the trouble of this place and don't even bother. Bought a car from here about 4 months ago and salesman showed me a clean car fax and promised this car had a clean title. Next thing I know I receive a letter from the state saying this car is a salvage vehicle. So the salesman lied to me to make a sale which is unbelievable and completely childish. Now because of this I have issues with my finance loaner because Roselle Motors neglected to take care of any legal issues with a salvage vehicle and now I have the state and my finance loaner on my back when all this should've been taken care of before they even sold the car to me. This place is a joke. My bf bought an 05 Escalade, that had I been with him, never would have been purchased. Half the dash doesn't work. Speedometer works when it feels like it. Check engine light is on. Tire pressure monitor light is on. Airbag light is on, etc. AC didn't work, but they did fix that after her purchased. About 2 days after buying it, it starts leaking oil everywhere. When he takes it in to have the AC fixed, they tell him it's the Rear Main Seal, and they want $1200.00!!!!!!! This is a very unprofessional business. I brought my whole family with to buy a car including my 1 year old and was there longer than we should have been. We drove over an hour to see this car because we were pretty set on buying it and we applied for a loan and it took over 4 hours to get approved. What we got approved for was a joke and we had pretty good credit. We kept trying to work out a deal with them and eventually got somewhere with them and then I had to leave with my 1 year old because it was getting late, so I left my husband to deal with all the paperwork since the car was ours at that point. They knew how far we lived and weren't even able to fill up the car with a quarter tank of gas so my husband could get home, I feel like most dealers should do that. The whole experience made me feel uneasy buying something from them but my husband is a mechanic at least and understands cars so I knew it wasn't a piece of junk. A few weeks later we get a call saying that our plates are ready to pick up. I told them to just mail it to us because we live so far away and they said they couldn't do that for us. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently he was "unavailable." So I kept calling them everyday for a week straight and they told me they're going to mail it to us through UPS and we have to pay the delivery charge which they calculated was $12. My husband worked for UPS and he said that's a big fat lie, it doesn't cost $12 to ship something like that. Eventually, I got a hold of the manager and he said he was going to mail it to us and we eventually got it in the mail after all that hassle. When I think of car dealerships, I think of a friendly and trusting company that should go above and beyond with their customer service. This is not the place. I hope everyone that gets a chance to read this will not give them any business, I regret it. They should be reported because it is questionable how they conduct their business. read more

Such terrible customer service, don't waste your time or money there. I will be reporting them and making an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau after this post. My husband went to see a truck, applied for financing, was told to go Saturday and he did and he also put a $1000 deposit on the truck he wanted and he was told to go back on Monday with the other $2000 he needed for the total deposit but that the truck would not be sold since his initial $1000 deposit would hold the truck for him and it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. He goes there today and he was made to wait ALL day for hours and hours only to be told that someone else bought it today as he was there at the actual dealership. They sold it to someone else right in front of him and gave him his $1000 back. This place is the worst at negotiating, they're bad at sales, and they clearly have no sense of customer service and no commitment to the own agreements they make. They're are millions of dealerships out there, pick any one but this one. It's a bunch of shaddy sales men in cheap suits trying to make the quickest dollar possible without any regards to the customer. Jose Cardenas was the sales man helping my husband and he was the one who took his deposit on Saturday and he also happened to be the same guy who sold the truck my husband put the deposit on to the other customer. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!! We bought our Jeep Liberty here in the fall last year. 3 months later the engine has blown. It took them 5 months to fix. When we finally went to pick it up they told us the engine blew because of a 300$ radiator fan. A 300$ part cost us 3400$. If you don't speak Spanish they will take advantage of you completely. ( I'm Puerto Rican but don't speak Spanish) They don't care about anything but money. We told them we have a family trying to start a business this is our business car we need it to last. Now the coolant is overheating and we have to dump more money into it. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! They take your money and say okay good luck?!?!? If I could give it 0 stars I would. They are horrible. All the people in there have no idea what they are doing. Especially the finance lady. The only people we could stand was the service guy and he's not even there anymore. No stars. I saw an Escalade on their online site, called and spoke to the owner about it. He guaranteed me an out the door price of $12,000. I went in to look at it and they said the price would be $15,999! I told them I had spoken to the owner, gave his name, gave the name of the girl who answered the phone, etc. They acted as if they had no idea who these people were. While talking with them, one of them proceeded to make a call and speak to someone on the phone in Spanish. But the person's name was the owner's name! I said this guy is on the phone with him right now!! Then all of a sudden they could move on the price. I told them I had to get the check from my bank, and went home. I then looked up these reviews and decided to pay for my own Carfax report. Thank God I did!! This truck had total loss over 8yrs ago!! Salvage title! And the carfax they gave me was completely differenet, so they are committing fraud too??? I came down from Milwaukee to look at a car. I called on the phone to make sure the car was still avaliable and see the condition of the car. They told me it was in perfect condition with nothing wrong. When I arrived it had scratches on the outside and excessive wear on the inside. We negotiated a price for the car that we felt was fair and I left a $100 deposit so I could go to my bank to get a loan. Two days later he calls me and tells me he sold the car and he will send me my $100 back. Not only that after we negotiated the price and I put the deposit down he kept pushing me to get a warranty like he knew their was something wrong with the car and he didnt tell me. We live 2.5 hours away from Rosselle Motors and decided to make the trip to purchase a suburban from them. We talked with an associate right before we left to confirm that the vehicle would be there for us to look at. They confirmed that yes, the vehicle would definitely be there. After being on the road for 1.5 hours, the associate called to confirm that we were still coming. We sated we would be there in 1 hour. When we got there, the vehicle wasn't there because the owner took the vehicle for an "emergency"!!! There were at least 30 other vehicles on the lot that he could have taken, but he decided to take the one vehicle we drove 2.5 hours to look at and buy!!! Due to the POOR customer service, we left right away VERY angry! We drove 2.5 hours there just to drive 2.5 hours back all for nothing! Do NOT waste your time with this dealership as they are VERY unreliable! We read the other reviews given about them, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because of all the contact we had with them prior to and during the trip, but I guess we should have listened to the others and not made the trip!
