DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. NO INTEGRITY OR MORALS! The man in the photo…read morebelow, knew my daughter was taking an 800 mile trip across the country to college and he swnt her off in dry rotted tires, too small rims AND all the bolts were loose on the tires of the car and said at the time of purchase that he would feel safe if his own daughter made that same trip. Within months, the alternator, brakes and rotors had to be replaced in addition to all four tires on the car. But wait, there's more, the back bumper fell off within a month, she tried to trade the car, they offered her $500 for a 2019 Toyota Corrola, yanno the one that you can get top dollar for because the car holds their value? Yea, that car because guess why? Unreported accidents, the door frame was replaced and the CarFax report shows nothing but a front end accident, not to mentipm, the bumper was being held together with TAPE. And he thinks it's a good idea to offer 3k, on a car we've paid 6k for in cash plus of 2k in repairs in 7 months that goes BEYOND. This guy can teach a master class in no reaction, giggled, thought it was funny about his lack of integrity then when I screamed at him and his nonchalant behavior and not so much as a recognition of the danger of loose bolts or dry rotted tires, I lost myself, snapped off and now he declares me to be the problem. Who sends a young college woman to drive 800 miles to college in dry rotted tires and laughs at you?, a man who hates women because this guy is one of those MEN. BEWARE LADIES. I am not finished, this is not over and I've got time. Bet.

Don't trust the Google reviews!!! They're incentivized and not a real reflection of this business…read more The staff will push you to leave a 5-star Google review before the deal is even done. Now I realize that's probably how they're padding their rating, and it's incredibly misleading. Even worse they're rude and aggressive if you push back or question anything. If you don't go along with their pressure tactics, they get defensive fast. I felt uncomfortable and even a little threatened just for trying to ask for the full picture. Most of the cars seemed like lemons, mechanical red flags, and no transparency. It's the kind of operation that survives by taking advantage of people who don't know better. This is not a trustworthy place. Avoid it at all costs and go somewhere with real integrity.

Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this a long time. Tony went over all my options, explained the benefits of anything that was additional costs but did not push me to go for anything just because. He was able to find the exact Trailblazer I wanted, with the upgrades *I* chose myself based on his expertise. This was my first time buying a new car, and I could not have had a better experience! Terrence showed me all the ins and outs of the tech in the car, and helped me get all my apps and apple car play set and ready to use once I drove off the lot. Everyone in the dealership was personable, professional and all around great. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I will definitely be recommending Wickstrom and their team to anyone who is looking. Even today, I gave my praises to a coworker who was looking for a car!

He approached me in a defensive manner asking when would I mention to the salesmen that I had a dealership and then he shifted his tone once I rattled off numbers to him and showed that I know market average and he overpaid for the car. He raised his voice at one point because I said the car was too expensive according to MMR and market average and he started arguing in front of other customers. For him to have the need to challenge me about my dealership when all he had to do was chill for what would have been a chill conversation was not needed. Another sales manager called me the next day to apologize for the way Tony treated me however it was too late to care. They even called me multiple times after the fact and I said I'd call them when I'm ready but they still called, very pushy. Salesman strong and good but management very unprofessional - Tony especially. I took my business elsewhere and suggest this is a place you put in the back of your mind.

My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

There are pluses and minuses. By far the best car buying experience we have had. Super simple…read moreprocess, very fair prices and super nice staff. However as we were told by our sales rep they only have 1 guy who does the finances. This causes a huge backup if there is literally anyone else there trying to buy a car. We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha
