I'm not sure how this place has any 5 star reviews. I told the salesman I would be driving an hour and a half and provided him with an ETA. 1. The car was still not there, claimed it was at the other "dealership" 2. The car was literally on E, so I was only able to drive it up and down the street before we had to go back so someone else can put gas in it. 3. The panoramic sunroof did not work 4. The passenger side seat did not move (it's a coupe, so people would only be able to get in behind the drivers side door. 5. They put new tires on the car but since the car was lowered they were rubbing. Of course none of this was told to me before I left. And to top it all off the car wasn't even clean. Just know all of the cars sit outside so the pictures are way better online than when you get there. I would 100% recommend avoiding this place. read more

I was at this dealership recently to buy a vehicle. They were nice and engaging, so that you would forget to ask all the necessary questions with your purchase. They didn't give me a car fax print out during my purchase, so I asked for it the next day. They said that they will print and mail it to me, or email it to me, but I never got it. They only gave me 1 set of keys for the vehicle instead of 2 sets. And when I asked for it, they said that they will check and get back to me, but never did. I tried calling several times without any luck. So I know that they definitely will be selling the other keys online. So to top it all...after driving my car for a few days...all kinds of lights started popping up on the dashboard that needed to be fixed. I went to a large car dealership expecting at least some of what may be wrong with the used vehicle that I'm trying to buy would be fixed, or at least be in a fairly good shape, but this's the worst I've ever seen. It would be nice if some of the problems with the car has been fixed before selling, since they are more knowledgeable about cars in general and have the means and equipment right there to do the job. But no....they just want you to buy the car and so you off as quickly as possible before you ask any necessary questions. Just beware of this people and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

This Is Definitely the worst experience I ever had buying a car please please please don't ever trust these people with giving you and your family a reliable car. They will act nice as they have to they will smile and tell you whatever you need to hear to make you make the purchase and after the purchase they are different people especially when you find out that their cars are junk. I talked to these ppl for weeks I flew out from 4-5 hours away to do business with these guys and they knew that. I had most of the money financed thru the bank I just about empty my savings account to buy this car to be able to get to work and get my son from school with a reliable vehicle..... these guys assured me that this was a great car even talked me out of buying the other cars I viewed when I was there just to sell me a piece of crap not only is the auto start system on the car messed up the check engine light also came right on IN THE FIRST WEEK OF ME HAVING THE CAR and from then on all the nice stuff with these guys was gone and it turned into them trying to act like it's my fault that they clear codes from there cars to sale ppl junk cars then leave them and their families to struggle to ignore something out it's just a sad situation for me and mine but we will find a way and I do plan to file a lawsuit as soon as o can I just literally have to put together 2 thousand just to put this car in the shop and still take care of my bill including the first car payment on this car which is still 3 weeks away ........... worst experience I ever had worst car dealership ever that's a absolute FACT!!! Since my Google review from 4 months is not showing on Google reviews I will go ahead and do my review here. So I had originally filled out a credit application because I was very interested in a car they were selling didn't get a call so I had to call them to see what was up with my terms, someone named Hamza who is a salesman at this location picked up and from the sound of his voice he sounded like he did not want to sell me a car now as for my income I make more than 5 times what the payment would have been so I feel like he could have been more respectful with a potential customer after that he told me he would talk to his manager and call me back. 4 days pass so I call back and tell him if my terms are available to come test drive and sign because I was money ready and I was looking for an ATS V for a while. Once again this salesman Hamza tell me he was going to talk to his financing manager, at this point I am irritated as if these clowns didn't want to sell me a car or something ridiculous since they ran my credit like 4 times which I was able to see through Experian and could not give me my terms or how much down I would have to put down and I knew for a fact I was approved for the car. After calling the credit bureaus I was able to get these inquiries that these clowns put on my report running my credit for a car I wanted and never giving me terms. After that phone call, Hamza never had the balls to be a at least decent salesman and call me and tell me my financing terms so I decided to leave it as that. Overall don't recommend this dealership to anyone lot of these reviews on Google and Yelp are fake if you look around, many 5-star reviews are fake. Wasted. my time and ran my credit which I was pissed about the good thing is it got knocked off my credit. Clowns read more

I couldn't be happier with this place!!! The two owners were wonderful and informative with out being pushy and annoying. After purchasing our car the airbag light went on and I panicked because I thought I'd have to fork up money to fix it and after calling them and telling them they payed to have it fixed and covered everything. Would not recommend these guys by any stretch - dishonest old school shady used car sales. They appear to be an actual dealership but they are not. Two kids with shady ethics and a sham mechanic. They deliberately hide and misrepresent major issues with the cars they sell & then offer no follow-up support. Know that if you buy a car from these guys, the minute you walk out the door you are on your own. Yes they will talk a big game before. Do yourself a favor & trust me - go somewhere else. read more
