The pricing was exactly as advertised upon arrival, and I was able to negotiate a slightly lower price for the vehicle, but that was balanced with a tough negotiation on my trade-in. That being said, I have no complaint about the final pricing. The business office, as always, takes a while to complete all the paperwork, but at no time was I pressured to buy any add-on coverages or warranties; they were presented to me and easily declined. I financed a small part of the purchase, and they beat the preapproved rate from my bank. The car had two issues that needed to be addressed at a Mercedes dealer. Jidd was very proactive in contacting Mercedes to ensure there would be no issues and also reached out the next day, offering to assist me with scheduling the service. (I had already scheduled it with my local dealer, but was impressed with their checking in and being willing to set up the service visit for me if needed.) I have no reservations about recommending Jidd Motors to anyone looking for a quality used car.

In 2026, I called to see how much they would buy it back for. The first thing they asked me is how much was owed (why does this matter?). I reminded them that she paid cash for it and there is no loan. They would not give me a price over the phone. They said I had to bring it in so they can inspect the undercarriage for damage. I brought the car in for the appraisal inspection and a salesperson only looked at the odometer, never looked under the carriage, and made me sit for almost 1/2 hour. Another salesperson / appraiser (who never looked at the car) told me that the value has declined so much in the last few years and the highest price that they could offer me was $12,500. I walked out knowing that it is is like new and valued around $24,000. I received a quote to purchase it (online) from Carmax for $17,500 and Carvana for $20,000. I sold it to Carvana. I wasted 2 hours of my time bringing it in person for something that they could have told me over the phone. JIDD Motors lied to me, seemed dishonest, and I will never buy a vehicle from this place.

I am well pleased with that aspect. CONS: No-haggle price. The price is the price. Be prepared for added fees when meeting with the finance manager $599 fee for theft/gps protection $999 fee for auto appearance protection Note: these add on's are mandatory. $300 documentation fee which is extremely high in the auto industry. In the past I paid anywhere from 80 to 150 at other dealers. Price match guarantee they have listed on their website is totally ineffective. Unless you have an identical car with exact miles, exact features and color at another dealership to match. That will never happen. Might as well throw this guarantee out the window. Typical pressure applied for extended warranty and add-ons in the finance office They do let you return your car within 30 days... However you will incur a 10% restocking fee along with a $1 a mile charge. And all that can add up to big bucks. So make sure you test drive and inspect the vehicle before buying CONCLUSION: Jidd sells quality used luxury automobiles and offers a good selection. Don't expect negotiations with pricing. Financing rates on used cars can be high depending on your credit. Very clean and updated facility.
