I took my car in today and all they did was seal the crack so it wouldn't spread. This is what they offer as CPO. By not being honest upfront that it wouldn't be "fixed" but sealed so it wouldn't spread, they took my autonomy away as a consumer to make an informed decision. It's the absolute worst feeling ever to spend your hard earned money and be told by the manager that is too expensive to completely replace. And I drove over an hour to get to this dealership where I felt treated like a dollar sign opposed to a person and a valued costumer. I paid over the Kelly Blue Book value for the used Nissan Sentra 2022, and they wouldn't negotiate on fees. Worst car buying experience to date.

All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha
