Purchased this older BMW M6 from Harrison at Lucky Motors…read more First - the car was exactly as described. And Harrison answered all my questions either directly or in conjunction with photos and videos since I wasn't local. When purchasing used cars from smaller dealers I've learned that you must ask a lot of questions, and Harrison was very forthcoming. Since it isn't a new car I expected some small defects and there were a few of those which were easily overlooked. But no major surprises. The one or two things I wanted fixed were put into writing and fixed before the car was picked up. The buying process - yes there were a few hiccups but again this isn't a large dealer with a lot of staff. Nothing that we couldn't iron out. The end result? I've got the car I wanted in the shape described here with me and I've been enjoying immensely. I know others have mentioned their complaints but I don't have any right now!

CarBox told me I shouldn't rely on the diagnoses of the Certified Hyundai Dealer and Repair shop I took it to as they "just want my money". Stay far away from this dealer. Adnan was able to sort everything out on the spot with the police and everyone involved. They were able to recondition both vehicles like nothing ever happend. Despite the accident, no stress or pressure from anyone at any point in the process. They have a great variety of inventory and their own service department and body shop. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. Highly recommend working with Adnan at Carbox - wouldn't buy a vehicle from anyone else.

They promised to replace it -- which sounded fine -- but it turned into a 4-week wait, during which we had to spend $1,500 on a rental car just to keep our lives moving. We also paid $1,800 for the repair, and guess what? The motor is still not good. Now the dealer has gone silent -- no calls, no texts, no accountability.
