My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha

The car has $18,000 worth of repairs that need to be done. I was scammed big time. Do NOT trust them. It was a very hot day and I have a chronic illness. Walking around helping them look for a car is ridiculous. Lastly, the car we drove 40+ minutes to see didn't have a working air conditioner. Beautiful car and all I can think about is getting out of it ASAP. What if we were considering that car in the winter? We would've be stuck with a car that needed is a/c repaired. No thanks. Side note- none of the cars we looked at were clean. Some had trash and debris in them. Others had a unpleasant odor. But if these things don't bother you, know that their prices are very reasonable

The car was literally on E, so I was only able to drive it up and down the street before we had to go back so someone else can put gas in it. 3. The panoramic sunroof did not work 4. The passenger side seat did not move (it's a coupe, so people would only be able to get in behind the drivers side door. 5. They put new tires on the car but since the car was lowered they were rubbing. Of course none of this was told to me before I left. And to top it all off the car wasn't even clean. Just know all of the cars sit outside so the pictures are way better online than when you get there. I would 100% recommend avoiding this place.
