If you're a fan of chicken fried steak, you will absolutely love the one here. The steak is fried as crispy as a chicken tender, the sausage gravy smothered on top is rich and hearty, and the toasted buttered biscuit served on the side is perfect for sopping up any gravy left on your plate. The over easy eggs we ordered could not have been cooked better. Additionally, the included hash browns were cooked perfectly: the entire surface of the hash browns was cooked to a crispy gold brown with not a single burnt, or uneven bit.
