The service is really good. Seated promptly, waters come out promptly, minor order modifications handled easily. We have really enjoyed the variety of food. We find the drinks particularly reasonably priced and the cocktails are good. We really like the blueberry one. The space is sunny and open. It's on a round roll so I don't know if folks from Philly would think it's a proper cheesesteak, but here in Cincinnati it's very good. Their 1/2 Pound Burger is nice and thick, still pink in the middle, not overcooked like so many places do. Their Onion Rings and Fried Mushrooms are legit, maybe not ground-breaking or life-changing, but good solid fare.

My friend started with calamari, served on a bed of Asian slaw. The rings were tender and tasty, and nicely complemented by the slaw. The soup du jour was shrimp bisque, which I eagerly ordered. I wish it hadn't been completely pureed, because I like bits of shrimp in it, but it was still excellent, tasting of shrimp, cream, and delicate seasonings. Moving on, he had the meatloaf, and we both liked it. I had the day's special of my favorite fish - halibut. It was perfectly seared, sitting in a pool of browned butter sauce and garnished with pine nuts, all accompanied by tasty spinach and garlic mashed potatoes.
