Beer menu located on far left side of bar, straining to look at while sitting at bar..This same menu had no prices for beer selection listed on menu, bartender seemed agitated after I requested to know prices of various drinks..Ordered lemonade. Went to patio, a different employee came outside. Because this glass appeared mostly empty, this employee assumed I was finished with my lemonade and removed my glass from a table I placed it on. I told him that's my drink, he said it was empty, I said leave it. He did not leave my drink on the table where I had it, he then poured the remaining contents of my Lemonade on the concrete patio ground! Then the bartender told me, "you need it" after I mentioned to him leaving me too much change for my Lemonade. Proper change for my Lemonade was $1.57, change from bartender was $2.63, paid with $5 cash. Disrespectful employees here. read more

The bartender you have on right now (day after Christmas 2019) is killing it solo on her first day. Came in with multiple people, placed an order and the keg popped. But if you're not into the whole brevity thing, I enjoyed the food, particularly the quesadilla and fries piled high with deliciousness on them. While it's not exclusively focused on The Dude, there is plenty for El Duderino fans to enjoy. You would hardly know it's there when you drive up, which seems to be the point. I think Jeffrey would love to come here for a white Russian after a long day of bowling. But that's just like, my opinion, man. read more

It's a hip, small spot with a dive bar vibe. Big Lebowski memorabilia decorate the bar, and a huge Hunter S. Thompson quote hangs on the wall visible upon entry. We looked up places to eat after getting off the plane and found The Bar. Their food was awesome. I had the BLT with fries and my husband had the wings. The BLT was very tasty and the fries were on point. My husband devoured the wings. Not only was the food awesome but so was the service. We plan to be back before we leave. read more

As described by others this is a small dive bar, apparently with good food, but we weren't eating. Yelp should not have "sports bar" in the description however. That, it is not. They have 4 TVs, but two of them had the movie Wedding Crashers showing. It is too dark and the music was a bit loud for my tastes, but it is pretty nice for a "dive bar". read more

Been here twice for a couple of beers. Sat next to two different group of men and had different bartenders. But both bartenders said to me both times, "If these guys are bothering you, let me know." I really like this small little tucked away bar. It's dark and cool inside which is exactly what I look for in the summer months.Very fun and friendly bartenders . A strange place. The storefront of the bar is not completed, and there's no real notice of what you are walking into when you first pull up to the address. It's actually quite small. There are only four or five booths and a couple of tables, and the rest is bar stool seating -- perhaps 10 or 12 of those. There's a tiny stall in the back they they sell food out of . . . Didn't try the food. This review is about the ambiance and the "we're all friends here, so who are you?" atmosphere of the joint. We walked in and everyone in the place turned and looked at us. After a few smiles didn't seem to change much, we grabbed a couple of seats and then decided to go ahead and leave. It was one of the most unfriendly places we've walked into in recent memory . . . Of course, everyone in the bar was young and a hipster, and we don't fit that mold. So I'd say that there's some serious age discrimination that goes in here ): Didn't like it. I love The Stand so I was excited to try a new place made by the same owners. My mom and I were the firsts to arrive and it still hadn't opened despite it being passed the opening time. My mom and I planned on eating lunch here and waited nearly two hours for the kitchen to open. The bartender told us numerous times the man was running late but it would only be ten minutes more.... two hours later after having several drinks each, as we were leaving the guy finally decided to show up. We ordered some food and it was decent but they veggie tray is definitely over priced. Will give it one more chance to redeem itself. read more

It WAS a great bar but unfortunately it's been closed since November for "mechanical issues". We hope it opens back up.

They had alcohol and I ended up with two drinks which is why they get three stars. That and the food was actually decent. Vodka soda and the soda was as flat as nebraska. The bar. Very generic while pretending and wanting to be hip. I felt really old liking the decor, yet was upset that it was here. Drinks were overpriced, the crowd was not friendly or welcoming. What sealed the deal was when I overheard a guy in his 20's with a Cincinnati Reds jersey on say 'here is why my friend and I voted for trump'. I have no reason to ever go back especially when their is way too many great bars in the area. read more
