My sister and I stopped in here on Monday before our drive back to Indy. It was so nice to have a warm breakfast after shoveling the snow away from my car and packing everything up from the Airbnb above. The inside is small, with no inside seating options. They have drip coffee, bottled drinks, etc, but no lattes or anything like that. The staff were friendly, the food was made quickly, and it was hot and delicious. The only thing I wish is that each side of the bagel still had a cream cheese smear on it, but otherwise an excellent bagel sandwich. I got a breakfast bagel and my sister got a lunch bagel and she loved hers as well. It was also cool to see that they use Tinker Coffee beans from Indy for their coffee!

Such a cute place. This location is to go style so you order it at the counter. I ordered the pizza bagel with pepperoni and it was so good!! The service was fast and everything was reasonably priced. I had heard good things and it didn't disappoint!

Fan for life. Great food. Amazing service. Dynamite staff. Please open Thursday-Sat nights.

If you want something quick this is the place to go. They have decent options and were priced well. The staff was friendly and the food was done quick. Would definitely return if in the area.

Came Sunday morning around 10am and I thought it would be packed so I ordered ahead but maybe people were still sleeping and this place gets busier towards 11? I was a little sad I ordered ahead because even though my order was correct, it definitely doesn't hit the same as ordering it fresh in line. I enjoyed the wide variety of bagel sandwich options and that you can design your own egg or regular bagel sandwich. I do think the bagel is a little on the hard side and not as squishy as I had hoped but still cool the bagels are made fresh.

This is a great place. It was really busy. People coming & going the whole time we were waiting on our bagels. When you walk in you go to the left to order. Then wait on the right side or for picking up to go orders. I got the BLT no mayonnaise on an Asiago Bagel & added the onion & chive cream cheese. The bacon was cooked perfectly & I loved the flavor of the cream cheese. My husband got the sausage egg & cheese on an everything bagel. He really enjoyed his too. We will definitely go back sometime when in town. They had Really Great prices too. I will note there isn't a restroom. Just a heads up.

As a native New Yorker. Here in Cincinnati I am always on the hunt for a real bagel. Not just any bagel but a bagel with lox and all of the other items they go with it. Baby when I tell you I found that at the Bagelry, I mean that. The lox sandwich was EVERYTHING! Can't wait to try their other offerings,

This is such a cute bagel spot! The people working were so happy and nice. Bagels were delicious and came out very fast. I highly recommend. One thing I will mention is that there is no seating. I cant wait to go back and try the other sandwiches.

Loved the ability to order online. Only took about 10 minutes and everything was ready when we arrived. Made fresh, hot when we arrived and great flavor. The coffee was also really nice. This is a great place for a quick breakfast.

Fun Indy bagel shop in OTR....bagels are delicious with great crust and chewy inside. I tired a local favorite Goetta for the first time, not sure what to expect. It was an interesting meat grain mixture with nice flavor and texture . The fact that they source their coffee from tinker in Indianapolis is a plus. Being that it is in OTR parking isn't the easiest but that's to be expected. Will be back.

But what I remember most of all is the food, particularly ducking into a little shop off a piazza somewhere to grab whatever I could buy and eat while we walked to our next sightseeing destination--a pastry, a slice of pizza, or a sandwich. At Alveo, I almost feel like I'm right back there. The restaurant is small and lively, not a place to linger exactly but a place where you can tell you'll be taken care of. Just as many patrons are ordering to go as they are to stay. And the sandwiches? Good enough to power many, many steps of sightseeing across cobblestones, or just get you through the afternoon at your home or office in Cincinnati. They've absolutely nailed the ingredients on every sandwich I've tried, with high-quality components selected specifically for how they go together. (Like those little sandwich shops in Europe, there are no substitutions here--unless you'd like gluten free bread.) The bread? Unreal how it can hold these constructions together while being soft and delicious. The meats? Perfection. The cheese? Incredible. That pistachio stuff? I see it in my dreams. The one area where Alveo definitely deviates from its European brethren is portion size--these sandwiches are huge! They come in a paper wrapper, inside a to-go box, and believe me, you will probably need it. Each time I've been to Alveo I've ended up eating about half the sandwich for lunch and the rest for dinner, maybe with a snack in between, and felt perfectly satisfied for the day. So, yes, the $20+ price tag might discourage you, but don't let it. It's a $20 investment in a very, very delicious day.

I think they're actually more known for their pickles (cool to see they also offer fermentation classes) so I'd be interested in trying their Pickle Boat and some cold salads next time. (Also wish my sandwich came with a pickle!) There is both interior and exterior patio seating and lots of pig-themed decor throughout the store. I had heard that their pop-up dinners sell out very quickly so I was ready the day they were posted and grabbed a few spots for one of their February dates. We live in West Chester and have driven down to there a few times just to pick up delicious dinners. We just attended our first dinner there last Tuesday. Oh My Goodness! What a treat. Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.
