Kremer's Market is a delightful little shoppe in Crescent Springs. It has some very unique foods,…read moreproducts, as well a large deli counter which also sold sandwiches which is what I'm here to talk about. They have lots of sweet treats such as cookies and other delicious delectables. I went with a Kremer's Cordon Bleu Sandwich which came with melted Lorraine Swiss, roasted chicken, ham, and dijon mustard on a croissant. It was absolutely delicious with the meats especially standing out as being awesome. Unfortunately there isn't anywhere to sit and eat on site at Kremer's but there's a beautiful park across the street to sit and eat which is what we did. They have tons of other things I want to try from their store and we will definitely be back.

So any time I come up to the area I try somewhere that makes goetta. This was a nice neighborhood meat market that makes their own so i had to try it. It was pretty good. They do make it WITHOUT MSG, so if that stuff gives you a headache or if you have to watch your salt intake, they have an option for you! I bought a goetta, egg, and cheese sandwich and it was tasty. If I was nearby, I'd try it again. I also took a few pounds home and cooked it over the next week. Now, back to my search for goetta and on to the next butcher shop! ;)

I stopped in here to buy some salty snacks and a gallon of water. The store was clean, well organized, and well maintained. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. They had some good deals, but only if you've signed up for their free membership. I could've saved $3 per bag of chips. However, I was too tired and lazy after my flight in, so I opted to pay the full retail price. It was easy and very convenient to pay for my items while using one of the self-checkout kiosks.

I was helped by a friendly worker in my quest for Agave Nectar (yeah, I don't really know what it is either except sugary syrup I guess). The selection is nowhere near the depth of the larger mega Krogers that have sprung up recently, but there are times when I don't want to have to walk down 1/4 mile aisles. This Kroger allows me to get in and out in record time. I found some good deals on Luna and Clif* bars too! Cool. There is a Redbox DVD/Blu Ray box outside the front door. In the far right back corner there is a discount section. And lastly, when I was there, a cop was on duty near the front, which was probably not necessary (at least I hope), but who knows... Their alcohol selection is well stocked in the 40oz variety ;) and also has a giant poster warning about drinking while pregnant. Interesting and sad. No. It's not Findlay Market nor Is it THE BIG SHOP store. However, it is perfect for picking up coffee, milk, seltzer, and salad supplies for the office, and filling in the gaps in the home cubbard. Impressive produce department, cheese selection , and baked goods. Solid selection of dry goods. Limited meat department, whose pre-portioned and seasoned offerings may appeal to millennials. (Got lamb? See above.) Convenient grab-n-go lunch assortment of deli meat and cheese, pre-made meals in the form of salads, sandwiches, and sushi.

The store is still very handy to get in and out of it, because it has a traffic light that makes it easier to get onto US 27/Alexandria Pike. The store is usually very well stocked with stuff. If you have problems, finding an item, Lestat said she usually pretty good about helping you find whatever item or items that you need. They also have a version of "scan, bag, go" that is on their app, that is free. The scan, bag, go feature is really handy, if you need to keep tabs on your spending while in the store and it also gives you "bonus" coupons that are only available in the app with the "scam, bag, go" feature. The "scan, bag, go" feature also speeds up your check out, because it allows you to bag everything up at the self check out and scan the QR code at the register, which transfers, your entire shopping trip over to the register.
