Small bar but nice selection! They have sake bombs on tap for those that are ready to get the party started. Bartenders are super nice and you can try any beer on tap. I came on a Sunday when mimosas were a popular order and...holy champagne! The pint glasses are pretty much all champagne. They left an inch for orange juice. So of that is your thing, order one!!

My girlfriend is german and she got excited when she saw that they offered german beer! The lady working was super kind and helpful with choosing and the selection was great! Beer is reasonably priced and the market where it is located is a great hang out spot! Definitely a great place to stop by

I've been coming here for years and I couldn't imagine a friendlier staff and a place where you feel at home! Such a neighborhood bar - if you want to feel comfortable, make new friends and have incredible beer then this is the place to come! You will not be disappointed.

Blue Hawaiians to kick off our girls trip

My bestie and I did a girls weekend in Dallas back in April. We stayed in an Airbnb not far from the Farmers Market so we wandered in on a Thursday evening. Absolutely love the space they are in and it seemed they're one of the few businesses that's open a little later inside. We sat at the high top bar toward the end of the counter near the taps. Upon saddling up we were promptly waited on and both convinced to get the Blue Hawaiian (their frozen drink). Warning: it was pretty strong, but well worth the money and great to start off our girls weekend! The only critique I have is that our service could have been better given they weren't very busy and we were right at the bar. It took us a while to get the employee's attention to get a couple cups of water and there wasn't much check in on whether we wanted another. Still recommend stopping in if you're in the area and I hear they are also found outside selling mimosas and other beverages during market season!

Stopped in at The 2nd Tap inside the Dallas Farmer's Market. The staff was super friendly, the bar was small, but stylish, and the beer we tried was very good. I had a coffee oatmeal stout with cinnamon and vanilla (Black Matter) that was delicious. My wife ordered a Half Life (a Northeast IPA) that was also very good. Overall, it was a very chill spot in an otherwise busy market. I enjoyed myself very much and would easily visit again!

Good beer and great service! They occupy a large space in the middle of the Farmers Market. Plenty seating and 2 screens to watch games!

We got a cheeseboard, but if I had to recommend one thing, definitely the fried mushrooms if you like mushrooms. They're huge and the spicy cilantro sour cream sauce is killer! We sat in the indoor/outdoor area, which was my fave. It can take a minute to flag someone down when it's busy, but that felt understandable for how busy they were. Easy place to settle into and lose track of time a bit--just drinks, conversation, and good food without overthinking it.

The Guinness is poured so perfectly it should be in the Louvre. The bartender, Austin (I'm pretty sure that's his real name and not just what he tells customers), has the patience of a saint and the sarcasm of a man who's been asked "Do you have anything like Guinness but less dark?" one too many times. She's got blonde hair that could guide ships in a fog and a laugh that echoes like a banshee having a great time. Don't sleep on Wes - He'll nod once, slide you your drink, and if you're lucky, mutter something profound like "Life's short, drink good stout." She's got stories that start with "Back in then..." and end with police chases, lost sheep, and at least one exploding still. She'll flirt with your grandma, roast your ex in three sentences or less. There is also this Asian guy that looks like a confused troll with blonde hair. He lives up to the saying once you go Asian it's amasian. Can't forget the blonde girl that's going through the Dallas legacy transition of bottle service to real estate. Shes as good at serving as she is selling real estate. These people run the bar like a well-oiled dysfunctional family. They banter with each other louder than the jukebox, remember birthdays you forgot you told them, and have an unspoken code: if you're having a rough night, they'll slide you a free shot and pretend it was a mistake. If you're being a gobshite, they'll roast you into next week without missing a pour.

You can tell this place really shines on a nice day or summer evening--it feels like an ideal spot to grab a few beers with friends and settle in for a while. Fun side note: the name "Manhattan Project" is a nod to the historic WWII project, which fits since they started as a brewery first and built a reputation around thoughtful, well-crafted beer before expanding more into coffee. I went with the tres leches latte and it absolutely delivered. Not overly sweet at all, which I really appreciated, and it gave me the caffeine boost I needed after the run without feeling heavy. The breakfast sausage sandwich was a standout surprise. Way better than expected. The bread, egg, and extra cheese all worked perfectly together, and if you're a fan of a runny yolk, this is a must-order. One of my buddies tried the seasonal matcha banana latte and said it was spot on. The banana didn't overpower the matcha and everything was well balanced--again, not too sweet, which seems to be a theme here. A couple others grabbed some of their seasonal beers to go, and if you're a beer drinker, they all said it's definitely worth checking out their rotating selection. Great vibe, solid drinks, and excellent food--especially for a post-workout stop. We'll for sure be back.

The taproom is right off Inwood Road and it feels very city. Between the train cars crossing the bridge overhead to the activity in the bar, I definitely think Celestial Beerworks has the right vibe for what it offers. I ordered the Strawberry Lemonade sour, and it was very good! Not as sour as some others I've tried, but was definitely tasty nonetheless. My other friends enjoyed their drinks as well. There is a cute little food truck outside that offers tacos, queso, quesadillas, etc. I ordered the veggie street tacos and queso and chips (not pictured). Bit expensive for the amount of filling in the tortillas in my opinion ($2.5 / street taco, $6 queso and chips) but was tasty nonetheless. I appreciated the sauces on the side but ultimately would have liked more kick to them. It's Texas, baby, bring on the spice! Food takes a LONG time, which is nice when you want to sit down and have a few drinks, but not too great if you show up pretty hungry! Overall, would definitely come back for another beer / trivia night but would probably eat beforehand.
