Cross-contact becomes a concern, and I no longer feel at ease dining here. The branding around these new additions being described as "ethical" is the most frustrating part. They try to explain how their meet and eggs can be "ethical" but they don't even bother to try to explain how their raw dairy is "ethical." Probably because is no logical argument. Their pride and excitement about these "ethical" addictions feels entirely disconnected from the community that originally supported this space. I'm genuinely disappointed.
