Panang
Deb B.

Love this place! The food is always so delicious, and the woman that helps us each visit is just so very sweet. Went tonight for date night and it was such a pleasant evening there. It was quiet and easy to hear each other. The cheese rolls are positively addictive! They also have the best panang. Anyone that hasn't been here yet should really try it out!!!

Pad Thai with Shrimp
Victoria S.

I ordered the Pad Thai with Shrimp and the Tom Kha with Tofu on Doordash. The Pad Thai was pretty good once I mixed it all up but I feel like it could be a bit more spicy. It didn't taste spicy at all not even mild. The Pad Thai was a bit on the sweeter side which I don't mind but everyone likes it different so it's worth noting. The shrimp were flavorless, I think chicken would probably be a better option here. As for the Tom Kha, it just tasted like warm milk with vegetables in it. It was not terrible but lacked spice/flavor, I would not recommend it.

Pad See Ew

Always love coming here and the service here is very friendly. Yum crispy duck is always our go to and never disappoints. I definitely recommend coming here for a chill local date night. Thank you again!!!

Pad See Ew and Red Curry sauce (I think)

Number 2 on my journey to find the best Thai place in Orlando. I ordered Tofu Pad See-Ew, a side of curry sauce, and a side of rice through UberEats. Not much to say, honestly! The curry was really oily for my taste and rice was definitely a little mushy, but it had a pretty satisfying flavor that went well together. I didn't mind! The noodles were wide and slightly overdone, but not bad or anything. When I opened it up, it had a slightly unfamiliar smell/taste (like too much fish sauce?) but once I got into it, it was pretty good actually. I assume that the sauce (again, pretty oily) kinda sank into the bottom half of the container meaning that the good stuff was all underneath. The veggies especially added some good flavor to it, since the sauce was more of a caramelization than anything. Overall, like 3.5/5. I've had better, but it'll do if I'm in the mood for a craving!

This is pretty good lunch spot. They are not very expenssive and food was tasty. We ordered drunken noodles and drunken rice. It was good food. Building and inside definitely run down. But staff was really really nice. If I would be in a area I would eat there again for sure. Don't expect fancy but for good not expensive lunch it is perfect

Chicken satay

Was served raw chicken today. Chicken satay. Called them and because I ordered through a delivery service they refused to make the situation right. In fact they argued w me that I received dark meat and it's supposed to be pink. Poor experience and unsafe!

I will say judge this book by the cover. What it appears is what it is. This location is right off of John young parkway. The outside of the building is run down and the inside as well. There was a cushion in a both with a huge rip over a foot long in both directions. Clean but not updated at all. Restroom was the same with visible wood where they did work on plumbing but did not bother to paint over it. I came to try them for lunch around noon on a Thursday afternoon as I felt like some soup. One thing I am not used to is "forced" lunches. Most of the lunch items come in combos to include an appetizer or soup or both, entree, and drink for $12.95. I wanted water but since I had to pay for a drink had ice tea... they don't have Splenda..either sweet and low or sugar another strike. I switched it out for Diet Coke...I ordered the thom kha coconut milk spicy as I was scared to order very spicy as I read the reviews here. It was barely spicy for me disappointed. Soup was okay. Not as flavorful as I expected, less vegetables in it than ever, and a little more watery. 2 stars.... Next came lunch red curry...I agree with a few reviews way smaller portion than I have ever had and curry seems watery. ... well my most disappointing red curry ever...not horrible but way below par...usually full of flavor but all I taste is heat which I do like the heat on this but where are the flavors? Also lots of bamboo shoots mixed in which makes it look like chicken but it's not. Chicken was chewier than normal so I didn't finish it. No one came over and asked how my meal was. What was interesting is the guy who waited on me checked on how meal was with gentleman table right behind me but not I. Service...mediocre...decent but not clearly equal... thus I demoted to two stars and that is being generous. Summary: Ambiance* Food** Service ** Value * Overall 2 stars and I won't return. Overpriced poorer quality food without normal Thai spices, flavors and vegetables, ambiance, and service has killed this place for me!

Chicken satay with cucumber salad, amazing!

My wife and I love this place for Thai food. It's a regular outing for us when we're in the mood for good food. I'm not a curry person, so I try all the other dishes on the menu, and they've all been excellent. Drunken noodles, chicken with vegetables (sorry I don't know the Thai names for them), spicy beef... This year I tried the Thai wonton soup for the first time and LOVED it. Not the same as Chinese wonton, but amazing. It's darker in color and more savory in flavor. Give it a try. The interior is not the best, but I don't think those of us looking for great Thai food care much about that. Some quick info: They do to-go orders. They're not usually busy. They sometimes have live music at night. They serve alcohol.

Don't let the part of town or the neighborhood fool you. This is a very Good restaurant. Fast Service, Very Good Prices and Clean. It's in an area you have probably driven by but seriously would not think to stop. Give it a try if you like this type of food. Plus they a various degrees of HEAT when you order so it's traditional Thai and can get HOT!

Service was great, the pad Thai had a lot of sauce on it, which I love, and the Thai tea was also delicious. I'll definitely be coming back!

We were visiting Orlando on Christmas Eve, and of course, a stop at our favorite spot was non-negotiable. Over the years, they've remained consistently exceptional in quality, flavor, and service. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Nothing has changed in the last 15 years and honestly, I wouldn't want it any other way. We were seated immediately, and as always, the service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I always start with the cucumber salad, the Thai chili dressing is absolutely incredible. My all-time favorite dish remains the Crazy Meat, which is hands down the best red curry you'll ever have. It's served with a perfectly fluffy portion of rice shaped like a heart, and the broth truly warms the soul. My husband usually orders the fried rice, but this time he tried the Pad Penang. It's similar to my dish, with a thicker, richer sauce rather than a soup-like broth. He loved it so much that he already plans to order extra sauce next time. For our kids, the waitress confidently recommended fried chicken and rice. I didn't even realize this was an option since there's no kids' menu, but this was some of the best fried chicken we've ever had. The kids devoured it, and we may have snuck a few pieces ourselves because it was just that good. If you're looking for unforgettable Thai food, this is the place. We'll keep coming back year after year, and it will always be our favorite.

The service was great had a lovely waitress who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Started with the krabragoons which hardly had any filling and not very tasty but the dipping sauce that comes with it helped. My usual go to is yellow curry but this yellow curry was done differently, it lacked flavor and the veg options inside the dish was also different from what I'm accustom to. The chicken pad Thai was ok missed the crushed peanuts on top & lacked sauce. The portions were great and we finished our dishes but unfortunately we won't be back.

The friendly and funny greeter and server continued the very positive first impression. We went very simple with the basil stir fry with pork and stir fry noodles with beef, while also throwing in some krab rangoon and pot stickers. Everything was delicious. After finishing I was contemplating if it would seem this tasty any given day or it only seemed that way after a few days of Sea World, DC and Aquatica food? I confidently settled on "any given day", especially since I'm usually a high spice guy, but went low to share with my daughter and it was still great. Any trips to the sea world family of parks should include a stop here.

Randomly chose Pop Thai and so happy we did! It's a very nice restaurant vibe with house music playing, very attentive staff and the food, so delicious! We couldn't find it originally and drove past it so when we were trying to figure out where it was, passersby overheard us and said, that's our favorite Thai and pointed us in the direction. It's part of a long shopping strip with a variety of shops, but they're on the corner and street parking is available. We ordered chicken Thai salad, one of the currys and veggie rolls. The chicken Thai salad was extremely flavorful and so fresh and light, even though I hadn't planned to eat any, it was so good, we had to share.:) I added potatoes to our curry and it was an extra $2 chg. The chef was cute and made our rice mound into a heart. Perfect combo and lots of chicken with the veggies. My only caveat is the veggie rolls were a little mushy and I would pass on them next time. Everything is so flavorful otherwise and it was nice to see real Thai people working there. We learned our waitresses real name, but I'm tired and can't remember now. I went to a Japanese restaurant recently and nobody was Japanese. It really makes a difference in authenticity of the food when they come from the area they're presenting. Highly recommend this place for lunch and dinner. Yummy!!!!
