Pineapple Fried Rice
Barrett G.

Still amazing, great Thai food, always busy but quick to serve. Tried Pineapple Fried Rice, it was great. Veg spring rolls are awesome.

I want while in town. It was packed which is always a good sign for me. There was parking available so that was convenient. I ordered basil fried rice with no meat. It was really good and flavorful. I also got my favorite, a Thai tea. Enjoyed the experience and the food. I would go back when in town to try other menu items. Shout out to the little girl who befriended me and talked to me for 20 minutes.

So disappointed! The pineapple fried rice taste like old grease, had the worst flavor we've ever had and we usually Love fried rice from other places. The spring rolls had a mushy consistency inside! They tasted like freezer store bought ones! So gross!

Food is ok in my opinion. The main thing I did not like is they put too much salt in the food. It was so salty that some I couldn't eat. You can always add salt but your can't take it out. Also the spice level is not consistent. We ordered different stuff with spice level hot and some was way too spicy and some was low. It's ok food.

Very friendly welcome and table service. The Volcano Thai Chicken was delicious and plenty (took half home). Ambiance is airy and clean.

Maya Thai is in a perfect location right between all the tourist locations in Orlando. Easy to find with tons of parking makes it an ideal location to grab food. First, we really enjoyed the summer rolls. They were huge, had lots of flavor, and came with a nice sauce to dip. The gyoza was dull, sadly, and didn't live up to the same hype as the summer roll. For the entree, both were merely okay. If you don't have a thai spot nearby, they would be fine; but they weren't super great. The sauce on the drunken noodles was very plain and there seemed to be a lack of chicken in the portion (but tons of noodles). The fried rice was the same where it was bland, although the portion was quite large.

Awesome flavors and spicy really means spicy. Food packed with flavor and big portions! Outstanding presentation!

This was an interesting experience. The place is pretty small on the inside, can get over crowded easily. They had one waitress serving everyone which does make sense however she was overwhelmed and it was very noticeable. They had QR codes to scan to view the menu, which worked because the menu given had no ingredient descriptions. My husband ordered the sautéed broccoli due to the description stated no mushrooms. However, when the food came out it had mushrooms and we explained to the waitress this is why he ordered this, every item that had mushrooms described it did. She told us the descriptions were wrong online, so we advised they not tell people to scan the code to use the menu if it is inaccurate because that's what people base their orders off of. I'm not sure if I'll go back. But would consider it to order to go.

Stopped in during lunch while in Orlando on vacation. This was located just down the road from the resort we were staying at which was very convenient for us. We both got the Thai milk tea to drink and it was delicious. We started with the steamed gyoza and it was not for us. I'm not sure what the filling was made of but it had a texture like there was some type of chopped nuts in it and it was just off putting. The chicken pad Thai was very good and the dinner portion is definitely plenty to share or have leftovers which was the plan for me. The hubs got the beef pad see-ew and he said it was some of the best he has had. He also felt that the portion was plentiful and had enough for lunch the next day. It's a smaller restaurant with about 8 or so tables and is more on the casual side of dining but would be good for a date night, girls night out, etc. Will definitely visit again next time we are in the area.

I ordered from here through Door Dash (pick up option) and I have conflicting feelings. The food was great - I'll give credit where it's due. I ordered the basil fried rice and pad see ew, both meatless versions. The flavor was great and the food was piping hot. However, the service was unfortunately really slow (food was not ready until 15 min after the Door Dash app said it would be ready), and the portion sizes were terribly small in relation to the prices. While the food was good, I don't think they were worth $40 given just how small the portion sizes were. I understand everything has gotten expensive, but for a take-out type of dinner that only fed two people and was nothing fancy, I don't think it was worth it. Not sure what the prices are in person as opposed to Door Dash, so I might've written something different if I had eaten in person instead of through Door Dash.

Great environment and service. I got chicken noodle soup, papaya salad, thai tea, and mango sticky rice. I would get the chicken noodle soup, thai tea, and mango sticky rice. I would come back again! The food is halal as well

We had a good experience at Maya Thai Cuisine in Orlando! The chicken satay was tender and perfectly grilled and dumplings were nice and warm but the food portion was small for the $$$ the red Thai curry was a little too runny for the consistency. Not sure if this is the only restaurant in the area but they can surely improve. We appreciated that they had Salam cola and pakora instead and didn't serve usual Coca-Cola. It was such a refreshing touch that added to the authenticity and charm of the experience.

Seafood crab fried rice

Stopped by on Sunday evening, surprised to find the restaurant extremely busy, packed inside and out. The staff was welcoming but they could've used more waiters; it took us almost 40min to order and receive our food. Happy to report the food was very good. Respect their spice level, the medium level packed more than enough heat. The seafood crab fried rice came with plenty of mussels and squids. The pad thai was stir fried really well, came with lots of flavors. Though the wait took longer than expected, we still enjoyed our meal.

The consistently high ratings led me here for lunch and I was not disappointed. The interiors are tastefully modern and welcoming, with plenty of seating and pleasant decor. I started off with the mango lassi (4/5) which was delightfully refreshing without being too sweet. For meals, we went with the paneer makhani (4.5/5), chole bhature (5/5), vegetable malabari (5.5), and butter naan (4.5/5). All the meals were delicious and prepared using high quality ingredients, with no weak spots. I'd rank Bombay Street Kitchen among the top 2 Indian restaurants I've been to in the state (most Indian restaurants I've been to in Florida have been pretty underwhelming and average). Happy to round up my overall rating as service (5/5) was quick and friendly. I look forward to returning to Bombay Street Kitchen and would recommend them to others looking for delicious Indian food in Orlando.

We were ushered in almost immediately by the host who was very gracious and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained with classy decor. We appreciated that they have eye friendly, warm yellow lighting for the dining area at evening and not the bright white lights that feel somewhat disorienting. We tried the Tuna tartare for appetizer, the full churrascaria experience for the husband, the fish of the day with lemon butter sauce for me, a classic old fashioned and a Brazilian old fashioned. Everything that was served to us was absolutely delicious! The husband particularly LOVED the flank steak. He said he's never had flank steak so tender and juicy. The sides offered with the churrascaria experience were also to his liking. Especially the brussel sprouts topped with maple syrup. The fish of the day was very well prepared as well. The seasoning was on point. The fish was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The tuna tartare was very different from what we're used to but was really good with the avocado and arugula it was served with. The old fashioned were very nicely prepared too. The Brazilian old fashioned deserves a special mention here. It takes Cachaça instead of the usual bourbon and the flavors were so good, so delectable that we'd probably go back for more of just that. LOL! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return here as well as recommend the place.

The space is very broad and we felt quite comfortable at our table. Regarding the food, everything was good. Half of our group went with the Full Rodizio Experience, while others ordered from the A La Carte menu, and everyone was satisfied with the quality of the meats and dishes. However, the overall experience felt a bit disorganized. While our server was friendly, the service was not as proactive as you would expect from a high end steakhouse. We had to constantly ask for water refills and specifically request to have the table cleared and cleaned, as it wasn't being done automatically. It's a beautiful spot with great potential and delicious food, but the attention to detail and service flow definitely need some refinement to match the quality of the kitchen. A solid choice for groups, but be prepared to be more vocal with the staff regarding your needs.
