[[HIGHLIGHT]]Charm Thai and Sushi is definitely a hole in the wall Looks very small from the outside but packs so much more inside when you get inside[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They serve Thai and Japanese cuisine serving up different rolls, edamame and even miso soup. Then, they serve traditional dishes like Pad See Eiw, Pad Thai and even Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce which is absolutely delish. The service is on point and because of how narrow and long the place is the servers always on the lookout for you. All servers were friendly and inviting. Every food item I ordered was jam packed with flavor. Truly a place you cannot pass on. Give them a try! Right in the Heart of Windemere

Stopped by here on our way back from Disney. So wanted to love this place, unfortunately it fell short. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is cute and the service was speedy and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Too bad the food wasn't up to par. Generally lacking in flavor and the noodles wayyyy too soft. Please don't get me started on the crab rangoon. While I have seen these come in a variety of shapes, these looked like the upper part of a chicken wing. Guess I should give points for creativity. We came here because of the rave reviews, but this did not live up to the hype and this is likely our one and only visit.

I was unsure what cuisine I wanted for my birthday since I don't really celebrate these days, but my BIL, who's also a Yelp elite but in Orlando, recommended a few places. I liked the idea of Thai food, and the restaurant is nearby. He said that they go as a family often and that the food is really good. The restaurant itself is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. There were 8 of us, and we were seated in the front part of the restaurant dining area to accommodate. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so they were pretty busy with those dining in and taking out or food delivery via Uber Eats or DoorDash. I'm sure no one wanted to cook anything else in addition to prepping for Thanksgiving. People were coming in literally every 10 mins. Some of them were greeted by name from staff, so you could tell who was a regular. It took a moment before our server came to us. I walked to where someone could see us to let them know we were ready. Our server was very kind, and he got us started with drinks and appetizers. I thought the Thai tea was good but slightly too sweet. The melting ice helped a little. The volcano chicken was similar to orange chicken with a little more tang. My dad and nephews ordered their famous crab fried rice, and they all enjoyed it. My sister got some sushi that she hadn't tried before. My mom got the Tom yum seafood combo. It was a little too spicy for her. She meant to order the other seafood combo soup without spice. I had my usual pad see ew since it's my favorite dish to order at all Thai places. I thought they put too many broccoli stems and not leaves. They didn't ask me for a spice level, but the portion was huge. I ate 1/3 or 1/4 of it and took the rest to go. Not that I didn't like it but because I don't eat much these days. At the end, I was given a free bowl of donuts (for sharing) with sauce and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream for my birthday with a lit candle. It was so nice and unexpected. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They even dimmed the lights in the restaurant and changed the music to play happy birthday on the speakers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server gave me a light up, flashing happy birthday sign and greeted me. He thanked me for choosing their restaurant for my birthday. It was fun! I think this place is great for locals. There's not much Asian or Thai restaurants in this area of Windermere that I've seen/noticed. You have to go about 20-30 minutes away near the new HMart. They are friendly and serve good food. There's also a sushi option if you want something other than Thai. Many thanks for the cool birthday presentation!

Decent, but not standout. We went there because a friend raved about it but I wasn't really impressed. The flavors are somewhat bland, and certainly not hot for Thai food, even when I requested Thai hot. It was not even warm. I did find the tom kha gai flavorful, with a healthy portion and lots of chicken. Service was fine, with friendly staff and a casual setting inside. Finally, parking is free, with plenty of it.

Great flavors. Having lived in the west coast where there is tons of Thai cuisine, I can tell you there are few places that have authentic flavors. Charmed is one of them. My wife gets their pad see ew while I tried a few other items like the pad Thai. All flavors are on point and taste freshly prepared, opposed to premade pad Thai sauce. The service is always quick and they have a great happy hour selection. The star of the show is their crab fried rice!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is like a hole in the wall very a small restaurant, but the food is very good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was fast and the food came out fairly fast as well. I had a dragon sushi which it was good. I do too much for me but if you love sushi, you can try here between Japanese food and Thai food. I will definitely come back to try the pad Thai. If you order around the neighborhood, you should definitely try this place.

Ordered take out twice in the past month as it's the closest Thai restaurant near me. Pad se ew was oily and lacking flavor and spice the first time. Second attempt I get the Stir fried basil w beef and get this. For $17?!? Quite literally 10 bites of actual menu item which was again super subpar with lack of flavor, minimal spice, and weird textured beef. I was stuck eating plain white rice for more than half my meal because there was even enough sauce to mix into it! My fiancées pad Thai was decent but that doesn't even come close to making up for piss poor quality and quantity of my meal. Lots of amazing thai restaurants in Orlando so this will definitely be my last attempt at supporting this place.

Finally checked out Charm Thai and Sushi. It was a good experience and the food was fine. I don't know that I would rush back but I wouldn't refuse to go back. We started with an order of pot stickers. They are deep fried vs pan fried which maybe them crispy. They were pretty good. I ordered the Pad Thai with Shrimp and medium heat. It was a good; average pad Thai. I've had much better but also had much worse here in the area. The medium heat was hotter than I wanted, so maybe I would order closer to a 1 or mild heat. I wonder how much the heat added to the flavor. My friend ordered a curry dish and he said it had a good flavor. He also ordered medium heat and said it was way too spicy. He was sweating as he ate it. To drink I had the Thai Iced Tea. It was a strong, good Thai Iced tea. It has a nice atmosphere and the servers were very attentive. Again, not a bad experience, I just didn't love it.

A Thai and sushi restaurant in a strip mall. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was busy and you sit in one long bench on one side and chairs in the other so each table is right next to the next one and so on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I don't particularly like being that close to the other patrons as I can completely hear their entire conversations without trying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That aside, the food hit the spot as we were craving some vegetarian Thai food. They have tofu and other items that were delicious. The Thai iced tea was a delicious treat as well that I hadn't had in a while.

It's about time we got a decent sushi restaurant in this area, and Thai to boot! Excellent service and nice seating make this place a win, The yellowtail carpaccio was really fresh and tasty, with just the right crunch to the jalapeños. Spicy salmon roll and Philadelphia roll were both good. And while my companion had sushi I had a delicious Yum Nua salad. Now we don't have to drive halfway across the county for good Asian food!

After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

Everyone wanted the Cookies & Cream cookie, so I ordered three of those, plus a Chocolate Chip and a Coffee Cake cookie. Since we were on a tight schedule, we grabbed our order and hurried to the car. That's when we realized we'd been given three Double Chocolate Chip cookies instead of the three Cookies & Cream cookies we ordered. The register and receipt both showed Cookies & Cream, so I know my order was taken correctly. I do wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed everything was right. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.

Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!
