Love the food here. It's a nice local spot and it's in such a great location in downtown Edmonds. The food is fantastic and freshly made and the staff is very understanding and friendly. The Thai Tea was also so good. I've been here a few times and it's my go to Thai spot. 5 stars!

We popped in for a late lunch the day of the tree lighting and overall it was okay. Everyone else seemed to enjoy theor food but mine was just meh. The forst order of satay tofu had hair burnt on it then my main dish was totally wrong - i very specifically looked at the vegetarian options for items WITHOUT mushrooms and out came a dish with mushrooms (Im very allergic to them). My husband ended up taking it home for his dinner, which ended up being a mistake because he had stomach issues all night. The place is cute and quiet but don't dare try to take a stroller with you. They were polite about it but visually annoyed by us. I will say, the bathroom is very clean! Will we come back, maybe. If we do, I'm pointing at the menu because dishes have fair too similar names and will make sure they don't toss mushrooms!

We were in Edmonds for an event and were looking for a new to us place to try for dinner. We decided on Thai Cottage as we walked past it. We started with PotStickers and then got Orange Chicken, Phad See Ew, and Thai Basil fried rice. We didn't like the Potstickers, the wrapper was too thick. We liked the rest of our dinner, Orange chicken and Thai Basil fried rice were good. We loved the Phad See Ew.

We got to restaurant around 7PM and was seated right away. The food was tasty for the most part. The pad see ew was salty. The service was quick for a Sunday.

Thai Cottage is an absolute must-visit when passing through Edmonds. The entire family enjoyed every meal we ordered - from the flavorful curries to the refreshing teas and rich coffee drinks. The food is authentic, delicious, and satisfying. For spicy lovers the medium level is not spicy at all. It's a spot we'll definitely return to!

I had a wonderful time at a charming Thai restaurant in Edmonds with my parents. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, gave me so many pictures to capture for us, and it was an easy dining experience. No reservations are needed. Just a reminder: if you don't or can't eat spicy food, make sure to ask for a 0 spice level. But if you love spicy food, you can choose your preferred level of heat!

Popped in for a quick tasting of the Tom Yum soup early afternoon. Asked for spicy and it was far from spicy- more of a coconut broth lacking the spice. Asked for rice noodles to add to my soup which was provided at an additional cost. Service wasn't very good considering there was only one server. However, the table beside me was complaining and they were waiting awhile. Ambiance was great, very chill and zen for anyone wanting the Thai experience. Will stop by to give it another try again soon. When I ask for spice- I mean it. Spice is nice!

Hi there , this place is next to Daphne's bar in Downtown Edmonds. The pricing is about average. Causal atmosphere. The waiter had a personality of pickle . He made no personal effort. If he did it could have made it a better experience. The food came out pretty fast. The food deserves a five star rating . What I like about this place is you can decide on how spicy you want the food. They ask you one star, two star, up to five. I got mine with a two star. And I didn't think it was too spicy.

Pad see ew, Thai basil fried rice, and Pad Thai are amazing here 5/5. I'd add a tad bit more rice for the fried rice. Service fast attentive and friendly 5/5 Romantic lighting and layout provides privacy, and the Thai antique decor adds a nice touch. This place gets 5/5 for thoughtful Fengshui.

Not the best or worst thai food. Just average... Will I be back? Probably not unless I have a crazy hankering for thai food while at work..

Soupy entrees and the most non-hot 3* and 4* dishes. Disappointing Americanized Thai food.

I had every intention of taking good pictures tonight, but the only photo I ended up with was an…read moreempty plate -- and honestly, that might be the best review I can give. We started with the dumplings and ahi tacos, and both were outstanding. Every dish felt especially intentional -- not just the presentation, but in the way the flavors were built. Nothing felt random or overdone. Everything was thoughtful, balanced, and genuinely delicious. But the real showstopper was the El Jefe tacos. These were made with wagyu steak, and then topped off with bone marrow that you scrape onto the tacos yourself, which took them to another level entirely. Rich, savory, decadent, and completely unforgettable -- easily the most insane tacos I have ever had. We finished with the lilikoi crème brûlée, which was the perfect ending to the meal -- creamy, bright, and memorable without being overly heavy. The ambience made the whole experience even better. Bar Dojo has such a cozy, welcoming feel inside -- warm, intimate, and comfortable without feeling too formal. It's the kind of place that feels nice enough for a special dinner, but still relaxed enough that you can actually settle in and enjoy yourself. HUGE credit to Chef Luis Brambila and the team at Bar Dojo. The whole meal felt creative, intentional, and executed with serious skill. The fact that my only picture is an empty plate should tell the whole story -- the food was just too good to wait. Don't let your taste buds miss out! Seriously go order some El Jefe Tacos, you won't regret it!
