[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very enjoyable meal outside overlooking the mountains in Moab.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Food was very good and the environment was amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was very friendly and made recommendations and described the dishes as we had trouble deciding since there's a lot of choices. I got the crab fried rice. And it was tasty. I'll post a few pics of what others got too. I'd say this is a 4.5 star restaurant and I would comeback if in the area in the future.

Our experience at Thai Bella was top notch! We were immediately greeted with friendly service and were asked if we had any questions about the menu. The staff were very helpful and happy. The food was absolutely amazing from the noodles to the dessert! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself resembles a house which adds a sort of home cooked meal feeling to the ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I lived in Moab I would be back here weekly!

Came here on a Friday night and it was packed, waited about 25 minute. It was 100% worth it. I ordered the pad see ew and wow... easily one of the best I've ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, not greasy at all, and the presentation was beautiful. The vibe here is great! Inside feels cozy and welcoming, while the outside is super cute with string lights and heaters that make it feel warm and inviting. A nice spot for dinner. If you're anywhere nearby, don't skip this place!

    Khao Soi (with shrimp)

Highly recommend the Khao Soi with shrimp. I did a level 2 (it's 0-5 I think), I prob could've done level 3 but I thought it was delicious. Had a little kick but wasn't hot hot. 2 other friends at the table tried my dish and immediately said it was the best thing and they should've gotten it. It's delicious!! place is legit Thai, the servers and owners are Thai, so maybe keep that in mind if you're trying to do spicy spicy.

Eggplant with tofu ($20), so delicious!!!!!

Loved everything about Thai Bella!! It was a magical experience. The Khao Soi with chicken ($21) was incredible. We went mild (and thank goodness, the guy in the table next to us got level 4/5 and was dying lol), the curry flavor plus the soft noodles and chicken were a flavor explosion. The Eggplant with Tofu ($20) was just as crazy delicious, we loved this dish!! Soft and flavorful eggplant, crispy tofu, the sauce yummm. Comes with white rice. They had a great bottled beer selection of Asian and local beers, we got a refreshing Singha Thai beer ($6 each). We got so lucky, only waiting about 6 minutes and got sat in the upstairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was the perfect vibe, light music, super comfy chairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have a patio with heaters, you can dine with your dog.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was wonderful, they are very kind, helpful and fast. This is Thai food at its best, made by talented women, couldn't recommend this spot more!

    Green papaya salad and sake

Wow! What a fabulous evening we had at Thai Bella. Preeya served us with her warm, friendly style and gave the BEST recommendations of what she loves back home in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She was right...Thai Bella does it ALL well! From the green papaya salad (I rarely ever see this on menus and had to try it) to the khao soi (Chiang Mai noodles in yellow curry), everything was well-balanced and full of flavor! We enjoyed the junmai pear sake to start with the beautiful salad. The papaya salad was crispy and fresh with a lovely light vinegar sauce. We then delighted in the khao soi. Wow!!! Spectacular spices and balance in this delicate curry that was mouth-wateringly good. Perry's hit the nail on the head with this recommendation! To finish, we ordered the mango and sticky rice for dessert. Soooo good! The coconut milk was not overly sweet and the ripe mango and glutinous rice were perfect. We gobbled up every bit of what was served, almost fighting over the last of the mango sticky rice. Great experience in a beautiful courtyard with white lights and greenery! Amazing service! Good amounts of food on each plate. Preeya made our experience even better with her warmth and excellent suggestions.

Thai Bella is a wonderful dinner spot in Moab with a welcoming, pet-friendly vibe. We started with the calamari, which came out perfectly crispy, and a house salad with a peanut dressing that was so flavorful and unique. For our main course, we shared the Khao Soi--a traditional Northern Thai dish with egg noodles in a rich yellow curry, topped with crispy noodles, onion, lime, and your choice of meat. My husband likes extra spice, so they brought him a side of chili paste, which was a nice touch. The dish itself was incredible--definitely one of those meals you could finish down to the last drop. To drink, I tried the sweet Asian pear sake (a little on the sweeter side, but still tasty), and my husband had a canned Singha beer since they don't have any draft options. The outdoor patio was very nice and had plenty of space--not cramped at all-and the staff brought out a water bowl for Luna, which we really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it made for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. Our total came to about $70 before tip, so it's a bit on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it for the quality of the food and service.

    Tom Yum Noodle Soup

Got the Tom yum noodle soup! It was delicious. A spice level of medium was perfect. Out front there's a nice patio with gas fire pits to stay warm while you wait. The inside of the place has a nice character to it, very cozy home that's been converted to a restaurant. Nice staff and attentive.

Celebrating bday and first time here. Food is decent for me but the meat in the dishes are too little. Flavor is ok. Spice level is true Thai spicy level. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place inside is small but clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and service is great

It was the Thai food I didn't know I needed after an active day. Drunken noodle was the best I've ever had. Onions were cooked to perfection and nothing felt overly oily. Honestly I could've gone back there for a second night but my boyfriend likes to explore different places. They did suck me in with the homemade taro ice cream but it didn't do much for me - seemed to be made with coconut milk and maybe that interfered a bit with the flavor because I couldn't taste any taro at all.

not too cheap, overall solid. - house salad: peanut sauce is the kind they use for dipping spring rolls so it's super thick, hard to spread, sweeter side. - khao soi: ordered since it was listed as their best seller. got spicy level 2 which is their equivalent of medium, good amount of spice. wasn't a fan of the raw onions on top but overall enjoyed the flavor. warm soup was great for a chilly day. feel like the portion size was pretty small. - drunken noodle: we got this in spicy 3 and it was just a little too spicy, tolerable but would've been more comfortable at a lower level. but overall really yummy, quite enjoyed it.

Pineapple curry so tasty with jasmine rice.

They were a hit! Be warned: these are not personal pizzas; this can easily be shared with 2-3 people. We also got 2 salads (their mozzarella and bread on the side is delightful) and a pasta alla bolognese. But the pizza is the real star of the show here: they handmake it in front of you, put it in the woodfire oven, and serve it to you fresh.

We were pretty excited to see a Neapolitan pizza and pasta restaurant in Moab. The reviews looked…read moresolid, and from what I remembered from our last visit many years ago, there were not many pizza options in town. We ordered the Salsiccia e Funghi, a sausage and mushroom pizza, along with the mussels in white wine sauce appetizer, homemade Italian cream sodas, and one additional limonata soda. The pizza was okay, but not the quality I would expect from a polished Neapolitan-style pizza place, especially at this price point. The mussels appetizer had potential because white wine sauce is exactly the kind of dish we usually enjoy with bread. Before ordering, I specifically asked about the bread because we like having enough to sop up the broth, the way you would expect at a good Italian restaurant. Our waitress said she would bring as much bread as we wanted. There were three of us, and the appetizer came with three pieces of bread. Given the earlier conversation, we later asked for three more pieces. The request seemed to bother her. When she delivered the extra bread, sensing her frustration, we said she could add it to the bill, and she told us she already had. That was frustrating because we had just discussed it before ordering. We were attempting to be more gracious, and she missed the mark with her response. She could have said ok, or thank you, or "no it's ok I told you could have as much bread as you wanted for the mussels" The mussels themselves were also uneven. Several had not opened during cooking, which is generally a sign that they should not be served or eaten. With mussels, the usual food-safety rule is: if they do not open during cooking, do not eat them. The FDA's consumer seafood guidance says clams, mussels, and oysters should open during cooking, and the ones that do not open should be thrown out. That made us question the quality control and preparation of the dish. The cream sodas were mixed. The berry version was delicious, but the mango version missed the mark. It was not sweet at all and tasted like the mango may not have been ripe. A little simple syrup, or ripe mango, would have helped a lot. The unripe mango soda ends up tasting a little like pine sol smells. We were also disappointed because the prices were more in line with what we would expect from a higher-quality meal. For the items noted above, plus one additional limonata soda, the meal came to over $60. I typically tip over 20%, but I took the extra bread charge off the tip, and the tip was still over 17%. Overall, this was not a terrible experience, but it was disappointing compared with what we were hoping for. The food had some good ideas, but several details felt off, and the service created a communication gap that left a bad impression.
